Das Dokument laut Link im Beitrag von 4.51 Uhr ist die endgültige Vollmachtserklärung für die Jahreshauptversammlung. Wie in diesem Dokument ersichtlich ist, wurde der Termin für die Jahreshauptversammlung mit 5.6.2024 festgesetzt.
Die endgültige Vollmachtserklärung weicht von den Vorschlägen her nicht von der uns bekannten Letztfassung der vorläufigen Vollmachtserklärung ab.

Beim Batterientausch der BEVs und dem Upgrade auf BEV 2.0 geht es sowohl um die von den Kunden zurückgeholten BEVs als auch um jene im Nikola-Eigenlager (also die noch nicht verkauften).
Meine Einschätzung ist, dass – was die Durchführung des Batterientauschs und des Upgrades getrifft – die von den Kunden zurückgeholten BEVs Vorrang haben (müssen!) vor den BEVs in Nikolas Eigenlager und dass Nikola noch einige Zeit lang keine BEVs verkaufen wird, und zwar weder welche aus ihrem jetzigen Lager noch neu zu produzierende.
der Beiträge eines Stock Promoters vielleicht etwas übertünchen soll, meine Meinung darüber, was bei und für Nikola bis auf Weiteres vorrangig wichtig ist, nämlich, dass Nikola
...endlich einmal die je Zeiteinheit produzierten Stück Trucks signifikant erhöht,
...die Zustimmung der Aktionäre zu Proposal 2 der Jahreshauptversammlung erhält, und zwar idealerweise gleich beim Termin 5.6.2024, und
...Nikola sich von der Betragshöhe her nennenswertes zusätzliches Eigenkapital beschafft,
ist jedenfalls unverändert.
