dann kommt als erstes sgl,... weil vw auch drin ist,... nordex wird sich kein investor aktuell von der seitenline einverleiben wollen,.. da gibt es auch andere gesellschaften,.... sie hat aktuell keinen zeitdruck!,...
würde dafür sprechen das frühestens in 2012 und 2013 durchzuziehen,... und dann hätte sie großes interesse das möglichst günstig zumachen,....
das spricht dafür das man sehr zaghaft mit entlassungen umgeht - und keine profitablen zahlen erwirtschaften wird/will,.... sie nimmt die bude dann für 4-5 € pro aktie vom markt!,... oder noch günstiger!,..
das macht auch sinn warum man genau diesen mann geholt hat,...
joop dein/euer szenario halte ich für nicht unwahrscheinlich,...

„Es macht sehr viel Freude!“ Mit fast vornehmer Zurückhaltung beschreibt Dr. Jürgen Zeschky seinen Traumstart als neuer Chef von Voith Turbo Industrie. Die Hannover Messe bestätigte: Es boomt – gewaltig.
Dem angesehenen Turbomaschinen-Spezialisten ist die neue Aufgabe als Geschäftsführer des Marktbereichs Industrie der Voith Turbo GmbH & Co. KG auf den Leib geschneidert. Seine ebenso freundliche wie zupackende Art und sein hervorragendes Fachwissen überzeugen im eigenen „Haus“ und im Einsatz „am Mann“.
Ganz sicher haben den in Wetter an der Ruhr geborenen 45 Jahre alten dynamischen Westfalen sechs Jahre in New Jersey/ USA geprägt. Dort leitete er einen Betrieb der Siemens Demag Delaval Turbomachinery. Zuvor war er in der Duisburger Zentrale von Mannesmann Demag Verdichtertechnik sowie für die Demag Drucklufttechnik tätig. Das Thema seiner Dissertation in Aachen bezog sich auf Gasturbinen.
Für Voith Turbo Industrie, deren Geschäftsführer er seit 1. Februar ist (seit Oktober 2004 war er bereits stellvertretender Geschäftsführer) hat Jürgen Zeschky 2004 die Mehrheit am Aachener Centrum für Instandhaltung, Diagnose und Anlagenüberwachung akquiriert. ACIDA bietet Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Bereich der industriellen Mess-, Diagnose- und Überwachungstechnologie an, die insbesondere in der Grundstoffindustrie, bei der Energieerzeugung und im Transportwesen von existenzieller Bedeutung sein kann. Auf der Hannover Messe wurde diese Firmenbeteiligung als „Brückenschlag zwischen Wirtschaft und Trouble-Shooting“ vorgestellt. Zeschky war an der Übernahme von „H+L hydraulic“ (Rutesheim bei Stuttgart) und damit der Erweiterung und Bündelung der Hydraulik-Kompetenzen von Voith Turbo maßgeblich beteiligt.
Dr. Jürgen Zeschky hat in Crailsheim alle Hände voll zu tun. Mit großer Energie wird das Thema Windkraft forciert. Der neue Prüfstand, der Komponenten von Windenergieanlagen mit bis zu sieben Megawatt Leistung testen kann, ohne dass das städtische Stromnetz in die Knie geht, wird in wenigen Wochen offiziell in Betrieb genommen. Mit größtem Engagement verfolgt er die Weltmärkte, und natürlich beackert man die nicht vom heimischen Büro aus. Dabei sind die Auftragsbücher von Voith Turbo in allen Sparten prall gefüllt: 40 Prozent über dem Plan – das will erst einmal geschafft sein.

Nordex USA, one of Jonesboro’s newest manufacturers opened for production October, 2010, which now employs 54, with a projected workforce of 700 by 2014. The Jonesboro facility will eventually expand to 115,000 square feet of production space, 10,000 square feet for a Training Academy and 35,000 square feet of office space. The $60 million rotor blade facility is expected to begin production in late 2012. The ITC Cash Grant has been extended until the end of 2011. This incentive grants new alternative energy projects an investment credit equal to 30% of capital costs. ―The extension of the ITC Cash Grant for another year is a positive development for our sector. This means that wind energy projects will remain very attractive for investors in the coming year‖, said Ralf Sigrist, President and CEO of Nordex USA.

