Die G3139/Electroporation kombinierten Therapie zu einer signifikanten Hemmung des Tumorwachstums (TWI, mehr als 50%) mit einer deutlichen Tumor Nachwachsen Verzögerung (TRD, ca. 20 Tage) begleitet. Die Wirksamkeit dieser Behandlung war aufgrund der höheren G3139 Aufnahme in Tumorzellen, die zu einer merklichen Herabregulation von bcl-2-Protein-Expression führte. Darüber hinaus führte die Kombination G3139/EP Behandlung in einer verstärkten Apoptose-Index und einer verminderten Proliferationsrate von Tumoren. Schließlich wurde ein erhöhtes Ansprechen des Tumors nach der Behandlung mit der Dreierkombination G3139/DDP/EP beobachtet, die einen TWI von etwa 75% und TRD von 30 Tagen.

Von den Verhandlungen des Trustees mit den Interessenten hängt der Fortgang ab. Am Freitag war wohl wieder mal ein Gerichtstermin, an dem geprüft wurde, was der Trustee an Ergebnissen vorzuweisen hat, und inwieweit das Gericht Chapter 7 noch verlängern soll.
