hast Du deinen Guru mal gefragt warum nur noch 3,5 Mio Aktien im Aktienregister stehen und der Buchwert pro Aktie bei 35 Mio somit nur noch bei 0,012 €liegt!? Er verdient also mit jeder Aktie die er an Euch Freaks verkauft aktuell noch 200%! Dein Problem ist das Du keine Argumente hast, die néue Lemminge zum Kauf nötigen würden! Dumm gelaufen peawy;)

Das wird sich auch nicht mehr ändern. Selbst wenn hier alle zweifel die entweder von dir an den Haaren herbeigezogen werden oder gar einfach so erfunden werden ODER durch tatsachenverdrehung  deinerseits ausgeräumt werden - selbst dann wirst du noch weitermachen und wenn du dem Hausmeister vorwirfst das er die Straße nicht gefegt hat...

ich dachte du bist so überzeugt vom dem Wert warum kaufst du dann nicht weiter ein, dies sollten doch ablsoulute traumkurse sein, wenn wir nach euren aussagen hier bald bei 0,10€ und mehr stehen.

Na merkst du was, irgendwie ist sich hier niemand mehr so ganz sicher  

Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie man sich von den 2 sogenannten Oberschlauen so beeinflussen lassen kann. Irgendeiner schreibt irgendwelches Zeug und manche fallen drauf rein. Eigentlich sollte jeder mündige Anleger selbst entscheiden wie er investiert.
Ich bin jedenfalls weiter dran, mich mit Robert in BRD zu treffen. Erhoffe mir dadurch auf jeden Fall ein umfassendes Bild machen zu können, und gleichzeitig Rob, was die grundsätzliche Komunikation angeht, zu sensibilisieren.
Noch was, Ich kann mir jedenfalls immer noch nicht erklären, warum der TTL Boss als Verwaltungsrat einsteigt, wenn das alles gefakt wäre. Er hätte einfach zu viel zu verlieren. Hat man seinen Namen einmal ruiniert, bleibt das in der Regel auch so ( siehe die Alf - Story - Byrns ). Ich glaube, das Rob einfach nur seine Kontakte nutzen kann, um in Asien aktiv zu werden, denn der TTL Boss erwartet sich auch was davon, sowas nennt man eine win - win Situation.

du glaubst also, ich hab soviel macht um den Kurs mit ein paar kleinen beiträgen zu kontrolieren und somit auch zu drücken??????

Wie kann man sich so wie du es tust das ganze leben einfach nur schön reden????????

Denk doch mal nach, wenn man sich euer Pusher Therad anschaut sollte der Kurs doch dann grade zu explodieren oder nicht?????

Es wundert mich wirklich, daß ihr es immer wieder schafft die Aktie schlechtzureden und daß einige Angsthasen auf Eure

Panikmache hereinfallen.

Würden sich die Angsthasen  die Mühe machen, im Thread mal einige Wochen zurückzublättern

könnten sie lesen wie positiv  von den jetzigen Bashern (z Bsp. RS820) über Lambda geschrieben wurde.

Aber so laufen die Geschäfte an der Börse. Ein ständiges Für- und Wider, je nachdem,

ob man kaufen oder verkaufen möchte.

Also: Keep on bashing !   Dann kann ich auch noch einige Anteile günstig einsammeln.

Thank you very much again for your continued support of LAMBDA TD SOFTWARE. In regards to all questions about our application to the Deutsche Boerse Entry Standard, we have been working with a partner and our documentation should be suitable for submission soon. The corporate prospectus and audited financial results are being worked on and because they are required to be approved by BaFin, and this process is not automatic (sometimes it takes several submissions before final approval) and it is also expensive. So, please understand that we are spending a considerable amount of energy in order to go through the DB Entry Standard upgrade; and please appreciate our time, professional fees and other monetary commitments to this process so that there is no need for you to panic. There is still plenty of time for submission into the DB Entry Standard. We are confident that our company has a strong case for being accepted for this upgrade though there is no guarantee. We will be meeting in Frankfurt, Germany with an interviewing team within the next months (times and schedules should be posted when they are available), and we will have a much better idea in regards to our acceptance at that time. In the meantime, we are planning also to apply simultaneously with the Stuttgart Boerse while maintaining a continued standing with both the Boerse Stuttgart and the Deutsche Boerse Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse, FWB.

We appreciate your interest and feedback but please respect that there are also matters of confidentiality that we are legally bound to observe. Please note that being listed on Deutsche Boerse, under full compliance with rules and regulations of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, is an essential part of our international growth strategy. Regarding any more detail of your DB Entry Standard questions, please understand that we are a publicly traded company and do not release such information on an individual basis. In regards to whether we will be doing a stock split, etc. in order to increase our share price:

This is a complicated issue and believe it or not, there are still no hard line, clear-cut requirements prescribed by the Deutsche Boerse application committee. So we are forced to work on the assumption that the DB Entry Standard is something like trying to get our company accepted into an elite golf country club (where membership is extremely privileged). So no one has told us yet with 100% certainty that the € 1 Euro per share Market CAP would be the deciding factor for acceptance or not. There are still both the DB Entry Standard committee and the participating banks to satisfy and hopefully, the decision-makers will take more than just our current market share price; but will also take our audited financials. our company IP, our disruptive market technology, our change of paradigm business model and our contracts as well as our projects pipeline into consideration.

Another factor we have on our side is that we are already actively traded and have decent established volumes on the DB First Quotation Board so we have at least a proven track record. We have submitted professionally audited financials for the past two years which meets and exceeds full compliance for the DB First Quotation Board, and our financial performance thus far has been consistently positive. We are hoping that this fact will have a positive influence on the Deutsche Boerse & FWB examiners.

Of course, we are not certain of any part of this strategy although we are confident that we will eventually meet the DB Entry Standard requirements. Bottom line, is that I do believe that we have a strong chance for acceptance. Please remember that we went through our initial DPO and then went through almost a similar application process again in September of last year when they Upgraded the First Quotation Board Standards (and we qualified through all of those processes). So we have been through almost this same kind of DB listing process twice before. We are confident that in the end, we will qualify for this upgrade as well. We plan to be a part of the Deutsche Boerse FWB for many years to come (God willing).

Our Corporate Prospectus drafts are completed and we are working closely with a partner in order to make it BaFin-ready. Our partners are still preparing our documentation and awaiting the results of our financial Q3 2012 audits so that we are able to present them for submission.
