Tournigan hires Investor Relations Firm

Tournigan Gold Corporation (" Tournigan" ) has retained the European firm
of Better Investment Group Communications (" B.I.G." ) to conduct media
awareness programs on behalf of Tournigan in Germany and throughout the
European Union. B.I.G., through its principal Pascal Geraths, is an
experienced and knowledgeable public relations firm in Europe,
specializing in resource companies.
Tournigan will pay to B.I.G. a monthly fee of $5,000 under the terms of
a one-year service agreement (the " Service Agreement" ). Mr. Geraths
has also been granted an option to acquire 150,000 shares at $0.35 per
share for a period of five years, vesting in equal quarterly stages
over the first year. The Service Agreement is subject to approval by
the Exchange.
Tournigan Gold is focused on developing two advanced gold projects in
Europe - Curraghinalt in Northern Ireland and Kremnica in Slovakia.
Feasibility drilling at Curraghinalt is nearing completion with the
final feasibility study to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2004.
Kremnica will be the focus of exploration and development work in 2004,
with feasibility studies expected to be completed during the third
quarter 2005.

Tournigan Adds Vice-President of Mining to Team

Tournigan Gold Corporation welcomes Mr. James Walchuck to the management team as Vice President - Mining, effective immediately. Mr. Walchuck has most recently been the Manager Mining for Barrick at the Bulyanhulu Gold Mine in Tanzania. There he oversaw the building of a multi-million-ounce, high-grade underground mine in 24 months and achieved over 2 million man-hours without a lost-time accident. His direct experience in bringing gold mines into operation will be extremely useful as Tournigan moves both Curraghinalt and Kremnica properties into production.
Prior to his 6-year involvement with Bulyanhulu (first as Sr. Project Manager with Sutton Resources then as Manager Mining for Barrick), Mr. Walchuck was Manager of Mining and then Manager - Corporate Operations for Royal Oak Mines. This was preceded by a 5-year term as Chief Mining Engineer for Tarkwa Goldfields in Ghana. A member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario for 24 years, Mr. Walchuck holds Bachelor Degrees in both Science and Engineering.
Mr. Walchuck's substantial hands-on experience in underground mining techniques, combined with a successful track record in project management, budgeting and mine engineering is a perfect match for Tournigan's two gold projects.

ich glaube zwar das das hier nicht ganz so schlimm ist, nur erinnert es mich eben sehr daran - und die meisten OTCs sind einfach Betrug - nix stimmt und sie sind oft einfach wertlos und verfallen auch so
zu solchen typischen OTC Sachen...?
Ich bin nämlich am überlegen, weil es recht gute Meldungen gibt,
aber auch ob die auch wirklich seriös sind?!
es ist generell bei OTC einfach hohe Vorsicht geboten - fast alle Unternehmen da haben massive Probleme, kein Geld (mehr), nur 1 Produkt wovon alles abhängt, sind nur über News gepusht oder kompletter Betrug
OTC ist eben KEINE Börse, d.h. da gibt es keine Kontrollen ob irgendwas Veröffentlichtes auch stimmt
freilich, wenn man rechtzeitig (vor allen anderen - fast unmöglich) drin ist kann schnell viel gehen - aber dann muß man auch weg, weil langfristig werden die wenigsten Unternehmen da was

Then again, the stock may drop down to .40 or under, and screw " short term " those who didn`t sell their .10 warrants for a bit of a profit. Remember, these warrants traded up over .15 last month, and in effect, those warrants cost some shareholders .70 on 1 TVC that can now be purchased no problem under .47 - Kimber Res. had a big fat reward for their shareholders - Stock and wts. were both flying high when expiry date was met. The addition today to TVC`s management is very positive, but as Frankfurt is showing ( .28 - .29 ) on barely 10K, this will not be the propellent for short-term players. A dollar per share buyout ??? That would be a " big NR " but of course, only in my dreams !! Better start finding some money to convert those warrants ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, J.T.

Additional Information on Preliminary Assessment at Kremnica

Tournigan Gold Corporation ("Tournigan") has been asked by the TSX
Venture Exchange to provide additional information regarding the
updated Kremnica Preliminary Assessment announced on March 16, 2004.
The Company reported projected average annual production of 89,324
ounces of gold equivalent per year over 10 years. This is based on
projected average annual production of 84,093 oz of gold and 512,354 oz
of silver. The conversion to gold equivalent is based on dividing the
projected gross revenue by the gold price used in the assessment of
$385/oz.
Tournigan reported the Sturec Project using the terms "conceptual
mineable resource" and "mineable ounces", which do not comply with
disclosure requirements of NI 43-101. The Company retracts the use of
these terms, although the methodology used in the completion of the
Preliminary Assessment complies with NI 43-101. The Preliminary
Assessment is based on the following mineral resource estimate:

As reported in the March 16 news release, it should be noted that the
resources used in the assessment includes "Inferred" resources that are
currently considered too speculative geologically to have the economic
considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized
as mineral reserves. The "Inferred" resources have only been included
to determine the potential viability of the project, on which a
decision has been made to initiate further development work.
Generally, an economic evaluation would only be completed on "Measured"
and "Indicated" resources, and there is no certainty that this
Preliminary Assessment will be realized.

