Great to hear that you’re participating in the Portofino story, and we’re full invested as well…!!!…  Regarding developments to share, as you can guess, we’ve chosen a path of cautious investor communication to avoid any missteps in the market.

In the last few months, our team has evaluated and re-evaluated several additional properties in Catamarca and Salta and have advanced to late stages of  negotiations pursuant to a number of acquisitions. With Christmas and subsequent summer holidays in Argentina now past and business back to normal, we anticipate news flow to pick up shortly.

During this time, we have also defined clear paths to enable us to expedite all required environmental and exploration permits for current and future projects.  Our overarching thesis has been to move cautiously in an environment where property rights have not always been 100% clear, as protecting shareholders interest is of paramount importance to us.

der fond hat wieder aufgestockt jetzt sind es schon 6.400.006 aktien letzte woche 400000 stück mehr dazu gekommen der hat für 475000 euro aktien gekauft !!!! hier der link auf depot klicken dann sieht man alle einzelwerte

Portofino Executes Agreement Pursuant to the Yergo Lithium Brine Project in Catamarca, Argentina

Vancouver, B.C., March 05, 2018. PORTOFINO RESOURCES INC. (POR: TSX-V) (POT: FSE) ("Portofino" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has executed a binding agreement with a private Argentine concession owner to acquire a 100% interest in the Yergo and Yergo 2 lithium brine salar projects in Catamarca, Argentina which comprise over 3,500 Hectares ("Ha"). The property locations can be viewed on the property map link below:
Portofino Resources – Catamarca Lithium Projects
The Yergo (2932 Ha.) project is located 30 kilometres ("km") south of Portofino's Project II, and approximately 20 km south-east of Neo Lithium Corp's 3Q project.
The Yergo 2 project (614 Ha) is located approximately 20 km south of the Company's Rio Grande Sur project and 23 km west of the Antofalla salar currently being explored by Albermarle Corporation.
To acquire a 100% interest in the properties, Portofino has agreed to make annual escalating payments to the vendor over a 27-month period totalling US$500,000 as follows:
        1.§US$30,000 on signing,
        2.§US$20,000 within 3 months,
        3.§By the 15 month anniversary of TSX-V approval- US$125,000,
        4.§By the 24 month anniversary of approval- US$150,000,
        5.§By the 27 month anniversary of approval- US$175,000
The Company is not aware of any historical exploration work previously completed on the Yergo projects.

Die nachricht finde ich sogar noch besser als auf die wo alle warten ! Ich denke auch die bodenprobe wird auch bald nachgeschoßen !! Leider sind sich alle sehr unsicher wegen trump  und den fachmännischen komentares eines super schlauen anal ysten von morgen stanley

Schade nur das wir deutsche uns so ins hemd machen wenn die amis zucken! Den handelskrieg hätte ich gleich beendet also produkte von den amis 100% strafzoll und die saktionen zu russland sofort aufheben.
