it's criminal MM's and big hedge fund manipulators were able to smash this down $16 after a stellar ER. but we all know long term $150+
In its most recent quarter, YY saw adjusted earnings of $1.72 per share, handily beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.56 and improving about 23% from the year-ago period. Revenues of $518 million also comfortably surpassed our consensus estimate of $491 million and surged about 43% year over year.
The below chart demonstrates the price performance for HSC and 12-month forward EPS estimate (in red), starting from the stock’s first long stretch as a #1 in April of last year. As we can see, YY was a massive winner for those that followed the Zacks Rank. The stock has gained about since earning a #1 (Strong Buy) last April, including a 51% surge since being added to the #1 list again in August.."

A look at why shares fell and why they will bounce back.
Analysts upgrade YY, maintain BUY ratings.
YY's growth story remains intact, shares remain undervalued!
YY price target set at $200 per share.
Once again, YY (YY) delivered another blockbuster quarter that exceeded analysts' estimates on both the top and bottom lines. Revenue increased 43.3% to $518 million compared to the corresponding period last year. Analysts were expecting revenues to be around $491 million.
Robust growth was primarily attributed to strong live streaming revenues, which jumped 47.4% year-over-year (YOY). Monthly active users (MAU) jumped by 23.9% to 77.6 million and total live streaming paying users increased by 17.3% to 6.9 million.......

YY, backing out its Huya stake, still has a solid core business that is being overlooked.
YY looks to be one of the more undervalued names in all of tech.
Investment Thesis
YY (NASDAQ:YY), the parent company of superstar e-sports streaming company Huya (NYSE:HUYA), is undervalued because investors are underestimating YY's stake in Huya...According to Huya's IPO prospectus, YY owns 90.07 million shares of Huya. As of writing this, Huya while down 12% is trading at $43 per share. That means YY's stake is worth $3.87 billion.
YY's market cap is at $7 billion, and on the last earnings call, total cash and cash equivalents totaled to $2.05 billion, even after spending almost $300 million in acquiring a stake in Bigo,.....

Keine Ahnung....
....The opportunity to buy YY at an outrageously cheap price comes from its investment in HUYA Broadcasting (NYSE:HUYA). HUYA is essentially the Twitch of China - a gaming live-streaming service. HUYA completed its IPO earlier this year with its share price in the mid-teens. Within a few weeks, its stock jumped to almost $50, and is now back down to the low $30s. YY owns 48% of HUYA; Tencent owns approximately 30%; the other ~20% is traded freely by the public.
HUYA’s market capitalization is about $6 billion, while YY’s market capitalization is about $6.5 billion. Since YY owns about half of HUYA, it owns $3 billion; we can say that $3 billion of the $6.5 billion is HUYA and the remaining $3.5 billion is the residual value of the rest of YY’s business.....
...Volatility has been iQiyi's middle name lately. The stock has posted moves of at least 10% in seven of the past eight weeks. Even the one week that didn't treat investors to a double-digit percentage move was still a bumpy run ending in a 7% decline. Let's face it: iQiyi as an investment is not for the faint of heart.....iQiyi was simply bouncing back after three weeks of declines, shedding a little more than a quarter of its value in the process. To be fair, the stock had exactly doubled in the course of the four previous weeks . Don't let anyone tell you that iQiyi isn't a bucking bronco.....Investors will have to wait until later this month to see if iQiyi can repeat the feat of delivering another blowout quarter the way it did in late April, but we already know that the stock will be volatile long before the fresh financials hit the wire. iQiyi swings, and despite the ups and downs it remains a market darling that has nearly doubled since its IPO four months ago.
premarket 3 % minus
Mfg
