nicht die versprochenen News betreffend rotem Kreuz oder/und Uno kommen, resigniere ich so langsam, wenn es um Axia geht. :-( Ist zur Zeit tote Hose!  

...noch ein bisschen ruhig um Axia, solange
meine Anteile im Cortal Depot eingebucht werden.
Noch kann ich nicht in den USA handeln...

Schätze schon, dass Jeff sich bald wieder meldet
und uns ein paar Neuigkeiten verkündet, die den
Kurs beflügeln werden. Vielleicht Ende dieser oder
Anfang nächster Woche... Der Mai wird auf jeden
Fall ein neuer Meilenstein für Axia! Nach dem
1000-Häuser-Auftrag werden bestimmt bald Zahlen
geliefert und die Entscheidung gefällt, ob Axia
wieder ein OTCBB - Wert werden soll. Trifft dies
ein, stehen wir schnell im zweistelligen Dollar-Bereich!

Bei 5  Euro möchte ich aussteigen. Mal sehen, wann es soweit ist ;-)
Vielleicht aber auch erst bei 7,50 Euro... oder 10 :-)

gib das hier den Jungs im Wallstreet-Forum bitte mit, damit
die Aufregung nicht noch größer wird:

Wenn ein Unternehmen vom Dow-Jones Index, von der Nasdaq oder als OTCBB-Wert gewisse Kriterien nicht mehr erfüllt (zum Beispiel die regelmäßige Veröffentlichung der Quartalszahlen), dann werden sie nach bestimmten Fristen DEREGISTERED! Das ist immer so! Anschließend werden diese Unternehmen als Pink Sheet weiter gehandelt! Es gibt zahlreiche Beispiele dafür, dass Unternehmen NACH diesem deregister-Verfahren wieder zurück gegangen sind an die Nasdaq! Die Unternehmen existieren weiter und der Kurs kann auch wieder steigen! Es ist nur eine Frage der Zeit! Manchmal dauert es Wochen, manchmal Monate, manchmal aber auch Jahre! Hier ein paar Beispiele:

Man muss sich nur mal die Entwicklung genauer ansehen! Bis 2005 hatte Axia "null" Umsatz! Anfang 2006 rauschen die Aufträge nur so rein! Insgesamt 1250 Häuser stehen in den Auftragsbüchern! Ich glaube sogar, dass sich Axia einen
Investor mit ins Boot holen wird! Es winken
Aufträge im hohen zwei- bis dreistelligen Millionenbereich!

Axia könnte perfekt mit Joint Venture Partnern was
richtig großes aufbauen und durchziehen! Innerhalb
von drei Monaten kamen Aufträge über 200, dann 50,
dann 750 bis 1000 und nochmal 20 Häuser rein! Und
das alles nur auf Sri Lanka, wo noch immer ein Bedarf
von über 100.000 neuen Häusern herrscht! Von Katastrophen-
gebieten wie Indien und Pakistan, in denen SOS-Kinderdörfer
ebenfalls aktiv ist, ganz zu schweigen ;-) Axia legt jetzt
erst los! Mit dem deregister wird das alte Jahr 2004 endgültig
begraben und Axia kann 2006 wie ein Phönix aus der Asche steigen!  

werde ich machen:-) Bei uns im WO, geht es ja seit Tagen ziemlich strub zu und her! Da gibts Leute, die beschimpfen sich schon wie wild, weil sie den Frust irgendwo abbauen müssen:-)  

Ich weiß nicht, woher du Auftragsvolumen im zwei- bis dreistelligen Bereich hernimmst, aber für mich ist das im Moment zumindest mehr als fraglich!

Die Aussage, Axia hat einen Auftrag bekommen, zwischen 750 und 1000 Häusern zu bauen, ist so einfach nicht korrekt! Den Auftrag zum Bau hat eine Sri Lankesischer Bauunternehmer (anscheinend der größte vor Ort)bekommen. Axia hat nun wiederrum mit diesem Bauunternehmer ein Agreement zur Lieferung seiner Technologie etc. pp. Somit gehe ich nicht davon aus, dass die 750 bis 1000 Häuser für $ 12.000 von Axia gebaut werden, sondern für erheblich weniger!

