Letzte Meldung vom 29.September 9:45 :

"ETI signed its $1.1 Million subcontract agreement with the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM)"..."This project will add revenue and gross profit in our new fiscal year and is an example of the significant strides and accomplishments we are continuing to reap in Mexico from our past efforts and ongoing business development on short term and longer term projects."

Fazit: endlich kommt Geld in die Kasse!

In einem Interview am 28. September sagte Ceo Brehm:

"We are quickly evolving from a small environmental services company to becoming a respected economic and political environmental resource for government officials wanting to stimulate local employment, entice direct foreign economic investment, and create cleaner, healthier living conditions for the citizens of Mexico. Our long term goal is to capitalize on this new strategy by building sustainable and profitable business in the exciting new market for our proven technology services in Mexico thereby significantly enhancing future shareholder value.”

Fazit: Brehm behauptet die kleine Firma Bugs wächst heran und es sollen SIGNIFIKANTE Werte für die Aktionäre geschaffen werden.

Meldung vom 21. September:

"Company to enter new fiscal year with over $3.1MM in contracts -
CARLSBAD, Calif.—September 21, 2006— Robert Brehm, CEO of U.S. Microbics, Inc. (OTCBB: BUGS; BCN: 615212), an innovative environmental products and services company, announced that its majority owned subsidiary, Sub-Surface Waste Management of Delaware, Inc., (OTCBB: SSWM), and its Mexico subsidiary company, Environmental Tec International, S.A. de C.V. (ETI), have a $3.1MM contract backlog in Mexico, the highest in the company’s history. SSWM expects to commence these projects on or before October 1, 2006, the beginning of the new fiscal year, and recognize the much of the revenue in the first two quarters of the new year."

Fazit: In den ersten 2 Quartalen wird Bugs (SSWM) einen riesen Schritt in Richtung schwarze Zahlen machen.

"Brehm further commented, “We are also continuing our business development efforts with the Governor and his staff in Veracruz for the emergency response centers, and with the Governor of Tlaxcala for his landfill project. The proposals for these projects total over $200MM in potential new business for SSWM/ETI over the next five years."

200 Mio innerhalb 5 Jahre, FALLS DIES WIRKLICH EINTRIFFT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CARLSBAD, Calif., Oct 03, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- U.S. Microbics, Inc. (BUGS) , announced that Laurie Romag has been named the new President of its subsidiary, West Coast Fermentation Center (WCFC), which specializes in microbe manufacturing and bio-feasibility studies. The company anticipates increased production demand from its large backlog of contracts in Mexico and is transitioning WCFC from an internal cost center to a new profit center serving affiliate subsidiaries and third party customers.

WCFC holds a United States Department of Agriculture Soil Permit and can receive soil samples from around the world for bio-feasibility and treatability studies to develop an optimum microbial blend for the treatment of contaminated soil with the BUGS\' proprietary patented processes. WCFC operates a full-scale fermentation facility that manufactures microbial blends for use in bioremediation and agricultural growth enhancement.

Robert Brehm, CEO of BUGS commented, "Laurie Romag has served as Chief Microbiologist of WCFC and has been instrumental in developing WCFC into a successful fermentation and feasibility facility. With the recent increase in Mexico remediation contracts and third party microbe orders for hydrocarbon treatment products, as well as a new agricultural growth enhancement product rollout scheduled for next year, it is time to move our experienced management into broader leadership roles. I am proud to have Laurie on our management team as her skill, knowledge and experience are a real asset for our future growth."

Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources of Puebla Invites SSWM to Co-Locate Permitting Operations in State Offices
Monday December 18, 10:00 am ET

-ETI Accepts Invitation for Multi-Year Project Headquarters-

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sub-Surface Waste Management of Delaware, Inc. (OTCBB:SSWM - News) announced that its Mexico subsidiary company Environmental Tec International, S.A. de C.V. (ETI) has been invited and has accepted an offer by the State of Puebla\'s Secretary of the Environment and Natural Resources, Francisco Castillo Montemayor, to open a headquarters office within the State\'s Department of Environment and Natural Resources offices in the State capital of Ciudad Puebla.

ETI recently started its contract assignments for the State of Puebla to craft and launch a statewide, fee based, environmental pollution control permitting and compliance program for waste generators impacting air, soil and water media. The program will identify generators, quantify discharges and establish permit fees and standards for waste discharge limits.

Bruce Beattie stated, "We are delighted that the Secretary has made this resource available to ETI and its professional staff. Co-locating our engineering team on this multi-year project within the offices of the Secretariat allows us to rapidly deploy technical resources and compile data bases necessary to manage and implement a complex and detailed statewide program with Puebla staff members."

Beattie continued, "This model of state led, fee based, compliance permitting program is replicable in many other States impacted by pollution and waste discharge. ETI has recently been contacted by government officials in Quintana Roo to present a proposal in January to implement a similar permitting program in their state which has been economically impacted by contamination on its beaches. ETI will showcase to the governors of Quintana Roo and other states, the revenue generation, job creation and positive environmental impact created by the permitting program in the State of Puebla as a prelude to starting permitting programs in their states."

U.S. Microbics Forms Bio-Energy Business Unit

2007-01-24 10:00 ET - News Release

New Unit to investigate use of BUGS technology for Bio-diesel and ethanol production

Company Website: http://www.bugsatwork.com
CARLSBAD, Calif. -- (Business Wire)

U.S. Microbics (OTCBB:BUGS) announced that it has formed a new business unit to research and apply its proprietary microbial blends for use in the production processes of bio-diesel and ethanol from organic material sources such as corn and sugar cane for fuel applications. The company believes its microbial products could be suitable for optimizing the production of bio-diesel and ethanol by contributing to the process of turning certain waste streams and/or organic materials into useable bio-energy derived fuel sources.

Robert Brehm, CEO of U.S. Microbics, commented, “We have had many inquiries regarding the applicability of our proprietary products and processes for use in ethanol and bio-diesel production. In addition, our agricultural growth enhancement products have shown up to 38% yield increase for sugar cane, a prime feedstock, along with corn, for ethanol production. With feedstock yield improvements and organic material source processing using microbial based technology, we may have a golden opportunity to participate in the bio-fuels industry, where the reduction in green house gases is a major goal.”

Brehm continued, “At this time, we are establishing a new business unit to investigate the market opportunities, applicability of our products and the economic metrics for production in Mexico, which has good political and economic support for creating additional jobs and has ample corn and sugar cane feed stocks for bio-fuels. To help with our market and technical evaluation, we will be working with a current customer who has successfully used our in-house produced microbial products in an ethanol pilot plant in the Midwestern U.S. To keep the market abreast of our developments, we will inform our shareholders via Future press releases or new product or service announcements.”
