"We believe the company currently has enough capital to meet its short-term objectives and expect continued cash flows from operations should allow Local to sustain its business model into the out years."

Zillow extreme overvalued - Local Corp extreme undervalued - only stupid idiots don't change: Zillow has same revenues like Local Corp, but 70-fold market-cap – a joke

Income Statement of Local Corp (Market Cap = 46 million):
• Sequential revenue growth up 6% to $22.7 million in Q2 from $21.5 million in Q1
• Adjusted EBITDA up 72% to $1.2M in Q2 from $685K in Q1
That are on a yearly base only 0.45-times-revenues of Local Corp.

"But, if one of Local's customers is instead surfing on one of the company's regional network publisher's sites on a web page hosted by Local, if he or she "clicks through" a sponsored ad there, Local will receive a much higher margin on that visit since it is derived organically; thus there are no costs associated with the larger search engines and the majority of site traffic does not come from SEM. Perhaps what's even more important is that the actual ad revenue per click paid by the merchants for localized searches are much larger than those normally paid out for basic web searches. Why? Because merchants are much more willing to pay higher "click through" fees to area specific queries since local buyers are much more inclined to purchase goods or services when they're looking for vendors in their community. This "local" connection is Local Corp.'s secret sauce."

Currently, Local Corp. has arrangements with over 150 publishing companies across 1,600 separate websites, and this list is growing
continually. Each site uses Local Corp.'s local search platform and aggregates traffic to the company's search platform. These network
publishing partners also help to attract local merchants to the web as a powerful advertising medium. Ultimately, Local and its network
partners provide a powerful reach to local consumers for local businesses around the country. But, with its strong local focus, the
company has established a franchise it can control and protect, while also sustaining powerful and constructive relationships with
Google and Yahoo! as part of this local search ecosystem.

Siehe:
http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/locm/institutional-holdings

We believe Local's different business segments--briefly introduced above, but discussed in further detail below--are poised to gain from this clear growth trend in online commerce and mobile communications
.

Similarly, the E-commerce market is continuing to grow at a rapid pace (~10% per year) with total U.S. sales expected to reach $370 billion by 2017 up from $231 billion in 2012 (see Exhibit 2). We believe this market growth stems from a growing tech-savvy consumer base (that is willing to make online purchases) and by the surging popularity of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets that provide consumers with the ability to browse virtual storefronts at their leisure.

Business Segments

Local operates in two primary business segments:

1. Consumer Properties, which includes its:
• Owned and Operated (O&O) web portal
• High-margin Network Publishing & Advertising business, and,
2. Business Solutions
Consumer Properties comprises about 97% of the company's total revenues currently, while Business Solutions accounts for the additional 3%. Less

The local search market is expected to grow at about 17% a year, and there doesn't seem to be any clear reason why Local Corporation can't grow at a similar pace; therefore, in FY2014 we expect revenues to ramp up at least 14% to $108.4 million.

We believe growth will be predicated on three factors:

1) Macro growth for localized search products which should directly benefit the traffic of the flagshipsite of Local.Corp

2) continued progress in growing the number of Network publishing partners Local is able to attract to its orbit; and

3) an increased activity in Krillion-related products by the 2H2014.

We expect GMs to continue to increase, perhaps by 220 BPS or so to 29.7%. Opex should continue to be well managed for the year and only increase by about $1.8 million to $30.4 million and we expect the company will recognize $1.7 million in interest expenses as well.