Note that this is the tonnage of material that would be sent to the
processing facility proposed for construction alongside the Sturec
Deposit. The "forecast ounces" are adjusted for the amount of material
lost in the process using estimated recoveries of 92% for gold and 72%
for silver and represent the gold and silver that would be shipped for
final refining.
Net Present Value
Tournigan Gold previously translated the conceptual Net Present Value
of US$ 47 million, C$ 62 million for the Sturec project (as currently
proposed) to the current number of issued and outstanding Tournigan
shares, resulting in a NPV of C$ 1.77 per outstanding share. The NPV
was calculated using US$385/oz gold and US$ 5.50/oz silver prices. The
same calculation utilizing the current number of fully-diluted
Tournigan shares is C$ 1.24 per fully-diluted share. Note that in
order to reach the fully-diluted number of shares (50 million),
Tournigan would receive C$ 4.3 million cash in financing proceeds.
There has been no attempt to include the as-yet-unknown number of
shares Tournigan would have to issue in order to fully finance the US$
48.9 million capital cost (C$ 64 million) based on 100% equity
financing of this capital cost.
Qualified Person
Dr. Kent Ausburn, VP of Exploration, remains Tournigan's Qualified
Person in respect of the Kremnica gold project. The Preliminary
Assessment was completed by Beacon Hill Consultants (1988) Ltd, and
authored by the following: W.P. Stokes, PEng, B.M. Briggs PEng, J.W.R.
Fox, PEng, and G. Kirkham, PGeoph.
Corporate Matters
Tournigan Gold will issue 450,000 options exercisable for 5 years at a
strike price of $0.50 to senior executives. This issuance is subject
to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. A vesting schedule will apply
for 260,000 of these options.

Wie in den März 16 Nachrichten berichtet geben Sie, es sollte gemerkt werden frei, daß die Betriebsmittel, die in der Einschätzung benutzt werden, "geschlossene" Betriebsmittel einschließt, die z.Z. als zu spekulativ geologisch gelten, die ökonomischen Betrachtungen zu haben, die an ihnen angewendet werden, die ihnen ermöglichen würden, als Mineralreserven kategorisiert zu werden. Die "geschlossenen" Betriebsmittel sind nur eingeschlossen worden, um die mögliche Entwicklungsfähigkeit des Projektes festzustellen, auf dem eine Entscheidung getroffen worden ist, um weitere Entwicklungsarbeit einzuleiten. Im Allgemeinen würde eine ökonomische Auswertung nur auf "gemessen" durchgeführt und "zeigte" Betriebsmittel an, und es gibt keine Sicherheit, daß diese einleitende Einschätzung verwirklicht wird.

Merken Sie, daß dieses die Tonnage des Materials ist, die zum verarbeitenservice geschickt würde, der für Aufbau neben der Sturec Ablagerung vorgeschlagen wurde. Die "Prognose Unzen" werden auf die Menge des Materials verloren im Prozeß mit geschätzten Wiederaufnahmen von 92% für Gold und von 72% für Silber eingestellt und das Gold und das Silber darstellen, die für abschließende Raffinierung versendet würden.
Kapitalwert
Tournigan Gold übersetzte vorher den begrifflichkapitalwert von USS 47 Million, 62 Million für das Sturec Projekt (wie z.Z. vorgeschlagen) zur gegenwärtigen Zahl herausgegebenen und hervorragenden Tournigan Anteilen, und das resultiert in einem NPV von 1.77 pro nicht amortisierte Aktie. Das NPV wurde mit USS385/oz Gold und USS 5.50/oz silbernen Preisen errechnet. Die gleiche Berechnung, welche die gegenwärtige Zahl voll-verdünnten Tournigan Anteilen verwendet, ist 1.24 pro voll-verdünnten Anteil. Merken Sie, daß, um die voll-verdünnte Zahl Anteilen (50 Million) zu erreichen, Tournigan empfangen würde, das 4.3 Million innen finanzierenerträge kassieren. Es hat keinen Versuch gegeben, die wie-schon-unbekannte Zahl Anteilen einzuschließen, die Tournigan würde herausgeben müssen, um das USS völlig zu finanzieren 48.9 Million Hauptkosten (64 Million) basiert auf Billigkeit Finanzierung 100% dieser Hauptkosten.

Dr. Kent Ausburn, VP der Erforschung, bleibt Tournigans qualifizierte Person in Bezug auf das Kremnica Goldprojekt.
