Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB: UPDA) subsidiary, Ambient Wells Services, Inc., has been advised by Landmark 4, LLC that the repair and remediation of the disposal well facilities on the Catlin site will be completed this week and that installation of the new tank batteries has been initiated.
Ambient is managing the workover project on the field in Jack County, Texas for UPDA subsidiary, Catlin Oil and Gas, Inc., owner of the Catlin Field. Ambient has retained Landmark 4, LLC of Ohio and Rockey Well Services of Texas as subcontractors.

aEURoeRockey Well Services has made efficient progress on the wells after only two weeks and we are prepared to handle the additional oil and gas production that will be generated,aEUR said Steve Swain, Landmark 4 Field Superintendent. "In order to handle that production, we are finishing repairs to the natural gas pipeline and replacing the crude oil storage tanks. We will also be ready to dispose of the additional water that increasing production will generate. We have had a crew working on these facilities for several days cleaning up the area, installing new injection pumps, replacing the tank pads to handle all of the water these wells may generate. We expect to have this work completed in the next few days.aEUR

Der Kurs hat sich innerhalb weniger Tage rund verdreifacht. Auch unsere Leser dürften dick im Plus liegen. Unsere Musterdepotposition verzeichnet ebenfalls bereits einen deutlichen Gewinn. Die leichten Gewinnmitnahmen, die vor dem Wochenende zu sehen waren, fallen da kaum ins Gewicht. Sie sind normal, nachdem sich ein Kurs verdreifacht hat. Neue Pumpsysteme wurden installiert, Reinigungsarbeiten durchgeführt sowie Tanks repariert und neue installiert. Als nächstes erwartet man bei UPDA die Lieferung von 10 Meilen Pipelinerohren zum Transport von gefördertem Gas, die Landmark sofort nach Lieferung installieren wird. Ebenfalls sollen weitere Tanks aufgebaut werden. Die eigentliche Top-Nachricht für Aktionäre: Sämtliche Quellen, die bislang wieder in Produktion gesetzt wurden, laufen besser als erwartet!
Der Druck, den man bei Öffnung der Bohrlöcher vorfindet, ist Angaben von Landmark zufolge bemerkenswert. Eine Quelle ist bislang allerdings der "Star": Satte 35 Barrel Öl pro Tag fördert die Quelle Mathis Ia – das sind mehr als 1000 Barrel Öl pro Monat! Wenn sich dieser Schnitt bestätigt, wird damit allein ein hoher sechsstelliger Jahresumsatz durch diese Quelle generiert.
Doch UPDA besteht nicht allein aus dem Catlin Field, sondern verfügt über eine größere Zahl an Öl- und Gasprojekten mit vielen Dutzend Quellen. Diese werden jetzt nach und nach in Produktion gebracht. Man kann es gar nicht oft genug betonen. Die Modernisierungsprogramme werden für explodierende Umsätze beim Unternehmen sorgen. Extrem steigende Förderquoten werden die logische Folge sein, wenn eine Quelle nach der anderen wieder ans Netz geht. Zusätzliche Potenziale werden die Reparaturarbeiten an der Infrastruktur bringen. Dass die Tests der Quellen dann noch bessere Förderraten als erwartet zu Tage bringen, ist das fundamentale Sahnehäubchen für Investoren.
Charttechnisch diskutiert man ohnehin nicht mehr über den vorherigen Abwärtstrend, der viel zu heftig ausgefallen ist. Aber der Fehler der Bären ist eine Chance für die Anleger, die nun einsteigen oder bereits eingestiegen sind. Es ist fast schon ein charttechnisches Gesetz, dass auf übertriebene Abwärtsbewegungen starke Aufwärtsbewegungen folgen. Und genau diese hat jetzt begonnen. Der Kurs wird die fundamentale Unterbewertung korrigieren. Wenn es UPDA schafft, seine weit mehr als 100 Quellen zur Produktion zu bringen, ist die Aktie auch auf dem aktuellen Niveau immer noch völlig unterbewertet. Proposed Acquisition Generates Current Revenues Of $22 - $25 Million Per Year
JUNO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--With the anticipated receipt from the Seller of the executed letter of intent, Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB:UPDA - News) now has 60 days to complete the due diligence for its largest acquisition to date, an oil and gas field of approximately 20,000 acres with 220 producing wells and over $6 million of service equipment located mainly within the state of Wyoming. With this acquisition, UPDA will exponentially increase its acreage and reserve assets and generate additional annual revenues of $22 - $25 million.
"These leases combine a mixture of traditional oil and gas wells and shallow coal bed wells and are making substantial oil as well as 3000 - 4000 mcfg/day already," reports UPDA Vice President Chris McCauley. "The coal bed properties, where a typical well is about 1000 feet or less, provide an opportunity to begin drilling multiple wells per week as soon as the transaction is closed. With the service equipment and water transport and disposal assets being acquired in the deal, the coal bed methane production could be greatly increased very quickly. In addition, the service equipment will allow UPDA's well service subsidiary, Ambient, to significantly expand its operations."
The transaction, valued at between $40 and $50 million, also involves substantial real estate assets including 2 office buildings, several warehouses, an equipment yard and vacant land.
UPDA's investment bankers are in the process of arranging debt financing to complete the acquisition before the end of the year.

Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB: UPDA) has organized its own due diligence committee. The primary role of this committee is to oversee the due diligence process for important transactions, including the sale and purchase of leases, and issue reports to the board on the feasibility of prospective acquisitions rather than involving all board members in the details of these transactions and acquisition.
Chris McCauley, UPDA Vice President, will oversee the actions of the committee and verify the prospective acquisition. Steven Fall, UPDA Chief Geologist, will study the acquisition from a geological perspective. David Hinze, newly appointed UPDA Comptroller, will examine the financial requirements of the acquisition. An engineer will be appointed to serve on the committee in the near future. We believe that the formation of the due diligence committee will help UPDA to function more efficiently.

schmeißen die weiter aktien und produzieren die nicht wirklich sehen wir bald kurse die wirklich nur das papier wert sind wo drauf steht ich bin eine aktie.
