Syngas International Inc. (NASD: OTCBB: SYNI) PyStR Technology to Benefit as President George W. Bush Reaffirms Commitment to Hydrogen Economy

2006-04-25 11:30 ET - News Release

SACRAMENTO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/25/06

http://at.marketwire.com/accesstracking/...fileId=051205&sourceType=1
Syngas International Inc. (OTC BB: SYNI) www.syngasinternational.com, an emerging leader in the development and production of hydrogen enriched alternative fuels in an environmentally responsible manner, are proud to support Earth Day 2006 by offering the planet new and innovative technologies to produce Hydrogen.

As a leader in the invention, development and production of the PyStR hydrogen production technology, Syngas addresses the increasing international concerns with rising sea levels, melting glaciers and the endangerment of millions of plant and animal species throughout thousands of ecosystems.

The Company\'s PyStR technology is also capable of capturing any carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide, which can be produced during the Hydrogen production process, depending on the feedstock. PyStR also qualifies for green house gas credits and is in line with the objectives set by the Kyoto Protocol. The technology has been proven using coal, petroleum products, biomass fuels, charcoal, wood chips and shredded elephant grass.

President George W. Bush, at an Earth Day speech in Sacramento, CA, stated: "I strongly believe hydrogen is the fuel of the future." The President went on to say, "Hydrogen is clean; hydrogen is domestically produced; and hydrogen is the wave of the future," and that the government was on target to meet its goal for $1.2 billion in Hydrogen research and development. "And so here\'s a strategy to deal with it: One, we\'re spending a lot of money at the federal level to encourage research and development, with the goal of getting away from oil. Spent $10 billion over the last five years to develop cleaner and cheaper and more reliable energy sources. The goal is, as I mentioned in my State of the Union, to promote hydrogen and hybrid vehicles and ethanol. In other words, what technology will enable us to do is change our driving habits, is to figure out new ways to utilize fuels so that they\'re not -- so we can get away from oil-based fuels."
