PEKING (dpa-AFX) - Die EU, Japan und die USA erwägen eine mögliche Klage bei der Welthandelsorganisation (WTO) gegen die Drosselung der chinesischen Ausfuhren von Seltenen Erden. China hat die Ausfuhr dieser Hochtechnologie-Metalle nach Japan praktisch weitgehend eingestellt. Auch deutsche und andere europäische sowie amerikanische Unternehmen sind bereits betroffen. Japan und die USA haben die Möglichkeit einer WTO-Klage bereits "inoffiziell" diskutiert, berichtete die japanische Zeitung "Nikkei Business Daily" am Freitag.

eine konsolidierung tut meistens gut - ich warte auf einen einstieg unter 0,25, mal sehen wann nächste woche, schönes we

 

ich geb dir recht,bei dieser Aktie ist halt bei einer Konsolidierung prozentuall die Schwankung in beiden Richtungen einfach höher(Marktkapitalisierung).
Auf Dauer gibt´s in dieser Branche nur 3 Überlebende(Arafura,Lynas und GWM)

Great Western Minerals Group Ltd. has appointed  Jim Davidson as chief financial officer of the company.

Mr. Davidson was, most recently, chief financial officer with Athabasca  Potash Inc. where he managed all financial and administrative functions  of the company including governance, third party and management  reporting, treasury, human resource, and international  financial-reporting-standards compliance. Additionally, Mr. Davidson  worked closely with the exploration project team in the preparation of  Athabasca Potash's environmental impact study and the prefeasibility  study.

Previously, Mr. Davidson spent 19 years in the finance divisions of  Weyerhaeuser in several locations throughout North America. He held  senior management positions that focused on the enhancement of  financial, production and technology processes, as well as SAP system  deployment, and the standardization of accounting processes at 40 of  Weyerhaeuser's sites.

"Mr. Davidson's background in the resource sector, combined with a  thorough knowledge of compliance issues and strong experience in  operational issues, is yet another significant addition to the strength  of our company's management team," said Great Western president and  chief executive officer, Jim Engdahl.

Mr. Davidson graduated from the College of Commerce at the University of  Saskatchewan in 1975 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1980.

GREAT WESTERN MINERALS GROUP ENTERS INTO ADVISORY AGREEMENT WITH BYRON SECURITIES

Great Western Minerals Group Ltd.  has entered into an advisory agreement with Byron Securities Ltd.

Byron will, on a non-exclusive basis, facilitate GWMG's access to  capital markets and identify potential acquisition, divestiture or  merger targets. In addition, Byron will provide strategic advice  intended to maximize shareholder value, assist in strategic marketing  initiatives and assist GWMG in structuring future transactions.

GWMG will pay Byron a total fee of $360,000, payable in common shares of  the corporation in six equal monthly instalments of $60,000, beginning  Dec. 15, 2010. The issue price of the shares will be determined by the  10-day volume-weighted average price on the last trading day of each  month.

Jim Engdahl, president and chief executive officer of GWMG, said:  "Engaging Byron to provide strategic advisory services will be valuable  to our company, given Byron's knowledge of the rare earths industry and  the wide array of development options available, as our company moves  toward becoming a fully integrated rare earths producer. We anticipate  significant activity in this sector over the next year, and Byron will  be able to assist GWMG in understanding the opportunities and challenges  during this time."

könnte heulen vor glück das jahr fängt gut an ,bin noch in China Rare Earth Aktie [WKN: 590363 / ISIN: KYG210891001 invt. und die geht auch nach norden:) warte jetzt noch auf den richtigen zeitpunkt nach zu kaufen, aber wann? jetzt?

 

hab nee gute Position Great Western das muss reichen...aber China Rare Earth sieht auch nett aus...denke das wird meine bester Wert den ich getradet habe...

vielleicht sehen wir ja den Euro : )

mal schauen wie lang die Rally geht...schade das es keinen Index für Seltene Erden gibt.
China drosselt kräftig das reicht...hehe

hoffe es geht morgen weiter Richtung Norden vielleicht sehen wir heute zum schluss noch die 50cent :) würde gerne nach kaufen habe mich bei 30 cent relative gut eingedeckt aber es kribbelt :) wenn jetzt noch ein ,zwei gute nachrichten  auf dem Tisch kommen dann ,denke ich ist der euro realistisch ! Daumen drücken
