Tougi Announced Today the Launch of Its Global Clearinghouse Service for Commodities
Nettel Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN 727487), Tougi division, announced today the launch of its global clearinghouse service for commodities.
Similar to AVOP, Tougi Global Clearinghouse provides a real-time, safe, secure, and automated web-based platform for buyers and manufacturers to conduct business. Tougi acts as a middleman, protecting and assuring the buyer of receiving exact commodities he has ordered. In turn, we protect the manufacturer by ensuring the money is available to them immediately for the exact amount of products he had sold. Manufacturers receive a detailed daily settlement statement, showing the number of products sold, issued to members in a single currency.
Tougi handles all financial settlements, billing and administration, allowing manufacturers to save on time, staff and administration costs. Manufacturers can now work with many buyers without having to develop and maintain various bilateral relationships. Instead manufacturers require only a single relationship with Tougi. Buyers will now have access to the best rates on products without having to negotiate a contract separately with each manufacturer.
The existing Letter of Credit (LC) process is too time consuming and costly. In addition, the traditional LC is not fool proof and secure. There are many manufacturers that have loss their money because of a fake or fraudulent Letter of Credit.
Over the past 3 months, we have signed up over 300 manufacturers from over 7 countries. We are currently signing up 10-12 new manufacturers daily. Participating manufacturers have been using the beta version of Tougi and are very impressed with its convenience and protection.
These manufacturers have posted over 17,000 products on Tougi. These include: agriculture, apparel, automotive, chemical products, computers, consumer electronics, food products, furniture, industrial equipments, and many more. By taking responsibility for the products sold by the manufacturers, Tougi will be able to recognize all of the revenue going through the platform.
Nettel Holdings have also named Jim Dao as president to lead Tougi. Jim graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and has over 7 years experience in the wholesale industry. In his new role, he will be responsible for directing Tougi's overall policies, business development, and overseeing all daily functions. "We are lucky to have someone of Jim's background and expertise to take charge of Tougi," said Michael Nguyen, President of Nettel Holdings. "Jim will be a perfect fit for Tougi, as we rapidly grow our business."
Tougi is an important addition to Nettel's services portfolio, providing our customers with another competitive advantage in the rapidly changing environment. Tougi is a great new initiative that will help manufacturers develop and penetrate their target market faster than traditional methods.
Similar to VOIP Payment Services and AVOP, we feel Tougi will prove to be a valuable asset for our customers and shareholders alike.
Once again our Entec division in Vietnam has been the engine to make this happen, developing all the software for the Tougi platform.

Nettel Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN 727487), AVOP division gears up for activation of new suppliers on its network.
As reported in a previous press release, progress from telecom sales over the past two quarters has been overwhelmingly positive. Current buyers are very satisfied with our performance and consistency. They have been placing orders for additional telecom minutes at a much larger volume than what our current suppliers can provide. We have received firm commitments from these buyers for over 2 million minutes per day valued at about $100,000.
Since that announcement, we have signed up and activated a large number of direct suppliers that will be able to meet the volume and rates requirement of our current buyers. However, besides meeting the volume and rates criteria, suppliers will have to also meet our minimum requirement in the following areas: call duration, call completion ratio, voice quality, and traffic reliability (how often does this supplier's route go down).
This can only be done by sending large amounts of minutes daily over a period of time directly from AVOP to the supplier's gateway. Over the past few days, AVOP have started to send a high volume of live test calls daily to each of these suppliers. During the test, AVOP sent between 60-70k minutes per day per supplier to different destinations globally. These are actual live calls that AVOP received directly from different buyers. For good, reliable results, the test period can last anywhere from 7-8 weeks. Please note even though we are calling it a test period, all minutes processed are recognized as good revenue for AVOP.
Each day account managers monitor progress reports on each supplier for voice quality, call completion ratio, call duration, and route reliability. Account managers also give out constant feedback to each supplier on progress and areas where they need to improve. At the end of the test period, we estimate only about 20-30% of the suppliers will meet our minimum criteria. The success percentage is very much industry standard.
Many of our buyers are large major residential and business long distance carriers. AVOP is committed to offering the highest quality to all clients, regardless of long or short term needs. We don't always look for suppliers with the cheapest rate or the largest volume. Sometimes, we may choose to send calls to suppliers with only 10% profit margin but have good quality versus a supplier with 18% profit margin but have bad quality. However, because of AVOP's unique business model in offering the seller same day payment terms, we tend to get a much larger number of suppliers with good quality and rates versus if they have to wait 15-30 days to get paid, plus we get access to a much larger pool of suppliers.
In addition, to prepare for the anticipated traffic, AVOP today commissioned three additional Cisco as5800 servers for placement at a third collocation center for additional redundancy.
Nettel has dedicated the past 2 years to research and development of our networks, technologies, and personnel, paying particular attention to equipment upgrades as needed. According to Michael Nguyen, CEO of Nettel Holdings, "We keep a watchful eye on spending habits while acquiring state-of-the-art features and maintaining the highest standards of quality."

The demands for software outsourcing have been growing steadily. Given the competitive pressures of today's global marketplace, it's important for IT and software companies to seize any edge that outsourcing can provide. As organizations begin to understand the incredible opportunities for return on investment (ROI) through outsourcing, the popularity for Entec Software will increase even more.
Entec Software has been selected by Atlantis Business Development Corporation to develop a highly complex custom Client/Server application for its EFTAS project. EFTAS (Employment for the Armed Services), is an organization dedicated to helping active military personnel find employment prior to and on the heels of their return home from active duty. By partnering with Entec Software, these companies will have access to a team of highly experienced software engineers and database developers along with customer management expertise. The relationship will also allow these companies to considerably expand their existing capabilities at a cost far below competing companies. In addition, they would now be able to start multiple full-scaled software projects at the same time, thus drastically increasing sales and profits without making significant additional investments.
Nettel Holdings has also named Vincent Chim as president of Entec Software. Vincent graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information System and has over 10 years experience in software development management. Vincent will be responsible for over 80 programmers and graphic designers at our Vietnam office, and four sales representatives at the U.S office.

Tougi unique business model has been very popular with suppliers and buyers. We have signed up over 600 new suppliers. The number of products available has grown to over 29,000 items. The China office is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong. Because of its proximity to Hong Kong and its ports in southern China, Guangdong province is the major exporting province in China. Exports from Guangdong province in 2005 were over $191.6 billion representing 34% of exports from all of China.
The office will serve as:
-- New business development and opportunities.
-- Inspect sample quality and specifications before mass production is
started.
-- Sales negotiation on large orders.
-- Act as optional independent 3rd party for on site inspections, where
large shipments will be inspected before leaving China.
-- Customer service support for both buyers and suppliers.
-- Conduct random roaming inspections and monitor production quality on
an ongoing basis.
We have flown two employees from our Vietnam office to manage the day to day operation of the china office and local staff. These two employees will be working full time and are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Jim Dao, Tougi President commented, "This expansion is part of our vision due to the new Tougi unique business model. The opening of the China office will emphasize our commitment of providing the best support to our customers."
