Die Angst oder Schrei von Hedgfuns( AAC policholders) ist klar, dass sie wissen

ihre Forderung einmal vom Gericht abgelehnt wird.

Nach der Aussage von US bankrupty judge wird die Cash Managementsystem von AAC zu AFG(Debtor) geändert und die Macht von OCI wird beschränkt.
OCI wird nicht mehr einzige Macht über AAC Assets werden.

auf jeden Fall AFG wird unter CH11 ihre Assets( reserve, cash u.s.w) besser schützen oder kontrollieren, ihre Rechte auf AAC wird besser vertedigen

mein pc hat was anderes geschrieben!  

Post zeigt, dass es hier noch einige Wochen spannend bleibt und weit über 2010 hinaus verhandelt werden wird. Meiner Meinung nach sieht der Markt die Situation als nicht hoffnungslos ein, sonst würden wir nicht seit 4-5 Tagen zwischen $0,18-0,2 schließen sondern Richtung $0,01 tendieren. Du musst erkennen wer etwas sagt und was er damit bewirken will, dies nimmt aus deinem Post die Schärfe der Anspannung. Seit vorgestern habe ich aber auch erkennen müssen, dass es wahrs. doch nicht kurzfristig zu einer schnellen Lösung kommen wird. Sehe es aber momentan sehr entspannt, da ich bei $0,124 einsteigen konnte. Jedoch ist es viel zu früh hier hopp oder topp vorauszusagen. Was ich sehe ist, dass die Verhandlungen schnell angefangen wurden und CH11 vorbereitet war. Transparenz über die Fillings ist auch nicht so schlecht, wie bei vielen anderen Werten. Egal was kommen wird, nachhaltiger Anstieg oder dead cat bounce, es sollte für jeden nochmals was dabei sein, auch für die die schon länger dabei sind. Dank an die Helfer hier, die Infos zu bündeln und kurz zu kommentieren.

hier mal eine BM die ich vor kurzen verfasst habe.

Versicherer gehen nicht unter, sie gewinnen eigentlich immer. Ich mache es einfach mal sehr kurz für Dich. AMBAC ist von den Banken und Ratingagenturen betrogen worden. Nun drücken sich die Banken um ihre Vertragspflichten, aus denen AMBAC über 21 Mrd in naher Zukunft erhalten würde. Damit ABK überlebt und nicht ausblutet ist die Versicherungsbehörde OCI aktiv geworden. Die Banken, vor allem die BankofAmerica, versucht als Treuhändler AMBAC in CH 7 zu drücken, damit ABK abgewickelt wird und keine 20 Mrd von der BoA erhält.

So einfach ist das.

Keine Panik, der Titel des Artikel hört sich gruseliger an als er ist ;-) Wir sind auf dem Weg..

also ich hab mir den Artikel mit der "Conversation About Put-Backs" jetzt ein paar mal durchgelesen ... aber der Sinn der dahinter steckt will mir nicht in mein Hirn hinein kommen.

Müssen die nun die ganzen Hypotheken rückabwickeln und es wird somit für JPM, WF und BoA so richtig richtig teuer?

....dabei dachte ich eigentlich, mein Englisch wäre so einigermassen passabel ... jetzt bin ich wieder auf dem Boden der Tatsachen gelandet.

Ambac hat BAC(16,7 milliarden), Citigroup(1,4 milliarden), JP-Morgan(1,5 milliarden) verklagt!

wenn einmal put buyback anfängt, wird ambac ihre Geld wieder zurückbekommen.

 

Was für eine Saubande.