World Wind Energy Association report shows revival in 2011
LONDON -- A sound revival after a weak 2010, and renewed momentum for the wind industry in 2011, are the conclusions reached by the World Wind Energy Association (WWEA) in its half-year report. Worldwide wind capacity reached 215,000 MW by mid-2011, out of which 18,405 MW were added in the first six months. This increase represents 15 percent more than in the first half of 2010, when only 16,000 MW were added, WWEA says.
According to the report, global wind capacity grew by 9.3 percent within six months and by 22.9 percent on an annual basis (mid-2011 compared with mid-2010). The annual growth rate in 2010 was 23.6 percent.
Top 10 Wind Markets
The report found five leading countries still holding the lion's share of world wind capacity. China, the U.S., Germany, Spain and India together are estimated to represent 74 percent of total global wind capacity.
China continues to dominate the world's wind market, adding 8 GW in only six months, the highest number ever within the first half of a year. Within those six months China accounted for 43 percent of the world market for new turbines, compared with 50% during the whole of 2010. By June 2011, China had an overall installed capacity of around 52 GW.
Most European markets also showed stronger growth in 2011. The top markets in Europe continued to be led by Germany with newly installed capacity of 766 MW and reaching a total of 27,981 MW; Spain with 484 MW and 21,150 MW in total; Italy with 460 MW and 6200 MW in total; France (400 MW and 6060 MW total); the U.K. (504 MW and 5707 MW total) and Portugal (260 MW and 3960 MW total).
Indeed, the report only found a decrease in new installed capacity (compared to the first half of 2010) in France and Denmark, and Denmark dropped out of the list of top 10 markets, leaving space for Portugal to become the world's new number 10.
The US market added 2252 MW between January and June 2011, about 90 percent more than in the same period in 2010, which had been particularly weak. However, whether the U.S. market can regain the strength it had in 2009, when a total capacity of almost 10 GW was installed in a single year, remains uncertain, WWEA says.
The report also observed relatively strong growth in Canada, installing 603 MW during the first half, with Ontario the strongest province on its groundbreaking Green Energy Act.
New Wind Markets
WWEA's analysis noted a number of new markets arising around the world. During the first half of 2011 Venezuela, Honduras and Ethiopia joined the list of countries using wind energy, increasing the number from 83 to 86. The Dominican Republic also installed its first major wind farm and increased its capacity from 0.2 MW to 60.2 MW.
Emerging markets in Eastern Europe showed the highest European growth from January to June 2011, for example Romania with 10 percent growth (59 MW added), Poland with 22 percent (245 MW added), Croatia with 28 percent (20 MW added) and Estonia with 32 percent (48 MW added).
A number of countries around the world introduced new and ambitious legislation regarding wind power, including Ecuador, Malaysia and Uganda, which adopted systems of feed-in tariffs (FiTs) for renewable energy development.
The report predicts that by the end of the year 240 GW of wind power could cover almost three percent of global electricity demand.
Although the hard data is not yet in, the report expects an additional capacity of 25,500 MW to be added worldwide during the second half of 2011, which will bring new annual installations to 43,900 MW, compared with 37,642 MW in 2010.
Stefan Gsünger, WWEA secretary general, said: "Although the deployment of the wind power worldwide is again speeding up, we still see relatively moderate growth rates, compared with previous years. On the one hand, it is very encouraging that new countries are coming up. On the other hand, we need more support on the national as well as on the international level. We hope that especially the UN climate change conference in Durban will lead to better frameworks for wind energy mainly in developing countries. Amongst the industrialised countries, we expect that Japan will play an active and positive role in wind power in the foreseeable future."
In the next five years Japan plans to spend ¥10 to 20 billion (US$130 - 261 million) to install six floating wind turbines off its northeast coast.

Windcomm-Geschäftsführer Martin Schmidt berichtete, bereits der Bau von Fundamenten und Übergabestationen sichere Arbeitsplätze in Schleswig-Holstein an der Nobiskrug-Werft in Rendsburg und im Umfeld von HDW in Kiel.

Windenergieunternehmen wie Siemens (ISIN DE0007236101), Nordex (ISIN DE000A0D6554) und Co können sich ebenso freuen wie Solaranbieter in den USA: Nach Angaben der US-Marktforschungsagentur Pike Research will das US-Militär bis zum Jahr 2030 jährlich rund 10 Milliarden US-Dollar in Erneuerbare Energien investieren. Dazu haben die Streitkräfte eine eigene "Task Force" gegründet, die herausfinden soll, welche Projekte für eigene Zwecke besonders geeignet sind. Mit Erneuerbaren Energien reagiert das Militär auf die Vorgabe aus dem Weißen Haus, die Abhängigkeit von Fossilen Brennstoffen zu verringern.
Wie Clint Wheelock, Geschäftsführer von Pike Research betonte, wird das US-Verteidigungsministerium damit der größte Einzelverbraucher an Erneuerbaren Energien werden. Denn: "Energieverbrauch ist das Lebenselixier der US-Streitkräfte", heißt es in der Analyse. Dabei setzt das Militär auf die unterschiedlichsten Ansätze zur Nutzung Erneuerbarer Energien: Solar- und Windenergie sollen zur Energiegenerierung dienen; Brennstoffzellen für den mobilen Einsatz.

