Tournigan Gold Corporation: Financing Re-Priced

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Apr 26, 2004) - Tournigan Gold Corporation ("Tournigan") has changed the price of the financing announced April 12, 2004. The price of each unit will now be $0.45 instead of $0.50, to reflect current market conditions. All other terms remain the same, for both the brokered and non-brokered portions. Gross proceeds will now total $5.4 million.

Almost 100% of the expired TVC.WT share warrants were exercised by April 13, 2004, with cash proceeds of $989,200. Combined with the above financing proceeds, Tournigan will have substantial financial resources to complete feasibility studies on the Curraghinalt gold project in Northern Ireland, as well as for the full Phase I drilling and exploration program on the Kremnica gold project in Slovakia.

... nicht so ganz schön im Moment

 

haben, weil es ja um eine Zukunftsinvestition geht.

Aber auffällig ist, dass recht oft gute Nachrichten kommen, der Kurs kurz anzieht und dann zurückfällt, statt auf dem dann angemessenen Niveau zu bleiben, bis neue Erkenntnisse ihn rauf oder runter bewegen. Entweder liegt es daran, dass die, die schon bei 20 bis 25 Cent eingestiegen sind, die Gewinne mitnehmen und somit genügend Verkaufsofferten da sind, oder die guten Nachrichten dienen nur dazu, die Bestände zu Kursen zu verkaufen, die dem wahren Wert nicht angemessen, weil zu hoch, sind: Insiderwissen oder gar Gaukelspiel. Zudem kommt die Verwässerung durch Neuemissionen dazu.

Ich werde, falls der nächste Ausschlag nach oben kommt, jedenfalls die Hälfte meiner Anteile abstoßen. - Eine nahezu totsichere Methode, um den Kurs hoch zu treiben, denn ich verkaufe beinahe immer vor dem Ausbruch und ärgere mich dann, dass ich nicht geduldiger bin.

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated April 10, 2003, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a letter agreement dated Feb. 12, 2004, whereby Tournigan Gold will acquire from Strongbow Resources a 100-per-cent interest in Ulster Minerals Ltd. which holds the mineral exploration licences for the Curraghinalt and Tyrone gold projects in Northern Ireland.

In consideration Tournigan will issue 10 million shares to Strongbow in two equal tranches. The first tranche will be deposited under a pooling agreement which will release the shares over a three-year period. The second tranche will be issued upon deciding to commence construction of a commercial scale mining facility on the properties.
 

sind das eigentlich ständig neue Aktien, die TVC da ausgibt oder welche aus dem eigenen Depot? Denn dauernd liest man, dass in Aktien gezahlt wird. Bei Neuemissionen wäre das eine enorme Verwässerung.  

 

Kostolany sagte schon: Wenn bei guten Nachrichten der Kurs nicht mehr steigt, sieht es schlecht aus!

Ich will keinem Angst machen, bin ja noch selbst investiert...
 

selbst die großen Minenwerte sind abgestürzt ...

ursprünglich gehts ja darum, das die dieses Jahr mal Produzent werden wollten
 

laufen haben und alles mit neuen Aktien bezahlen wollen,kommt es automatisch zu einer Verwässerung.
Meistens kamen dann aber news und der Kurs wurde im Aufwärtstrend gestoppt und die neuen shares auf den Markt geworfen.

Jetzt kommen im Moment keine news und Meldungen nachdem wieder 10Mio.Altien an Strongbow gegeben werden.

Also führt das im Moment zu fallenden Kursen.

Das ändert sich erst dann,wenn der tatsächliche Termin für den Abbau in Kremnica bekanntgegeben wird.

Alles andere ist nur Zockerei.
