WSNA ACTIVE STOCK ALERT: IANR, HRCT, VLDE, SUNW, INTC

TUESDAY , MAY 13, 2003 09:25 AM

Weston, FL, May 13, 2003 (financialnewsusa.com via COMTEX) -- Put InterAmerican
Resources, Inc (OTCBB: IANR) on your radar screen. Yesterday after the markets
closed, the company announced that it will acquire 100 percent of the capital of
AAL Marketing Pty Ltd, an Australian company that specializes in the marketing
of synthetic grass sport fields and leisure products. A few weeks ago,
InterAmerican announced that it had acquired 100% of International Sport Fields
Limited (ISF), which also specializes in marketing a full range of synthetic
grass sports fields and leisure products. ISF has the exclusive marketing rights
for North America for Wimbledon Unreal Grass (WUG) Pty Limited's synthetic grass
products. WUG has over 25 years of manufacturing experience, is Australia's
longest established manufacturer of quality Synthetic Sports and Leisure Grass,
exports to over 40 countries and has won the government's award for Export
Imitative and Quality. Keep your eye on this one! Other active stocks yesterday
were:

Hartcourt Companies (OTCBB: HRCT) up 7% to .68 on 3.9 million shares traded,
Valde Connections Inc (OTCBB: VLDE) up 1.5% to .253 on 1.7 million shares
traded, Sun Microsystems Inc. (NASDAQ: SUNW) up 8% to $4.21 on 125.7 million
shares traded and Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) up 2% to $19.99 on 68.9
million shares traded.

Commentary "Yesterday, many money managers and economic forecasters felt that
the markets were seeing investors showing great confidence in an economic
turn-around in 2003. The quarterly earnings season is coming to a close, and
many professional money managers and investment advisors saw this quarterly
earnings season finish much better than expected. As economists have commented,
interest rates are at 40 year lows and inflation is also low, so companies have
pared down and are slowly showing a better bottom line than in the previous 2
quarters," Stated Sonja Rudd in Wall Street News Alert's daily commentary. More
