nur eine Frage der Zeit bis die genauso weg sind wie Iveco. Freut euch heute neues ATL und für unsere Pro Typen doch gute Kurse zum Kaufen.  

Man könnte fast auf den Gedanken kommen, die 3 verabschiedeten Vorstände haben Nikola bewusst in die Situation gebracht. Mögliche Verflechtungen mit HF's/Shorts kommen einen da in den Sinn. Auch der Kauf der Batteriefabrik erscheint im nachhinein etwas eigenartig! Sehr merkwürdig der ganze Ablauf! Warum hat man nicht schon lange eine Umstrukturierung/Ausrichtung vorgenommen? Die Probleme sind doch schon lange bekannt!

Ausdrücklich nur meine Meinung/Gedanken!  

0,58 Dollar meine Vorhersage stimmt vor der KE noch unter 0,50 LOL  

Und deshalb läuft Trump auch noch frei rum.

Meine Antwort auf deine Frage: Nach meiner Einschätzung ja

 

Das De Santis oder Trump Präsident wird dann ist das Thema Wassersoff Geschichte  

für ein Volumen > 84 Mio Stücke das sind gut 12 % des free float
bei 110 Mio Short könnte das ggf. ein orchestrierter sell-off gewesen sein.
Wir spannend ob die short quote abgenommen hat.

Ansonsten kaum zu glauben, dass den Markt diese delisting notice überrascht haben soll,
das ganze hat eh noch Zeit bis November.

Bis dahin ist klar, was mit Nikola passieren wird.

Was bewegt "einen" dazu, solche sinnlosen Unternehmensvergleiche hier aufzuzeigen ... lernt man so etwas bei ST like apples with pears

Gerne erwarte ich dann mal zu diesen Vergleichen, die entsprechenden Verbindlichkeiten und Forderungen, als der Kurs von Fuel Cell Energy im Tief bei 30 Cents stand und bei Plug Power im Tief bei 50 Cents stand.  

 

Lässt sich doch leicht aus dem SEC Filing zum QI herauslesen...

Die Frage ist schafft Nikola es bis zum signifikanten Roll-out von FCEV finanziell über die Runden zu kommen bei einem Cash-Bedarf von ca. 100 Mio USD pro Quartal.

QII und III sind safe.

In wenigen Wochen startet die FCEV Produktion mit ersten Auslieferungen ggf. in QIII / spätestens QIV
Bis dahin sollten auch die auf Vorrat produzierten BEV verkauft sein.

Finden sich Investoren, die das immanente Risiko weiter mittragen?

Ein nicht uninteressanter Nebenbereich ist die mögliche Förderung des DOE für das H2 Hub in Arizona,
da sitzt der Partner für die Errichtung ja bereits bald mit im AR.
