wie lange das noch anhalten wird, dass vrdm auf der Liste steht. Hat irgendwie einen komischen Beigeschmack. Ich bin damals raus als sie dort aufgetaucht ist.

According to a proxy filing with the SEC today, holders of shares representing a majority of the voting power of Veridium Corporation (VRDM) have given their written consent to a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of Veridium to amend the certificate of incorporation of the Company to increase the number of shares of authorized common stock from 250,000,000 shares to 500,000,000 shares.

only officer and the only member of the Board of Directors of Veridium.All shares listed for Kevin Kreisler are owned of record by GreenShift Corporation, of which Mr. Kreisler is Chairman and majority shareholder. On March 24, 2006, the holder of a
majority of the voting power of the outstanding voting stock gave its written
consent to the amendment. The amendment will be filed and become effective
approximately twenty days after this Information Statement is mailed to the
shareholders.The effect of the amendment will be to increase the number of
authorized shares of common stock, $.001 par value, from 250,000,000 to
500,000,000.At the present time, 243,256,317 of the 250,000,000 authorized common
shares have been issued and are outstanding, leaving only 6,743,683 available
for issuance. The Board of Directors and the majority shareholder have approved
the increase in authorized common stock....Veridium had a negative working capital position of $6.6 million as of December31, 2005 as compared to a negative working capital position of $2.1 million as of December 31, 2004. Veridium incurred a loss of approximately $5.7 million during the year endedDecember 31, 2005. Also as of December 31, 2005, Veridium had current liabilities exceeding its current assets by $ 5.1 million.

sollte man jetzt lieber verkaufen bevors noch schlimmer wird??? oder meint ihr ernsthaft hier kommt nochmal ein schub????!!!!  

dass es a) erstmal weiter runtergeht, weil der Anstieg einfach zu groß war und die Aktie geshortet ist und b) im Laufe des Jahres wir noch ganz andere, natürlich viel höhere Kurse sehen werden, weil der ganze Bereich einfach boomen wird. Ich bleibe also zu 100% investiert, auch wenn die die "Buchverluste" natürlich schmerzen, vor allem da Veridium mein Depot doch a bisserl dominiert. Also cool bleiben und das Daytrayder-Rumgegacker ignorieren.  

bin dabei nachzukaufen, wobei ich das Limit immer weiter nach unten korrigiere.... mal sehen, wie sich das die nächsten Tage noch entwickelt. Bin auf jeden Fall long dabei.

Ich glaube das die POTI von VRDM und der Boooom
von Ethanolwerten die shoooooooorties übertrifft.

 

ist auch leicht reden ;-P  

habe mich heute selbst ausgetrickst.... Limit zu niedrig angesetzt und NIX bekommen...
na ja, das kann ja auch nicht immer funktionieren... .-)  

dass am dienstag die aktie in die höhe schießen wird. nur weil das schon einmal passiert ist? oder stehen gute news an?  

wenn ich immer nach einem Kurseinbruch verkauft hätte, wäre ich schon pleite.

Geduld zahlt sich meistens aus.

Es gibt auch einige Turboschnelldreher, die bei mir noch nicht mal von der Frühstückspause bis zum Abendessen durchhalten :-) z.B. USXP

VRDM isses aber nicht.  

Erfahrungen. Habe mich anfangs oft genug geärgert, wenn ich panisch ZU FRÜH verkauft hatte. Seit ich mir Kurseinbrüche absolut ruhig angucke und, wenn ich von der Aktie und, sehr wichtig, Branche und Trend überzeugt bin, nach Möglichkeit ( !!! ) nachkaufe, verdiene ich gut.  

Ich schaffe es ebenfalls nicht, eine Aktie einfach mal liegen zulassen...hätt ich das geschafft...nah ich könnt ja mal in meine history reinschauen, aber das lasse ich mal lieber...jetzt wird veridium und greenshift mal ein bisl liegengelassen....ich versuchs! ;-) mal sehen, wie lange ich es schaffe....
