ein letzter thread für upda (updv)
warum kauft der nicht in us, da wären sie billiger?
dort haben wir gerade einen kurs von unter ,0039 grad mal +30% und das bei einem euro dollar von 1,47
If we are not able to obtain additional financing on a timely basis, we would cease our operations.
TOTAL ASSETS_____: 24,073,639 USD
TOTAL LIABILITIES: 23,587,640 USD
Product revenue _: 36,567,168 USD
GROSS PROFIT_____: 2,014,483 USD
INCOME (LOSS) FROM OPERATIONS: 244,753 USD
klingt doch irgendwie erpresserisch. wir brauchen kohle und somit her damit sonst ...
We have historically incurred recurring losses from operations. Our continuation is dependent upon a successful program of acquisitions and achieving a profitable level of operations. We will need $6 million of additional financing for ongoing operations and acquisitions. The issuance of additional equity securities by us would result in a significant dilutionin the equity interests of our current stockholders. Obtaining loans, assuming those loans would be available, would increase our liabilities and future cash commitments. We cannot assure that we will be able to obtain further funds we desire for our continuing operations or, if available, that funds can be obtained on commercially reasonable terms. If we are not able to obtain additional financing on a timely basis, we would cease our operations.

Stated another way, second quarter 2008 CNFU revenues increased 532% over the same quarter last year, and increased 149% from the previous quarter this year (quarter ending March 31, 2008). In my opinion, that's fantastic growth in revenues. Not to mention a $51.6M improvement in YTD net earnings from the same period last year.
Overall, not too shabby. Still not all roses to be fair (still in technical default with Sheridan, etc.), but the numbers could have been a lot worse. I'm happy with CNFU's filing. Now for UPDV's ...

I do. The numbers are vastly improved over same period 2007. In my opinion, if they keep executing like this it's just a matter of a few quarters to positive net earnings. As I stated in my previous post, CNFU closed a gap in 6 months net earnings by $51.6M. From negative $53.5M first 6 months 2007, to negative $1.9M first 6 months 2008. Those are blowout numbers!

On April 19, 2007 there was a sale of a 52% interest in the Company’s common stock to Universal
Property Development and Acquisition Corporation ("UPDV"). After adjusting the previous
quarter’s issuance to UPDV for the July 25, 2007 1-for-10 reverse stock split and through
subsequent transactions, UPDV’s interest has decreased to 16% as of June 30, 2008

comments : Hello,
I am currently an investor with HTOG.
I have a few questions and a few comments if u have the time.
1) at what point will forward P/E be stated?
2) there is growing unrest with the current invstors based on the recently released 10Q (2nd Q) .. how will this be adressed to calm the waters so to say?
thank you.
as far as a comment.
Has the thought of releasing an announcement of share buy back come up? With NSS's on the prowl, tough economic times, and a current bear market, its believed that share buy backs are in large a very strong tool to reverse all those conditions.
Ive been investing in stocks for 13 years now and I fully understand dilution and the need for dilution to raise capital, however diluting an undervalued stock IMO doesnt make any sense.
If a share buy back is announced, it will strengthen the current investors and entice new investors which will raise PPS and shake out the NSS, also pushing HTOG into a bull situation.
then later as PPS increases HTOG can dilute nominally back in at a higher PPS which will cover for the original buy back, create excess liquidity and allow for increased growth which in turn will raise PPS value even higher.
after that a small dividend announcement will launch the PPS even higher (at a later date) then top off the cap of dilution without skipping a beat to cover leftover debt.
IMO this is a perfect play as HTOG is in growth phase and really need to grab the attention of its investors at this point.
Thanks for listening and hope to hear back.
this was the reply...
We have considered both and will reply later in the quarter.