Ich bitte dazu die Pressemeldung noch einmal genau zu lesen:

"SAN DIEGO, April 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Building Technologies, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Axia Group, Inc., (Pink Sheets: AXGJ - News), today announced that it has signed an agreement to provide materials, training and support to build 750 to 1,000 single family homes, and as many as 20 other buildings in Sri Lanka. This contract is with General Engineering Consultants International, Ltd., a Sri Lanka company and gives an exclusive to Axia for providing its panel technology, supplies, tools and other equipment for the projects."

Meine Erwartungen hinsichtlich des neuen Auftrages gehen hin zu einem Auftragsvolumen, dass irgendwo zwischen 5 und 10 Millionen liegen dürfte.

Was deine Aussage hinsichtlich der 100.000 noch zu bauenden Häuser angeht, so möchte ich auch hier zur Vorsicht mahnen. Denn Axia ist lange nicht mehr allein in Sri Lanka und anderswo. Siehe hierzu:

Die Konkurrenz schläft nicht. Schon vor einem Monat wurde ein Projekt zum Bau von Häusern in Höhe von 3,2 Mio $ an einen Konkurrenten vergeben. Und es dürfte klar sein, dass der Geldgeber (Spender) auch bestimmt, wer baut! ;)

Fazit: so lange mir keine Zahlen von Axia als Unternehmen und auch von dem neuen Auftrag vorliegen, ist die Zukunft von Axia mehr als nur auf wackeligen Beinen. Die Maßnahmen der Unternehmensführung in der Vergangenheit dürften wohl kaum zur Bildung eines belastbaren Vertrauensverhältnisses zu den Aktionären geführt haben.

Ich kalkuliere aber langfristiger!
Axia hat nach MicroConstruction einen
neuen, noch größeren Partner zum Bau
von 750 bis 1000 Häusern gewonnen!
Zur Info: Axia selbst kann keinen Beton
für die Häuser liefern, sondern spezialisiert
sich auf das Training der Bauleute, die Technik
des Baus, die Bauleitung, das Know-How und geschäftliche Kontakte!

Das Material liefert Engineering Consultants International.
MicroConstruction hätte es auch liefern können, doch die
sind für dieses Volumen (rd. 1000) Häuser einfach zu klein!

Axia ist in neue Größenordnungen vorgestoßen! Im Februar
gab es einen Auftrag über 250 Häuser von SOS-Kinderdörfer!
Im April kam nun der Auftrag über bis zu 1000 Häuser!
Wer sagt denn, dass es im Mai, Juni und Juli nicht so weitergeht?
Auf Sri Lanka fehlen noch mindestens 100.000 Häuser!
Klar, dass die nicht alle Axia bauen kann, aber 2 Prozent
davon würden schon reichen ;-) Dank SOS-Kinderdörfer hat
sich Axia bereits einen sehr guten Namen doort unten gemacht!

Fazit:

Am 28. April stand Axia wieder auf der
Liste der Shortseller! Ab diesem Tag
haben die Shorties 2 Wochen Zeit, ihre
Bestände zurückzukaufen! Diese Frist
läuft bald aus! Ich rechne morgen und
am Montag mit stark steigenden Kursen!

Was wohl passieren würde, wenn jemand den Kurs
mit ein paar "billigst" Orders raufjagen würde?
Die Shorties würden wohl Panik kriegen und ihre
Bestände ganz schnell zurückkaufen! Damit würde
der Kurs noch weiter steigen ;-) Wahnsinn! ;-)

Auf jeden Fall werden in den nächsten zwei Tagen
vermehrt Käufer auftreten! Kommt auch noch eine
positive Nachricht dazu, stehen wir schnell bei
1,00 oder 1,50 Dollar! :-) SOllten vielleicht
