#1) The stock-symbol RIGH (76657X111 RightSmile, Inc.) is as you should know on the DTCC-CHILL-LIST
Why is RIGH on the DTCC-chill-list? What is the exact reason?


Trading record discrepancies related to previous RightSmile management. DTCC has records listed that don't match internal records our management inherited from RightSmile management. Upon initial investigation this appears to be a clerical error, but there are several possibilities.


What have you done as of yet and what lays ahead to get RIGH off the DTCC-chill-list?

Investigated, strategized, and prioritized next steps.


And how long do you think it will take to get off that list?

It will take several volleys through specifically skilled attorneys to resolve this.
This process will take several weeks after we have chosen to commit the appropriate resources.


The reason why oversea-investors can't buy into RIGH is for the DTCC-chill. Don't you want them in the boat?

Of course. When the boat is fully ready to sail, there will be ample seating for all passengers.


Don't you have any concerns that RIGH will be delisted, if you don't change RIGHs' DTCC status in time?

No. We are fully current in our reporting. The DTCC issue will be resolved.


#2) Why are both companies status' in default?

This will be rectified shortly.


#3) The last share structure update was July 10, 2012. Have these numbers changed since then?

There have been no significant changes in share structure from the most recent financial filings.


#4) In how far has the debt issue been taken care of? Has the debt been more reduced or completely eliminated?

#5) How many employees are now working for BudGenius/BGMT?

Our staff size has remained the same since the reverse merger, with additional variances for temporary contributors, consultants, contractors, and advisors, as needed.


#6) Where are the labs BudGenius is using to test strains? Why is this information not public?

Upon a Himalayan mountain hidden near Ra's al Ghul's temple (No, kidding, of course).

Our resources are currently prioritized elsewhere. Note that it's nearly 3:00am on Sunday morning as I write this.
We are quite busy. There is forward progress. It is not yet suitable for public disclosure. I understand the desire for
public news by shareholders. As you might imagine the principals of BGMT *also* benefit from increases in
news, disclosure, and PPS.

We are not hiding. When there are sufficient material events to warrant news releases, we will release them.
A series of large boulders makes a greater splash than the ripples of tiny pebbles that often go unnoticed.


I have no reason to toss small pebbles out. Although, I ALMOST miss the follow-on series of emails that occur
post-release which read like this...
"Why are you releasing this news?? Are you liquidating shares?? xxx market maker has a large block on the sell. That
MUST be a share dump!!!! ... you @#$@#$... The world is ending! The sky is falling!"


... *sigh*
BTW, just to reconfirm, BGMT principals have never sold a single share since the reverse merger occurred.
We have the unique advantage of knowing exactly where the company is going. While we may be quiet, we're certainly not selling.

No, I did not forget. R&D has shifted to meet emerging market needs and recent state legalization. This is an extremely dynamic market and we
shift priorities accordingly. We do have several exciting projects under development at different stages of completion.
I will cover this more in detail in the near future. Q&A regarding product directions are conversations I often look forward to.