Egypt Government eyes wind power over solar
Egypt currently has a total electricity capacity of about 23,500 megawatts, which the government hopes to increase to 58,000 megawatts by 2027.
A prime potential element in increasing this electrical output?
Renewables.
One might think, given Egypt's climate, solar?
Wrong again - wind power, which currently contributes less than 1 percent to Egypt's energy mix.
In 2003 Egypt had its wind potential assessed and published a wind atlas, which found that with wind speeds of 7-10 meters per second, almost the entire nation was ideal for wind power installations, with the country's best areas being along the Gulf of Suez coast.
Two years later the atlas's coverage was expanded to mapping the country's wind potential in detail and determined that large desert regions both to the east and the west of the Nile River, as well as parts of Sinai, have average annual wind speeds of 7-8 meters per second.
Three years ago, the government of former President Hosni Mubarak approved a progressive and ambitious project by 2020 to produce 20 percent of its energy from renewables, with 12 percent being generated by wind power.
Mubarak's cabinet approved incentives for wind power development, including exemption from customs duties and 20 to 25 year power purchase agreements with government guarantees, a policy that the country's new transitional government has endorsed.
According to the World Bank, if the policy comes to fruition, then Egypt will realize a 7,200 megawatt wind power capacity, cut vehicle emissions through improved public transportation, and make industry more energy efficient.
Jonathan Walters, transport and energy manager for the World Bank's Middle East and North Africa regions, said that "high and persistent" winds in the Gulf of Suez suggest Egypt has "excellent potential for wind power - among the best in the world."
The European Union's Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), which permits businesses and governments in industrialized nations to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions by investing in emission reduction projects in developing countries have already become involved in developing Egypt's nascent wind power industry.
CDM members Denmark, Spain and Germany collaborated on building Egypt's first wind farm, the 545 megawatt Zafarana wind facility, located 80 miles south of Suez on the Red Sea coast, which came online last year.
The Zafarana wind farm began construction in 2001. In 2010 120 megawatts of wind capacity were added to Zafarana in cooperation with the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA), taking the facility's total installed capacity to 545 megawatts, allowing it last year to generate 1,147 gigawatt hours of electricity.
The European Investment Bank (EIB) is also involved in securing financing for Egyptian wind power projects.
Egypt's Minister of Electricity and Energy Hassan Younis is now seeking international funding to help underwrite the country's largest proposed wind facility of 120 megawatts, for which Egypt's private sector will underwrite 63 percent of the project, accordingly to a press release from Cairo's Egypt State Information Service. If all goes well, Younis said that the 120 megawatt facility is scheduled to become operational in 2013.
Bigger plans are afoot - according to Younis, the Ministry of Electricity and Energy has now issued new competitive bidding tenders for underwriting a project of establishing a 1,000 megawatt wind farm, scheduled for completion in 2015-2016, along with three other wind facilities.
Under the terms of the government tender, investors will finance, build and operate the power facilities for a period of 20 to 25 years, selling the power generated by their wind farms to the state-owned Egyptian Electric Company at prices approved by the government.
The largest bottleneck thus far to expanding Egypt's wind power facilities is securing funding, but Cairo scored some successes even before the overthrow of the Mubarak regime. In mid-2010, the World Bank agreed to lend Cairo $220 million to build infrastructure that would connect wind farms to the national grid and to support some of the other wind farm projects planned in the country.
The Egyptian government is seeking to build production facilities to manufacture selective wind turbine components for the increasing demand of local and regional markets, initially focusing on producing turbine towers and blade facilities for the local market to supply a projected 400 megawatts of facility needs per year and then to export products to the emerging North African and Middle Eastern markets.
NREA estimates that the blade manufacturing project requires an estimated investment of $59 million and the tower industry $147 million.

Dem Militär werden solche Dinge wichtig sein,)So hat Nordex ein Verfahren entwickelt, mit dem Windturbinen in Gebieten mit Radaren errichtet werden können. Durch das Verfahren werden Störungen der Radarsysteme deutlich reduziert. Ein Prototyp mit dieser Technologie wurde in Frankreich errichtet.

Würth baut Angebot für Windräder aus
Würth engagiert sich stärker in der Windkraft. Der Handelskonzern aus Künzelsau (Hohenlohekreis) hat einen US-Spezialisten für Montagematerial für Windkraftanlagen übernommen. "Wir haben uns zum Ziel gesetzt, bis zum Jahr 2015 unseren Umsatz im Bereich Windkraft zu verdoppeln und bis zum Jahr 2020 auf mindestens 500 Millionen Euro Umsatz pro Jahr auszubauen", erklärte der Sprecher der Würth-Konzernführung, Robert Friedmann. Derzeit erlöst Würth im Segment Windkraft rund 100 Millionen Euro pro Jahr.
Mit der Übernahme der Cardinal Fastener & Speciality Co. Inc. mit Sitz in Cleveland im US-Bundesstaat Ohio habe Würth sein Angebot im Bereich Montagematerial für Windkraftanlagen weiter ausgebaut, hieß es. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt 25 Mitarbeiter. 2010 hatte es einen Umsatz von über acht Millionen US-Dollar (5,8 Millionen Euro) erzielt./asn/DP/wiz

p.s.: Das amerikanische Militär hat deutsche technik in der Vergangenheit sehr geschätzt...hierzu mal die B2 und die Gotha Go 229 Horten Ho IX vergleichen, oder aber ein bisschen nach der Fairchild A-10 googeln und dabei auf den Input des Herrn Rudel bei der Entwicklung achten ...
