This in SPPI’s version:
Spectrum will pay to Altair an upfront payment of 100,000 shares of restricted Spectrum common stock and will make an equity investment of $200,000 for 38,314 shares of Altair common stock.

Becomes THIS in Altair’s version:
Under the terms of the licensing agreement, an initial payment will be made consisting of restricted shares of Spectrum's common stock and a CASH PURCHASE BY SPECTRUM OF ALTAIR COMMON STOCK AT A 100 PERCENT PREMIUM to market price.

This in SPPI’s version:
In addition, Altair is eligible to receive payments upon achievement of a clinical development and certain regulatory and sales milestones, in addition to royalties on potential net sales.

Becomes THIS in Altair’s version:
Upon the successful completion of animal studies later this year confirming specified results, Spectrum will make an additional payment of restricted shares of Spectrum's common stock, for a projected total ***FIRST YEAR VALUE OF APPROXIMATELY $1.3 MILLION.***
