GWGO hat das "E" am 20.4 bekommen, d.h. dass wir das Filing bis 19 Mai sehen müssen;

All Security Symbols appended with an "E" will be ineligible for quotation and subject to removal from the OTCBB in 30 calendar days (60 days if denoted with a plus sign "+") if the NASD does not receive information indicating that the company is current in its public reporting obligations pursuant to Rule 6530.

Ich glaube es ist neu bei ARIVA, daß auch die NASDAQ Kurse von unserer Great West Gold angezeigt werden oder es ist mir nie aufgefallen. Ich freue mich schon auf nächste Woche weil da Tag der Entscheidung nicht mehr fern ist. Auf jeden Fall am Ball bleiben. Ich wünsche allen ein schönes und sonniges WOCHENENDE  SÄMANN  

In den Foren unter wallstreet-online wird der 19.05 auch als letztmöglicher Termin genannt, um die Zahlen vorzulegen. Mir scheint es doch ein positives Zeichen, dass der Kurs sich so relativ gut gehalten hat, oder ??? Vier mal werden wir noch wach und dann haben wir Freieieiei(tag)tach.  

was hat das genau auf sich wenn GWGO(E) delistet wird? Weiß jemand bescheid? Sind wir dann nur an einer anderen Börse (OTCBB Pink Sheet)? Bin selber schon am Rätseln? Finde nur nichts ansprechendes!

scheinen wahr zu werden. Dieser Bananenrepublik-Verein hat es wieder mal (X-ten Mal) nicht geschafft das Filing rauszubringen. Nächste Woche und nochmal nächste Woche und  so weiter......... Ich glaube sogar der härteste Kern hier von uns, die immer Hoffnungen hatten, verlieren langsam die Hoffnungen.

steht da schon seit wochen.....  

die beschäftigen sich gerade mit Webdesign, denn irgendetwas müssen sie ja tun. Des steht echt seit glaub 2 Wochen dran. Wahrscheinlich haben sie noch so ein 56k Modem, ja und da dauert es halt mal 3 Wochen bis man sonen Filing upgeloadet hat :-)

Also das GWGO(E) delistet wird, steht noch weit in den sternen, obwohl das Datum sehr nahe ist! Bevor sie delistet werden, kann die Firma noch einspruch einlegen und seine auserordentlichen Gründe dafür liefern!
Seht das Filing vom letzten Jahr! das kam mitte Juni!
Also Kopf hoch, dran bleibenl dann werden wir sehr sehr viel weiter oben stehen!
