das es durch den neuen, gemeinsam eingereichten Pacer jetzt klar ist. Warum sollte sonst nochmals ein Stay beantragt werden, nach dem letzten Pacer ?

Die J's haben nach der 10-tägigen Bedenkzeit wohl jetzt der Forderung von TPL/PTSC zugestimmt und beide Parteien haben dies nun dem Richter mitgeteilt. Ich muss jetzt mal im Agora Board alles nachlesen, wie der neue Pacer dort gewertet wird.  

es kann auch andere Ursachen haben:
z.B. beide warten auf die Entscheidung des Patentamtes.
PTSC / TPL weil sie hoffen so eine weitere Bestätigung fürs Portfolio zu bekommen und die J´s
um vielleicht dadurch Geld zu sparen.

das hohe Volumen könnten durchaus schon die „Familien-Funds“ der Anwälte sein. Sollte eine Einigung tatsächlich absehbar sein, dann haben die ihre Frauen und Kinderlein bestimmt zur Bank geschickt um anständig einzukaufen.
 

geh ich davon aus, das uns allen ein urteil ins haus steht. Das kann und muss der einzige Weg für die PTSC Anwälte sein. Wenns hier jetzt einen vergleich gibt kommen wieder welche und klagen gegen die Zahlungen und das Ganze geht vonm vorne los. Solang es da kein Urteil gibt wird es immer wieder die Möglichkeit geben, sich den Zahlungen zu entziehen. Aber wer mag, darf natürlich spekulieren. ich find die Idee mit der Erkältung ganz nett. Vll hat der Anwalt auch noch keine Weihnachtsgeschenke gekauft und hat nu zu wenig Zeit um sich um Geschenke und den Prozess zu kümmern.  

Muss ich auch noch!

Valuation Summary

 

We value Patriot Scientific common stock using our Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation method.  We used three different scenarios – Base Case, Optimistic Case and Pessimistic Case. The timing for our valuation analysis is the next 12 months. Based on our valuation approach, we derive the Base Case target price for the stock is $1.03. We believe this is very conservative due to the accumulation of large cash balances from licensing sources that will be reinvested in acquisitions and stock buybacks.   We believe our Optimistic Case target price of $1.54 most likely describes where the stock will trade in the next 12 months. Even our most conservative Pessimistic Case scenario describes a target price of $0.79,  almost twice the current stock price.



The stock has been trading between $0.34 and $0.65 for the past six months. In early 2006 the stock ran from $0.10 to over $2.00 in less than two months, and has declined into its current range since the price peak of March 2006. We believe when the market fully appreciates the Company's strong cash flows and acquisition strategy, the stock is likely to trade above our price targets.

Geringe Umsätze und Kurs hält sich. Sehr schön.
Jeden Tag einen Anstieg um 10 Prozent oder mehr wäre nicht gesund.
So kann es weiter gehen.
