Gestern wieder ein rauf und runter. Wir haben zwar auf tagestief geschlossen,

aber immerhin mit ca 48 % PLUS in USA und es hat sich gezeigt, daß die

0,002 $ bestätigt wurden.

Also wie immer : es ist und bleibt spannend .

Ist zwar noch nicht der Reiser, aber immerhin etwas.

Ich hab in letzter Zeit einige Werte gesehen, die von nix ( 0,002-0,005 z.B.)
auf mehrere Cent gestiegen sind...

Also warum soll es hier nicht auch mal so laufen. Wäre wünschenswert,
nicht zuletzt , weil ich natürlich auch investiert bin.

China Nuvo Solar Energy, Inc. (“CNUV”) is a development-stage company that is designing, with a view toward manufacturing, solar photovoltaic (PV) cell technology products. The advantage of this technology is that less exposed surface area is required to generate electricity. The light-transmitting particles act as wave guides and allow the sun-exposed conversion area of the solar cell to be shifted readily from horizontal to vertical to capture more sunlight. The ceramic sleeve eliminates the need for expensive vacuum chambers, thereby allowing less expensive materials to be used in solar cell production.

We are developing, with plans to eventually manufacture and market, innovative solar cells and solar power products for a wide range of applications based on our technology that increases light-trapping while enabling a variety of materials to be used. Our technology employs multiple stacked solar cells in a ceramic sleeve that uses nano-particles and crystal wave guides to carry light from the opening down to the last junction in the solar cell. Competitors’ processes that use vacuum chambers (instead of a ceramic sleeve) generally don’t allow for material substitution because of contamination issues. We believe our technology also will allow manufacturers to quickly and economically shift to new materials if a shortage of any one type of material occurs. We believe our technology will offer a flexible, cost-effective solution for increased light-trapping and therefore increased efficiency.

In June 2006, we acquired the exclusive worldwide licensing rights to this solar cell technology from Photovoltaics.com, Inc. and in January 2008 purchased that technology. The technology consists of multi-layer photovoltaic cells incorporating integral light-transmitting materials that act as wave guides in directing light to targeted areas.

To minimize the start-up costs of solar cell manufacturing, we signed an agreement with Pioneer Materials, Inc. (PMI) to establish a pilot production line by building out and modifying PMI’s existing manufacturing facility located in the Chengdu West High Tech Development Zone in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. PMI is a supplier of advanced materials for thin-film photovoltaic processing serving the optical recording market segment. Headquartered in Torrance, California, PMI has manufacturing operations in China and Taiwan.

Per the terms of this agreement, PMI will build, equip, operate and manage this facility, which will develop, test and manufacture prototype photovoltaic cells and related products and equipment based on our technology.

Our business plan is focused on developing cost-effective, highly-efficient, environmentally-friendly solar energy products. We plan to enter into strategic partnerships with companies that can help advance our technology and may also acquire technologies and businesses that will help us implement our business strategy in certain circumstances.

China Nuvo Solar Energy, Inc. (OTCBB: CNUV) announced today that it has begun a restructuring of its debt. At this time, over $500,000 of debt has been converted to common equity. The Company is taking this action to de-leverage the balance sheet in preparation to pursue other business opportunities.

The Company is presently reviewing several potential new business opportunities and is in preliminary discussions, however no agreements have been reached.

Geduld Geduld und Spucke, daß zahlt sich oft aus...

Immerhin 10% mal wieder in USA im PLUS.  

Eher unwahrscheinlich das hier was geht!Würde gerne auch einsteigen jedoch wird hier kein richtiger handel betrieben.

Jeden Tag grosses Interesse nur ein Tip ihr müsst ihn nicht wahrnehmen, jedoch wird es hier bald en Boom geben.Jetzt könnt man noch bilig einsteigen.

Auf jeden Fall haben hier schon einige ein Paar Stücke eingesammelt und nicht wieder hergegeben.
Der Kurs wird nur immer wieder auf die 0,001 gedrückt.
Ich bleib dabei , früher oder später wird hier auch ein sattes PLUS kommen.

Hier ist bald richtig was zu holen.
Es ist zu beobachten, daß es in USA mit hohem Volumen aufwärts geht,
Anschließend mit vergleichsweise geringem Volumen etwas runter.

Ich denke noch immer, daß wenn dieser blöde Abwärtstrend gebrochen werden könnte,
ist hier ne Menge Kohle zu verdienen. ( Siehe Anhang )

Also auf jeden Fall den Titel auf die Watchlist nehmen...
