Yamana Gold. WKN: 357818. Gold-Produzent

...sind wir schlauer. Ich denke, es war ein gutes letztes Quartal für AUY. Der Goldpreis scheint auch wieder in Bewegung nach oben zu kommen. Was will man (vorerst) mehr ?  

immer wieder  den Goldpreis, das letzte Mittel der EZB gegen die Inflation. Steigende Zinsen hätten die baldige Pleite von Griechenland, Portugal, Italien, Spanien und Frankreich zur Folge.
Das schwächt den Euro ggü  dem Dollar, was hier im Euroraum die Verluste beim Gold etwas mildert.
Aber solange sich daran nichts ändert bleibt Yamana wohl unterbewertet. Jedenfalls ist Yamana inzwischen sehr gut aufgestellt und die hohen Abschreibungen der letzten Jahre haben nun auch ein Ende.
Ich hoffe daß Yamana mit dem vorhandenen Cash den ein oder/und anderen Goldexplorer übernehmen kann.
Eine Kapitalerhöhung benötigen sie dafür aktuell jedenfalls nicht.

Yamana Gold Reports Strong Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results With Record Cash Flows Driven by Standout Production

Mine operating earnings of $189.4 million, an increase of 23% quarter-over-quarter.

Cash flows from operating activities reached an all-time quarterly record of $238.2 million from Yamana mines⁽⁴⁾,  increasing by 25% quarter-over-quarter.

Free cash flow before dividends and debt repayments⁽¹⁾ of $119.6 million, an increase of 47% quarter-over-quarter.

Cash and cash equivalents totalled $525.0 million⁽⁸⁾ and the Company has $750.0 million in available credit.

 Total cost of sales, cash costs⁽¹⁾ and AISC⁽¹⁾ per GEO⁽²⁾ during the fourth quarter were $1,535, $911, and $1,313 respectively. Total cost of sales, cash costs⁽¹⁾ and AISC⁽¹⁾ per GEO⁽²⁾  during the year were $1,434, $881 and $1,224 respectively. Costs are  expected to improve in 2022 due to higher grades, and higher silver and  zinc by-product credits. In addition to the aforementioned plant  improvements, the Company completed a processing plan earlier in the  year, which identified opportunities to implement cost control  initiatives; these are currently under consideration and may positively  impact future costs.

Denn wenn die 5 Euro über Wunden werden gibt es kein halten

sind immer noch 19€  

seit Tagen stärker an als der Goldpreis?
Das Gleiche kann man bei Barrick und Newmont beobachten.

Bringen sich die Großen in Position für einen bevorstehenden Run auf Gold?

Hat jemand etwas dazu gelesen?  

hier wird ja alles vernachlässigt, oder gibt es keine AUX-Aktionäre mehr

Auch wenn der Link bei mir leider nicht funktioniert, solche Übernahmen werden zunehmen, weil es für große Unternehmen einfacher und günstiger ist, "Kleinere" auf zu kaufen, statt neue und teure Explorationen zu starten.
Yamana Gold steht ja salopp ausgedrückt sehr gut da...

 

Unter Goldfields finde ich nur kleinere Unternehmen...  
Da passt doch etwas nicht!  

Das Angebot liegt doch etwa bei 6,20 Euro/Aktie.  

Ich denke man bekommt 0,6 Gold field Aktien!  

ja schon, aber mit dem Deal wird Yamana mit 6.7 Mrd.$ bewertet, d.h. eine Yamana Aktie ist aktuell etwa 6,20€ Wert. Ich habe nochmal bei 5,54€ nachgekauft.

Ich hoffe die Amis rechnen so wie ich.  

Die nächste Aktie  nach Kirkland die mir ausm Depot geklaut wird. 0,6 Gold Fields gibt's aktuell, sprich 6Euro  wegen dem 15prozentigen Kursverfall heute bei GF. Für die 6 €geb ich sie her aber nicht für weniger.

Wie immer nur meine Meinung und keine Empfehlung.

ist echt schwach,
Hätte ich so nicht mit gerechnet.
Auch der Goldpreis ist schwach zur Zeit was bei der Gesamtgemengen-Lage auch keinerlei Sinn ergibt....
