Dafür gibt es eine Menger Erklärungen....die WICHTIGSTE ist wohl, dass beide Unternehmen und Aktien nichts miteinader zu tun haben, auch wenn viele dies gerne so hätten.

Übrigens verstehe ich nicht, warum in Frankfurt unter pari geschmissen wird, nur weil WAMUQ abschmiert...tsetse

ich ja??? binverwundert??? was machen die in fra mit ihren Aktien??? Der Kurs in den Staaten ist absolut stabil!!!  

musst du zugeben, dass Lehman von dem Wamu Hype profitiert hat!

Genau so umgekehrt wird Wamu geprügelt geht es mit Lehman auch runter!

steigen als Wamu zu folgen  

...die ich bereits vor kurzem, als wamuq ca. 3x höher im kurs stand als lehmq, dass früher oder später lehmq kurstechnisch höher notieren wird als wamuq. daran halte ich auch fest. inzwischen notiert wamuq grad mal noch 50% höher!

meine annahme ist, dass beiden in etwa die gleiche marktkapitalisierung zusteht, womit ich auch sagen will, dass lehmq eine 3x höhere kursnotierung zusteht als wamuq - also das gegenteil wie wir es die letzten wochen gesehen haben. beide insolvenzfälle haben natürlich was gemeinsam und zwar dass beide bluten mussten für das system jp morgan chase.

auch denke ich, dass der nächste hype DIESMAL eher bei lehmq anstehen würde und nicht bei wamuq (wir stehen hier vor ELEMENTAREN entscheidungen, welche wir bei wamuq teils schon hinter uns haben).

der geringe börsenwert von derzeit unter 60 mio euro verdeutlicht, dass wir uns im micro-cap bereich bewegen. und micro-caps sind seit jahren meine lieblingsanlagen :-)))  

kommen? Nett ist die Abschreckorder in Stg ....wenn jemand versuchen würde, sie zu kaufen , dann ist sie mit Sicherheit weg.  

Also ich glaub schon, dass wir uns bei dem Wamu Hype in einem Sog befunden haben...auch, und da gebe ich dir Recht, dass die beiden nichts miteinander zu tun haben, glaube ich das die Anleger schon beide Werte gemeinsam bewerten und dementsprechend handeln.

Dafür sind die Charts zumindest im Hype zu sehr aneinander angepasst gewesen!

 

Wenn du das nicht sieht, dann begründe doch bitte warum Lehman in der letzten Woche so hochgepusht wurde.

Werde nun auch von Wamu zu Lehman wechseln.
Denke hier wirds demnächst stark aufwärts gehen.

Nur meine Meinung  

dieses cross der38 tage linie durchstößt doch bald von unten die anderen linien.
wenn ich mir den wamu cross durchbruch anschau fällt mir auf das es ungefähr 2-3 wochen gedauert hat nach der ersten berührung.
also müssten wir ab nächster woche damit rechnen das es passieren könnte.
sehe ich das richtig?
wamu hätte ja nächste woche auch einen wichtigen termin,so würden wieder beide miteinander hoch ziehen.

was sagt ihr dazu und wie ist eure meinung

...eine sehr interessante beobachtung, filiz. nun ich kann und will dir nicht widersprechen, zumal andere indikatoren ebenfalls für eine aufwärtsbewegung sprechen.

LONDON, March 15 (Reuters) - The Financial Reporting Council has asked Ernst&Young to EXPLAIN how it audited the books of U.S. investment bank Lehman Brothers before it went bust in 2008, Britain's accounting watchdog said on Monday.

The FRC officials have been studying a 2,200 page report from U.S. examiner Anton VALUKAS on the collapse of Lehman.

The report, published last Thursday, said there was sufficient evidence to support a possible claim that the firm's auditor, Ernst&Young, had been 'negligent' and that LEHMAN could pursue CLAIMS against the firm for 'professional malpractice'<<...

March 15 (Bloomberg) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. outlined its initial plan on how it would divide up its assets to pay creditors and liquidate after having filed the biggest bankruptcy in U.S. history 18 months ago.

In the filing, Lehman laid out how it would treat creditors and equity holders of the parent company, as well as creditors of its subsidiaries. The amounts they would receive weren’t given, as the New York-based firm is still calculating assets available to pay creditors and trying to resolve claims filed against it, according to court papers filed today in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan.

More than $830 billion in claims have been filed against Lehman, which has said that many of them are duplicates. The debtor listed more than 130 classes of creditors.

Lehman, which sought court protection in September 2008 with assets of $639 billion, had 18 months under bankruptcy rules to file a reorganization plan. While it’s mostly liquidating assets to pay creditors, the firm has said it’s holding onto some units and properties, including real estate, uranium and asset management operations, until sale prices for them recover.

Lehman, once the world’s fourth-biggest investment bank, is liquidating to pay creditors ranging from UBS AG, the New York Giants and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority to individuals who hold Lehman bonds.

The case is In re Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., 08-13555, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York (Manhattan).

Lehman reportedly files plan to repay creditors

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Lehman Brothers /quotes/comstock/11i!lehmq (LEHMQ 0.11, +0.00, +1.82%) unveiled its plan to repay tens of thousands of creditors that are demanding about $875 billion from the failed investment bank, according to a Dow Jones Newswires report on Monday. The plan, filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan, comes on the 18-month anniversary of Lehman's collapse in 2008, which marked the largest bankruptcy ever. Lehman faces about 65,000 claims from creditors, but the firm will likely object to many of them and fight with creditors over what they're owed, Dow Jones Newswires said. Monday marked the deadline for filing the plan. It was not immediately clear from the court filing exactly how much creditors can expect to recover on their claims. Lehman will pay creditors in cash and said the plan "represents a fair economic resolution" for creditors, Dow Jones Newswires said.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc (Other OTC:LEHMQ.PK - News) on Monday filed its reorganization plan with the U.S. bankruptcy court in Manhattan, proposing a way to end the largest U.S. bankruptcy case in history.

Under the Chapter 11 reorganization plan proposed by the company, Lehman sought authority to create an asset manager business called LAMCO that would specialize in management of Lehman's commercial real estate, mortgages, principal investments, private equity, corporate debt and derivatives assets.

Lehman said LAMCO would provide management services to Lehman, administer its assets and offer long-term employment opportunities for the hundreds of Lehman employees working to liquidate the former investment bank's estate.

The case is In re: Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, No. 08-13555.

shorts werden sich bald bewegen.  

und überhaupt nicht optimistisch  

die Spanier das Weite gesucht haben.....Lehman wird liquidiert, die common shares wertlos.....mahlzeit.

Da hilft jetzt wohl auch keine Charttechnik mehr, wenn Longs & Shorts gleichzeitig versuchen werden, einigermassen rauszukommen.

 

 

für mich klingt das eher so, als ob LAMCO eine art sub-firma von LEHMQ werden soll...
wobei ich finde, dass das "verlassen von ch. 11" ja eher positiv zu sehen ist ...

aber das können wilhelm und vor allem teras, der sich ja sehr intensiv mit den ganzen docs befasst hat, eher kommentieren.

wilhelm: also meinst du, dass man retten sollte, was zu retten ist?

Die Mitarbeiter der LAMCO sollen helfen, den Rest der alten Lehmännchen abzuwickeln....d.h. aber auch, dass die common shares heute abend eine klare Abfuhr erhalten haben....Frage bleibt nur, wie lange und zu welchem Kurs man noch raus kommt....

Wird ein Krimi werden.

Die Story ist durch....jeder muss jetzt entscheiden, wann er raus will.....eine Long- oder auch Halteposition wurde mit den Meldungen heute begraben.
