Minen Aktie Kaufen ohne eine gründliche prüfung...

Vor allen ist schon sehr seltsam  wie weit alles miteinander verflechtet ist...

 

 

Offenbar gibt es in Kanada überhaupt keine Kleinaktionäre für diesen Wert.
Dafür kann es nur zwei Gründe geben:
Entweder haben die Anleger erkannt, dass es hier keine Chancen auf nennenswerte Gewinne geben wird, oder aber sie haben Aversionen gegen das Management, nachdem die "Vancouver Sun" im Jahre 2006 einen vernichtenden Artikel über eines seiner Mitglieder veröffentlicht hatte.
Zu hoffen für die Anleger ist, dass es sich nur um die letztere Begründung handelt...  

Von einer Company mit einer Führungsmannschaft, die laut offiziellen Angaben lediglich "ausreichend qualifiziert" ist, kann man wohl nicht mehr erwarten als Fehler bei den Mengenangaben in der gestrigen News-Veröffentlichung!

Die 340.500 Insider-Shares gestern wurden über "National Bank Financial Inc." veräussert.
Dieser Broker verkaufte heute erneut 150.000 Aktien zum Kurs von 0,25 CAD.
Es ist also damit zu rechnen, dass es sich dabei erneut um Insider-Verkäufe handelt.
Morgen früh werden wir es wissen...  

Bei Kilo Goldmines kamen zufällig gestern, also nur einen Tag später, ebenfalls News heraus. Der Kurs stieg explosionartig um fast 30% (!!!), um dann letztendlich bei Minus 1,75% zu schliessen. Unglaublich, aber wahr.
Ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt...

In Klammern heißt es "Non NI 43101-konform",

ohne dass dies näher erläutert würde. Im Klartext heißt dies aber, dass nach den kanadischen Regulierungs-Standards

("Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects: National Instrument 43-101")

das Vorhandensein der XXX Millionen Unzen nicht hinreichend nachgewiesen ist.

...wird Inwentash die kompletten 2 Millionen Anteile über den Markt zu 0,25-0,26 CAD verkaufen, mehr bekommt er offenbar nicht dafür.
Was danach passierren wird, darüber kann jeder selbst spekulieren...

Zuerst verkauft Inwentash 110k zum Preis von 0,25 Cad, danach wird die Aktie dann wieder mit geringen Stückzahlen auf 0,245 Cad gedrückt.
Und morgen wahrscheinlich wieder das gleiche Spiel...
