na klar, da geht dann nach urteilsverkündung auch gleich noch der ganze Sack mit der kohle rein.. ;-)  

 

warum machen die das jetzt, wissen die mehr, ist da was durchgesickert, oder zählen die nur einfach 1 und 1 zusammen - lol ??

 

so wie früher schon gesehen ?  Der Druck wird jedenfalls ständig grösser :-).  

der hat aber nichts mit Aktien sondern eher mit Hormonen zu tun.

Aber eine schöne Entwicklung bei PTSC nachdem wir fast ein Jahr durch das Tal der Tränen wandern mußten. Meinetwegen kann das jetzt die nächsten 365 Tage so weiter gehen.

Im anderen Threat ist Berndblase mal wieder gesperrt worden, nachdem er nach Wochen mal wieder nur push-gelabere erzählt hat.
Ich erinnere mich noch dass der von Kursen von 0,20 € (100%ig in 4 Wochen) gesprochen hat.
Es gibt aber echt arme Lichter.
Zum Kern der Sache, was wichtiger ist: Die Entwicklung ist sehr erfreulich und zeigt m.E. das wieder Phantasie in den Wert kommt.
Meine Frage mal an Euch: Angenommen es kommt zum Urteil, das geht positiv aus. Ist ähnlich wie in Deutschland der Rechtsweg in dieser Sache zugelassen, was erhebliche Zeit bedeuten würde ?
Vielleicht gibt es hier ein paar Experten in amerikanischem Recht ?  

Ist der Gang der Dinge, dass die ein Urteil in aller Regel anfechten. Aber das ist ganz egal, die Psychologie macht die Musik....

Wichtig ist nur, ein US-Gericht hat zu Gunsten von PTSC entschieden. Damit werden alle möglichen Firmen bei PTSC Schlange stehen um noch eine Lizenz zu bekommen....
 

Die USA sind ein Rechtsstaat. Auch dort gibt es die Revision gegen ein Urteil. Deswegen bin ich auch für eine Einigung, da dann bezogen auf die J3 der Rechtsstreit entgültig beendet ist.  

irgendwo gelesen zu haben, dass ein Urteil in Texas endgültig ist, dauert ja auch lange genug, bis es evtl. dazu kommt. Es könnte höchsten aufgrund von nachgewiesenen Verfahrensfehlern angefechtet werden.

Aber so genau weiss ich das nicht mehr, ist ja so viel geschrieben worden über den Prozess.

Aber ob PTSC evtl. noch ein Verfahren wegen Galeerenschlagzahl an den Hals bekommt ?
so wie die, die Schlagzahl der Bekanntgabe von Liz. verkünden, erinnert das an eine griechische Galeere mit Sklaven ... und der Trommler wird immer schneller ...

Die USA ein Rechtsstaat....würde ich das glauben, dann hätte ich nicht in PTSC investiert: Soll nicht heißen, dass PTSC nicht im Recht ist, aber ich spekuliere hier auf Nationalismus,  harte texanische Gerichte, irrational hohe Schadenersatzzahlungen und gewiefte Anwälte.

…vor einiger Zeit hat man einen ausländischen Geschäftsmann zu so und soviel Millionen USD Schadenersatz verurteilt, weil sein Sohn in Afghanistan für die Taliban gekämpft hat.
Ja, doch durchaus, sehr rechtsstaatlich: Eltern haften für ihre Kinder.....ganz egal ob die schon volljährig sind!

Santa Barbara, CA — Jim Turley, president and CEO of Patriot Scientific (PTSC) in Carlsbad, CA, says his company is looking for significant embedded systems or microprocessor technology in which to invest. “Our company developed significant intellectual property, which it began licensing to a number of major microprocessor and other embedded-system companies during the 1990s,” he says, “We now have income in the tens of millions of dollars per year to invest in new businesses and technology.”

Actually, it can be a problem for the future. While the company generates great cash flow for a firm with just five employees, international intellectual property laws put them under Damocles’ sword. Patents are issued for 20 years from the filing date, which means PTSC’s current patents expire in less that 10 years.

“We could invest in creating our own R&D infrastructure,” Turley points out, “but it makes more sense to acquire a small, underfunded company with some really good ideas. We can offer them R&D funding and an important place in a public company.”

Turley says that the kind of technology they are looking for is groundbreaking hardware and/or software concepts in the embedded systems and microprocessor space. “We’re looking for something I can understand,” he quips.

sein - geht schon gut los in Gringoland.

Matze da müssen wir die Kursziehle von einem USD wohl doch anheben...aber da habe ich gern geirrt.

noch nicht so ganz... der Schock des langen Kursverfalls sitzt tief, 1 gesicherter USD bis Jahresende als Boden ist doch schon was.

Wir lagen aber alle ziemlich gut bei der Vermutung, dass es eine Einigung geben wird und kein Urteil.  

mir allerdings nicht.  

verkauft man gerade jetzt und zu diesen Kursen, ist schon seltsam.  

Ich kann auch noch nicht glauben, dass die fast 2 Jahre prozessieren und sich dann mit einem Vergleich zufriedengeben.

Trotzdem der USD wird sehr schnell fallen, der Flaschenhalseffekt erledigt das fast von selbst.
