(OTC BB: GLIF) announced today that it has signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Union Clinical Laboratory (UCL) of Taiwan, the leading laboratory serving the clinical diagnostics market in Taiwan--which represents a major milestone for progressing the Company's strategic plan to build a strong presence in global markets.

"We are very pleased to collaborate with UCL--the largest clinical reference laboratory that provides more than 30 percent of referral laboratory services in Taiwan--to validate our technologies.
