Ab 03/2010 wird Genta das Geld ausgehen.
Ich steige jetzt zum 2. Mal aus (und wieder mit Verlust :-(((   )
Da gibt's bessere Zocker-Aktien. Bei Genta ist die Luft raus... !

denn du bist ein verlierer,wenn ich in eine aktie einsteige dann weiss ich auch warum.
falls der kurs zurück geht wie im moment bei genta ,dann wird es auch eine gegereaktion geben.
wie du sagtest bis märz 2010 ist alles gesichert ,also warum raus.

Bei JERINI AG – war auch das gleiches Spiel.

Genta bietet keine Alternaive zur Chemotherapie, Genasense ist ein Mittel mit dem die schlechten Chemo-Ergebnisse verbessert werden könnten...  

Meist geht das Geld schon ein bis zwei Monate früher aus. Man könnte noch nachkaufen und auf einen Ausschlag hoffen aber spätestens bis Weihnachten. Unter 10 Dollarcent schlag ich nochmal zu steige aber sicher noch im Dezember aus. Im Jänner kann es zu spät sein! Also Vorsicht!  

Cents nicht gleich in die Hose. Genta wird überleben und dies sind für mich gute Einstiegschancen. Wo könnte man eine billigere Aktie finden, dass in diesem Hochprofitablen Bereich forscht.

Dies ist meine Meinung und nun hört auf mit diesem Gejammer, geht mir so langsam auf die Nerven. Noch einmal zum mitschreiben, niemand wird gezwungen zu investieren.

vom Nutzen für die Betroffenen mal abgesehen, falls das funktioniert erweitert Genta damit den Markt für Ganite und verbessert damit ihre bislang einzige Einnahmequelle ... mal gar nicht so dumm von Ray ...  

Zahlen und Kurven sehen echt gut aus, aber dass kennt man hier ja zur Genüge, hoffentlich hilfts wenigsten den Kurs auf aktuellem Level zu halten ...

Trotz der positiven News gehts weiter Abwärts, aber man darf sich da auch nichts vormachen, bis Ergebnisse dieser Studie vorliegen dürfte leider noch ne Menge Wasser den Rhein hinunterfliessen.
Mal schaun wie es am Ende des Tages aussieht...

...ist schon in dem Stadium, dass sie nur noch überleben können, wenn sie sich frisches Kapital über die Börse besorgen. Deswegen denke ich, dass Genta in ein paar Monaten wieder bei 0,005 steht, wieder einen Split macht und dann wieder von vorne nach unten taumelt!!

Eben so lange, bis auch der Letzte gemerkt hat, dass diese Bude nix mehr zu bieten hat!! Der einzige Nutzniesser dieser Aktivitäten ist der Chef der Bude, der sich das ganze monatlich gut bezahlen läßt...  

Weiß jemand, wieviel die durch Ganite einnnehmen? Und reicht das zum Überlebenj?

Genta to Support Initiation of New Clinical Trial using Ganite® as Treatment for Life-Threatening Infections in Patients with Cystic Fibrosis
Genta Incorporated (OTCBB: GETA) announced that the Company will supply Ganite® (gallium nitrate injection) for a new clinical trial that will be initiated in patients with cystic fibrosis (CF) who may develop serious infections.

Infection is the most common cause of death in CF patients. Frequently, these infections are due to bacteria known as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and patients are commonly treated with years of antibiotic therapy to control such infections. However, prolonged antibiotic use has greatly increased resistance due to genetic mutations. In addition, Pseudomonas has evolved protective mechanisms known as "biofilms" that encase colonies of bacteria and prevent antibiotics from reaching infection sites. Bacteria in biofilms are far more resistant to being killed. Recent information has suggested that gallium may be used as an anti-bacterial agent against Pseudomonas, in part due to its ability to disrupt biofilms.

The initial clinical trial using a gallium compound for this purpose will involve patients with cystic fibrosis who will be treated at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA and the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA. If initial results are promising, additional trials will be conducted with additional medical centers and a larger number of patients. Genta has provided cross-reference to its Investigational New Drug (IND) exemption for Ganite®, and the Company will supply the drug at no cost to patients in the trial. The study is also supported by grants awarded by the Orphan Products Division of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

"Work from our center has established that gallium can be used as a 'Trojan horse' that interferes with how iron is used by Pseudomonas," said Dr. Christopher H. Goss, Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington, who is the Principal Investigator of the trial. "Our preliminary data suggest that gallium exploits potentially vulnerable mechanisms in Pseudomonas by disrupting biofilms and killing antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria. This study is the first formal pharmacokinetic and safety evaluation of gallium in patients with cystic fibrosis."

"This trial represents the rapid clinical translation of enormously promising observations," said Dr. Raymond P. Warrell, Jr., Genta's Chief Executive Officer. "Initial results from our first CF patient showed that systemic treatment achieved target gallium levels in sputum, and that these levels could be sustained for a prolonged duration. Pseudomonas infections in CF are exceptionally difficult to eradicate. If initial results of the IV drug in this trial are promising, future patients might also benefit from extended therapy that could be afforded by one of our oral gallium compounds."

Kurses durchaus vorstellen, denn es kann nicht ständig bergab gehen,
schließlich werden wieder Zocker günstig einsteigen wollen, da die News
von gestern nichts Schlechtes verlauten lies. Da die News eben keinen
euphorischen Eindruck hinterlassen konnte, brach der Kurs weiter nach
unten. Euphorischen Eindruck können nur überzeugende Studienergebnisse
hinterlassen und darauf spekulieren ja die Zocker, der nächste Zock kann
aufgebaut werden. In absehbarer Zeit werden konkretere Ergebnisse
über Genasense fällig und auch bezüglich Tesatexal oder aber der bereits
zugelassenen Ganite sollten folgen.

Ich gehe davon aus das bis zum Jahresende es hier noch ziemlich bergab geht. Ich finde der Kurs ist total unterbewertet, hab auch nachgekauft um meinen Schnitt zu drücken und bin mir sicher das wir noch weitaus höhere Kurse sehen werden!  

ich frag mich langsam wirklich was hier von Genta noch erwartet wird?!

Die Meldung von gestern war nichts halbes und nichts ganzes, vollkommen witzlos!!!

Wenn nicht bald ein Wunder passiert seh ma bald 0,01€cent!!!  

Also werden jetzt vielversprechende News folgen müssen, zum
Beispiel über eine Kooperation mit einem starken Partner.
