HOUSTON, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marmion Industries Corp , (the "Company") -- an emerging manufacturer and modifier of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment -- today announced the purchase of 2.75 acres of land in Houston, Texas, along with its plan to construct a new 126' X 250' multi-use facility.
The new plant will allow Marmion Industries to increase production levels in order to meet growing demand for its state-of-the-art equipment. Marmion's new facility, which is located approximately one-mile from its current headquarters, will also house the company's international sales office and act as its main base of operations.
Commenting on today's news, CEO W.H. Marmion stated: "I am ecstatic that we will finally be able to bring into manifestation a dream we have held for many years. The new facility will enable us to bring into our company many of the processes we were outsourcing for years, thus enabling us to increase quality and our competitive share in the market. We desire to develop more business products and services, as well as expand our core explosion proof industrial product line."
Construction of the plant is scheduled to commence by the end of November 2007 and be completed by March 2008. In addition, the plant is being engineered by Binkley & Barfield Inc. Engineering, Houston, Texas, and the architect is Archi-Group, of Houston, Texas.
In a testament to the enormous growth potential in the company's core markets, the International Energy Agency estimates that the total investment required in the oil and gas sectors over 2005 to 2030 will amount to more than $8 trillion. Under the terms of the contract, Marmion has installed a Class 1, Division 1, hazardous location refrigeration system, including industrial controls, for peroxide storage at a Lucite facility. With a 25% share of the global methacrylates market and annual revenues that currently exceed $1.5 billion, Lucite International is an ideal customer for Marmion's products and services.

Insgesamt ein sehr positiver Verlauf der sich auch spätestens Ende 2008/ Anfang 2009 bemerkbar machen sollte!
Im Jahresabschluss werden 2 Großaufträge in Zahlen auftauchen, die zum Halbjahr noch nicht erfasst wurden, da Baubeginn erst 20.8 war.
Diese werden sich eindeutig positiv auf die Bilanz auswirken. Desweiteren expandiert Marmion auch in anderen Bundesstaaten,....
Zur Zeit befindet sich das Unt. im Umbruch, der mit Kosten verbunden ist, jedoch sehe ich die Sache positiv, dass dies gelingt.
