Deal To Include 2 Major Dutch Subsidiaries of PV Solar Energy Companies -- Stroomwerk Energy BV and Solar Service Buro BV
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 2004-- Universal Communication Systems Inc. (OTCBB:UCSY - News) company chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced that: " We have concluded our negotiations for the closing of our previously announced transaction, and have executed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with the shareholders and directors to acquire 51% of GiraSolar BV of Amsterdam, Holland, that includes part ownership of Stroomwerk Energy BV, www.stroomwerk.nl, and Solar Service Buro BV. Under the terms of the SPA agreement, GiraSolar shall own a majority share of respectively 65% in Stroomwerk Energy BV and 85% Solar Service Buro BV. Combined we will now own one of the largest and most prestigious companies in Holland/Europe operating in the field of PV Solar Energy."
GiraSolar BV director Weiland Koonstra issued the following statement:
" We are excited to confirm that, ending March, GiraSolar BV of the Netherlands has joined UCSY and are now eager to finish the remaining administrative formalities. We are in the process of registering GiraSolar shares in the name of UCSY. The mutual confidence of both the companies` management teams was once more confirmed by the fact that the 7 day cool down period after signing the agreements did not provoke any changes in figures or intentions on either side. Millennium Exhibits at 'Building 2004' Exhibition in Israel
MIAMI, April 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Communication Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UCSY) company chairman Michael J Zwebner announced today that the company's subsidiary Millennium Electric TOU Limited has received $7 million in current product orders, and expects over $22 million in additional orders in the fiscal year 2004.
Ami Elazari, the company president stated: "Our Millennium brand PV Solar Panel, is proving itself as a new world leader in quality and energy production. We have received signed purchase orders in excess of $7 Million so far, and are manufacturing Panels as fast as we can. auch stand dort zu lesen, dass die deutsche mass solar für 15 millionen millennium module geordert hat. diese gesellschaft gehört universal comm.
da ich noch immer keine module habe, da der markt leergefegt ist, habe ich heute bei maass angerufen.
dort wurde mir berichtet, dass frühestens für anfang 2005 neue bestellungen angenommen werden können, da maass bereits für 30 millionen module verkauft hat !!!
