Da gehen schon 2stellige Millionenbeträge hin und her und jedes Jahr werden ein paar Millionen Miese gemacht...  

Weisst du,was das ist ? Postfaktische Zeiten,in der wir leben ! Hört man neuerdings immer öfter von. Die dreiste Lüge steht gleichberechtigt neben der Wahrheit und keinen kümmerts! Delcath macht etwa 1,8 mio Umsatz,die angheblichen 620 mio sind schlichtweg frei erfunden,genauso wie das angeblich Analystenkurszeil auf 1 Jahr mit 16 Dollar !

nämlich den Grund für den massiven Kursve´rfall von Delcath seit November,wo du, Angelman "nix wirklich negatives" gefunden haben willst,und dir das garnicht erklären kannst,hm ? Aber im Dezember/Januar wurden offenbar 20 mio neue shares dilutet und auf den Markt geschmissen,damit hat Delcath 9 mio Dollar eingenommen,und das bedeutet für mich ich werdde nicht einsteigen in dieses Papier,denn was glaubst du wohl wie es in zukunft mit dem Kurs weitergeht,wenn wieder massiv dilutet wird,ahnst du es schon ,Angelmann ? Richtig ! Straight down ! Und der nächste Resplit kann auch nicht mehr in weiter Ferne liegen,da wir deutlich unter ein dollar gefallen sind,es werden immer weniger Shares,die dir bleiben,und die werden auch noch weniger wert,das ist bitter und tut mir leid für dich,aber du hast hier sicher noch einige tausend dollar zu verlieren ,da würd ich mir an deiner Stelle schon Gedanken über die Notbremse machen .....

das die ausgerechnet auf tiefstkurs massiv verwässern (müssen),ist das todesurteil für die Kursentwicklung und nimmt der Aktie fast alles zukünftige Potential,es sind nämlich "nur" 20 mio shares draussen,möglich sind noch weitaus mehr:

Wieviel nun effektiv im free float sind, weiss ich auch nicht...aber die haben ja noch ein paar hundert Millionen Papiere zum ausgeben...ResplitResplitResplit..usw

Es sind jetzt 18 Mio shares im Umlauf ; 2,2 mio im Freefloat,davon sind 17% short,d.h. ihr Delcath Aktionäre seit seit September 2016 mit 600% verwässert worden !! Delcath Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: DCTH), an interventional oncology company focused on the treatment of primary and metastatic liver cancers, announced that a retrospective, multicenter study demonstrated that 45.7 percent of patients with ocular melanoma that metastasized to the liver who underwent percutaneous hepatic perfusion (PHP) using investigational Melphalan/HDS experienced a complete or partial response. The study further showed that among those who responded to treatment, overall survival was projected to be more than three years.

The findings were reported at the Regional Cancer Therapies 12th International Symposium in an oral presentation titled, "Percutaneous Hepatic Perfusion for Unresectable Metastatic Ocular Melanoma to the Liver: A Multi-Institutional Report of Outcomes." The analysis was conducted by teams from Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Fla., and the University Hospital Southampton in the United Kingdom. The presentation was led by Dr. Alexandra Gangi of the Moffitt Cancer Center.

The analysis reviewed outcomes of 49 patients treated between 2008 and 2016 with Melphalan/HDS at either the Moffitt Cancer Center or the University Hospital Southampton. Patients underwent a total of 115 PHP treatments. The median number of treatments per patient was two, with patients receiving one-to-six treatments. PHP is a minimally invasive procedure that isolates the liver from the body’s circulatory system, so that a high dose of chemotherapy (melphalan hydrochloride) may be infused directly into the liver. Blood from the liver is then filtered to remove the chemotherapeutic agent thereby minimizing systemic exposure.

Hepatic response to PHP was evaluable in 46 patients, among whom 45.7 percent showed complete or partial response, and 37.0 percent had stable disease. Median overall survival was not reached, but was projected to be 657 days (1.8 years). Among patients with a complete or partial response, overall survival was projected to be 1,207 days (3.4 years). Most common side effects following treatment were anemia, thrombocytopenia and neutropenia.

This retrospective analysis reported a much longer survival after Melphalan/HDS , and provided an interesting long-term look at patient outcomes after treatment with Delcath Melphalan/HDS,” said Dr. Jennifer K. Simpson, President & CEO of Delcath. “The projected 657-day median OS and 1,207 day median OS in those with a partial or complete response is very impressive, and we believe speaks to the potential of the system to provide meaningful durable response.”

PHP with Melphalan/HDS was developed by Delcath Systems as a targeted, whole organ therapy for the liver. It is commercially available as a device in Europe, where it is marketed as CHEMOSAT®. The system has not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and is undergoing Phase 3 clinical testing in the U.S. as an investigational product.

das ich wieder eine Niete gezogen habe:-(((
Was für ein Glück  

hast du denn überhaupt Loose hier gezogen ?? Was ist mit meinen ganzen Warnungen aus dem Januar,die musst du doch gelesen haben,hm ?  

ja, auch andere Warnungen von dir und da war dann ein Anstieg von über 200%, die Aktie darf ich leider hier nicht nennen.

Aber die Inhaber von Schuldverschreibungen haben einen Umwandlungspreis von 0,14 USD je  Stammaktie    

den Bericht hatte ich gestern gelesen und habe ihn eigentlich als gut befunden, aber ich habe nicht so die Ahnung davon, betrifft es die Kleinen nicht so?  

verkaufen viele, weil sie denken, dass der  Kurs bald auf 0,14 Dollar sackt. Ferner gibt es jetzt 40,049,740 Aktien, was eine starke Verwässerung ist. Aber ich habe bei US-Aktien auch nicht den Durchblick.


 

jetzt bin ich eh im Minus und da verkaufe ich nicht, schreibe dann nur ab:-(

Wann und wo hab ich vor einer Aktie gewarnt,die dann 200% gestiegen ist ??? hm ? Schick mir mal ne BM mit dem angeblichen titel!  

im letzten Jahr, war ja nicht wirklich hoch und Kapital brauch die ja jetzt, sollte Delcath in den USA irgendwann ihre Zulassung bekommen, sieht es vielleicht wieder anders aus  

welcher Effekt überwiegt in naher Zukunft....  

ein ruhiger Handel mit geringem Volumen. Dann kann sich der Kurs erholen.  

dass die Umwandlung von Schuldverschreibungen noch bis zum 2. März läuft..?
