First Graphene - Erster Kommerzieller Produzent

...approach to decarbonizing concrete by integrating micronized limestone and graphene-based admixtures into the concrete mix, targeting the reduction of embodied carbon emissions associated with concrete production.
This innovation addresses the challenge by reducing the reliance on Ordinary Portland Cement, which is responsible for a significant portion of concrete's carbon emissions. The use of micronized limestone as a supplementary cementitious material reduces the need for Ordinary Portland Cement, thereby decreasing CO2 emissions.
Additionally, incorporating graphene enhances the mechanical properties of the concrete, allowing for the use of higher supplementary cementitious material content without compromising early age strength development....

Whilst we work on opportunities across a broad range of materials, we remain with a focus on the cement/concrete segment. As referred to in the Quarterly, we currently have circa 3.5 tonnes of our cement additive on the water heading to the UK. Our program with Breedon is one of the most advanced in this field and has resulted in circa 10,000+ tonnes of cement having been made with Graphene and into Concrete and used in UK highways projects. This is far further advanced than the bulk of other companies in this field. Announcements by other companies saying they are working with Holcim, or that they have found new evidence of how great Graphene is in concrete for strength and durability, or that they have started looking at Graphene in projects x, y and z… This has already been done by FGR. We are by far, the furthest down the track with commercialising Graphene, at an industrial scale, with a significant market leader client (Breedon). Please rest assured that our third trial, due September/October and with results out before the end of 2024, will solidify the performance that can be expected, and that we can do this at an industrial scale. The opportunity here is immense, albeit at a much harder margin, but its progressing. Don’t forget, the cement/concrete market has been using essentially the same recipe for centuries, and further to this is a very conservative industry.
When looking at our pipeline and what gets me excited, is the opportunities outside of cement/concrete. Opportunities in the 500kg – 1000kg p.a. for our smaller materials like PureGRAPH 5 and 10. These are higher margin products and span a huge variety of opportunities. For instance, applications including elastomeric waterproof coatings, recycled nylon, moisture barriers for paper, strengthened PET bottles, and so forth. Each of these opportunities being realisable within the forecastable period, with product launches now being solidified. These are what will take FGR through the cashflow breakeven point and beyond. Keep your eyes out for announcements on these types of opportunities as they all build a strong margin business, positive cashflows, and all represent vastly different market segments. The adoption of Graphene is now accelerating, and the % of success continuously being improved. Part of this has been a slight product change in the PureGRAPH platform, and now has us reengaging several previous clients to re-test. This is an easy path to additional revenue, and something we have a heightened focus on at present. I am aiming to have details on our pipeline pushed into the market as soon as I can. I must respect my clients wishes on what I share, but I fully appreciate your thirst and need for details. These will come in due course and will be grounds for excitement and hopefully answer your share price concerns.
Share Price As I am sure you can appreciate, as a significant holder of FGR, I too am disappointed in the share price. At the same time, being a holder, I am more than adequately motivated to drive shareholder value. This sits in the fore front of my mind always. Despite having released all good news and have made steady progress in reducing our cash losses, the share price has continued to languish. We have been actively promoting the stock throughout the world, working to push positive news where our clients will let us, and continue to report our cashflow progress, so its massively frustrating to see our stock price performance. A large portion of the performance, in my humble opinion, is a swing of financial markets, interest rates and overall trends in the microcap space. On the ASX, most microcaps have taken a beating over the last 2 - 3 years, primarily driven by the cost and availability of investment cash. People have cut away the higher risk/higher reward type stocks in favour of stability and low returns. This will correct itself in time when more money flows into the general markets. This is just my perspective, and not representative of “advice”. Further to this, the negative impact of Ukraine and Gaza Wars etc, all mount pressure on us. My perspective on this is that a continued steady path to cashflow breakeven, driven by reduced cost, improved margins and ultimately increased revenue, will not only reward us, but also clearly distinguish FGR as a leader in our field. Over the last 12 months I have seen several Graphene companies make errors in their approach, areas of focus, and simply miss the opportunity leading to their demise. FGR continuously repositions itself every time we observe this, and benefit from this. For example – one such Graphene company had a manufacturing cost of over 30x that of FGR’s product and produced a flawed product. On their collapse, we approached their development clients and have successfully moved them all onto the PureGRAPH platform. We now have circa 5 clients in late-stage validation projects from this, and in a much shorter period (6 months). This drives us to be more diversified in our client segments, and also proves to us that we are doing this with a far greater commercially viable product. I hope this information helps in your understanding of FGR, our current position and forward-looking path. I would like to reinforce that we have made steady progress to a cashflow breakeven, this being our first milestone to a sustainable business. Our second in driving revenue is continuing to build despite a tough FY2024. Looking into FY2025, and what we are in the process of securing right now, gives me positive vibes and excitement. And lastly, I will ensure I provide updates to the market as soon as I possibly can on the opportunities in our pipeline that I see as being the vehicles to get FGR into a cashflow positive position. Thanks you for your support, and I look forward to sharing further in the future. Mike
Jetzt also auch hier eingeschlagen!?!
Dies spiegelt lediglich meine persönliche Meinung wider. Keinesfalls soll dies ander Marktteilnehmer in irgendeiner Weise beeinflussen!
"Secondly, a disclaimer… please note that although this email doesn’t include any sensitive or confidential information, I do ask you keep our communications private. "
Schon mal was von Briefgeheimnis gehört?
