hy leute, bin auch noch dabei....da ich 2x schon 20% hatte mit dieser aktie,dürfte es vom chart (3x stange/fahne)ja bald wieder losstarten. warten wir mal ab was uns in 3 wochen ca. so erwartet.

Poly-Pacific International Inc. ("Poly-Pacific" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE MB)(OTCBB LYPF)(BERLIN:A0LGDN)(FRANKFURT OZ) announces that subsequent to a price reservation filed with the TSX - Venture Exchange on June 26, 2007, the Company is proceeding with a non-brokered Private Placement financing offering up to 9,722,222 units ("Units") at a subscription price of $0.18 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,750,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). The Warrants are exercisable at a price of $0.30 per common share during the first year following the date of closing and at $0.40 per common share during the subsequent year.
Today, subject to regulatory approval, Poly-Pacific is pleased to announce the first closing where 3,352,853 Units will be issued for gross proceeds of $603,514. The Company paid Finder's Fees of $40,793.40 to arm's length parties in connection with the first closing of the placement.
The securities issued under the private placement are subject to a four-month hold period.
The proceeds of the Placement will be used for general working capital purposes and to investigate other reclamation sites in North America and perform due diligence on other related technologies.
Poly-Pacific is a recycling company that manufactures and distributes MultiCut(TM), an environmentally safe, technologically advanced plastic media for paint stripping and coating removal for sensitive substrates. In meinen Augen bedeutet diese Nachricht, das Poly erneut neue Aktien ausgegeben hat. Und zwar alle zu einen Nennwert von 18 canadischen Cent. Diese Anteilskäuifer verpflichten sich dazu diese mindestens 4 Monate lang zu behalten. Die Kosten wurden von Poly übernommen, die Einnahmen gehen auf die Aktiva seite des unternehmens und können somit in jeden möglichen Bereich eingesetzt werden ( Also Grabungen, Lizenzen, Aquisitionen, Löhne etc.) Darüberhinaus wird von Poly Pacific garantiert, das die neuen Anteilseigner Ihre Anteile in diesem Jahr für MINDESTEN 30 canadische cent und ab dem nächsten Jahr für jedes folgesjahr mit mindestens 40 cent veräußern können.
Unter dem Strich heißt dies eine Kapitalerhöhung um liquide Mittel zu erhalten. Das schlechte darn ist, das mehr Aktien im Umlauf sind, dadurch wird das Ergebniss pro Aktie verwässert, expliziet verringert. In Deutschland kennen wir das auch, da werden meistens Aktien an Institutionelle ausgegeben oder aber Wandelanleihen.
Der Grund für die Bekanntgabe am heutigen Tag liegt darin, das heute erstmals eine Plazierung erfolgte, die Einigung darüber aber wurde halt am besagte 26.06 getroffen.
Nun bleibt abzuwarten, in welcher Form dieses neue Kapital eingesetzt wird. Ich weis aber, das dies nicht die erste Plazierung dieser Art ist ( mindestens die 2 oder gar dritte). Kann sein, das dieses Kapitalgenutzt wird um die nötigen Sicherheiten für den Kingston Dealhinterlegen zu können.
Fazit: An sich eine logische und nützliche Art der "modernen" Kapitalbeschaffung. Dadurch kann man erreichen, das mehr Leute Substanz in das Unternehmen bringen, sie quasi sekundär am Erfolg beteiligt. Dieses neue kapital ist aus Firmnensicht auch günstig, da es ohne Zinsen erhaltbar ist, gegenüber einem Bankkredit. Nachteilig ist aber, das diese neuen Anteilseigner nach Ablauf der " Schonfrist" jederzeit Ihre Shares auf den MArkt schmeißen können. Und das in diesem Jahr für mindestens 30 cent das Stück. Das heißt zwar, das der Kurs gestützt wird an dieser Barriere, aber wenn die neuen Anteileigner keine Lust mehr haben, o. ä. dann entsteht auf jeden Fall nach dieser neuen Plazierung ab November extremer Verkaufsdruck, was dazu führen kann, das der Kurs, selbt wenn er bei ca. 50, 60 oder gar noch mehr Cent schnell wieder auf 30 cent, ab Januar 08 halt 40 cent fallen kann. Also wie schön erwähnt, hängt alles davon ab, wofür dieses neue kapital benutzt wird und was unter dem Strich an Profit damit erwirtschaftet werden kann.
