Tombstone Exploration Corporation Contracts Zonge International for Ground Geophysics
PHOENIX, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 10/29/15 -- Tombstone Exploration Corporation (OTC PINK: TMBXF), a fully reporting company (BERLIN: UDNA), announced today that the Company has contracted Zonge International to perform ground geophysics across the 400 Acre claim block recently staked by Tombstone in the Eagletail Mining District, Yuma County, Arizona. Zonge has been well respected for geophysical data acquisition in the minerals industry since 1970. They are an industry leader in methods such as IP (induced polarization) and CSEM/AMT, as well as SP, seismic, and gravity/magnetic data acquisition. Due to their positive reputation in the industry and the successes in their methodology, they were chosen for the initial step of Phase I of the Stardust exploration program.
Zonge will perform a ground magnetic survey across the claim block to determine the extent of the Stardust Fault. Previous reports state that the two shafts on the property were sunk along a high angled structure which trends E-NE across the area of outcrop. This structure is thought to be the 'feeder' for the Gold Silver mineralization in the project area. Several reports reference 'free milling gold' from drifts along this fault. Abundant dump material contains anomalous gold and silver values as well as visible copper oxides. Due to the extensive surface disturbance in this area, performing a ground magnetic survey will give a better understanding of the subsurface character of the fault. This method details changes in density in the subsurface and is used to define faults, fractures, and changes in rock types. As a result, this geophysical data will be used to better define the Phase I scope of work, which will involve detailed surface mapping, rock/soil sampling, and delineation of drill targets.
Alan Brown, President of TMBXF, said, "I am confident that the information provided by Zonge International will assist us to better understand the mineralization on the property and define our near term drill targets. Zonge started this exploration work on October 26 2015."
Tombstone Exploration Corporation is a gold silver copper exploration company based in Phoenix, Arizona. The Company's goal is to maximize shareholder value through focused exploration, testing and development of high quality mineral targets in the prolific mineral producing areas in S.W. USA. This goal will be achieved in part through the application of the best mineral exploration practices and techniques available to our experienced exploration and management team, including adherence to the highest possible standards of corporate responsibility, governance and conduct.

Tombstone Exploration Corporation Renews State Exploration Permit for Section 16 of the Tombstone Mining District
PHOENIX, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 11/18/15 -- Tombstone Exploration Corporation (OTC PINK: TMBXF), a fully reporting company (BERLIN: UDNA), announced today that the Company renewed its State Exploration Permit encompassing 450 acres for Section 16 in the Tombstone Mining District. 145 acres of patented mining claims in Section 16 is also owned by TMBXF.
The location of Section 16 is two miles southwest of the town of Tombstone, Cochise County, Arizona. It is comprised of many of the historical silver mines in the district including: San Pedro group (Fox claims), State of Maine, Merrimac, Free Coinage, Chance, Bonanza, Santa Ana, Solstice, Annex 40 and 41 (Ace-in-the-Hole), Black Horse, the Joseph group, Mamie, Sailor, Randolph, and Groundhog. The total strike length of these structures is estimated to be in excess of 7,000 meters.
These ore deposits are polymetallic and predominantly silver-rich, with significant mineralization of gold, copper, lead, and zinc. Manganese oxides, which are ore carriers and mineral hosts, are observed in the upper sections of these structures.
Alan Brown, President of TMBXF, stated, "Section 16 is also the center of a large porphyry copper silver gold target identified by the ZTEM geophysical program that was completed by TMBXF several years ago."
The State of Maine Mine is 145 acres of patented mining claims owned 100% by TMBXF and has the potential for the discovery of a very large silver gold copper discovery at depth. This is the center of one of the most important targets in the Tombstone Mining District.
A prior sampling program on Section 16 included 115 samples that had incredible high gold and silver assays. The results include rock samples collected from outcrops, mine dumps, trenches, and underground workings. The two highest samples returned assayed values of 609.50 ounces per ton (opt) of Ag (silver), 0.396 opt Au (gold) and 81.70 opt Ag and 0.180 opt Au. The highest of these samples, sample 49373, was a selected sample collected from the Santa Ana mine (Joseph Vein) workings at the 18 meter level across a 10 cm. wide fault. (An earlier selected high grade sample collected from the 10 meter level of the Santa Ana mine (Joseph Vein), sample SA 35-0, assayed 971.40 opt Ag, 0.335 opt Au across a 5 cm. width.

Tombstone Exploration Corporation Completes Ground Geophysics; Defines High Priority Drill Targets for the Stardust Project, Arizona
PHOENIX, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 12/15/15 -- Tombstone Exploration Corporation (OTC PINK: TMBXF), a fully reporting company (BERLIN: UDNA), announced today that it has completed a Ground Based Geophysical survey performed by Zonge International at its Stardust Project in Yuma County, Arizona. The results are remarkably positive and have identified multiple apparent new precious metal targets.
Zonge International performed a Ground Magnetic Survey across the claim block to determine the extent of the Stardust fault. Previous reports state that the two shafts on the property were sunk along a high angled structure which trends E-NE across the area of outcrop. This structure is thought to be the 'feeder' for the Gold Silver mineralization in the project area and in the center of TMBXF's initial drill targets. Several reports reference 'free milling gold' from drifts along this fault. Abundant dump material contains anomalous gold and silver values as well as visible copper oxides. Due to the extensive surface disturbance in this area, performing a ground magnetic survey has given the Company a better understanding of the subsurface character of the fault.
TMBXF will be focusing on a zone of intense fracturing that was determined to exist across an area of approximately 700 meters in length and 250 meters in width as a high priority drill target. This zone of fracturing is seen in a magnetic signature and is indicative of destruction of magnetic minerals from the possible introduction of hydrothermal fluids. An additional area of interest occurs approximately 350-400 meters to the NE of the main target, at the intersection of two larger, more visibly apparent structures.
Alan Brown, President of TMBXF, stated, "The information from the Geophysical Survey has identified multiple precious metal targets that our geological team will now focus on along with the geological mapping of historical and current results. We will be starting the next phase of our exploration programming which includes a trenching program so we can sample the undisturbed outcrop of the high priority drill targets."

Tombstone Exploration Corporation Identifies Significant Gold Mineralization on the Stardust BLM Mining Claims in Yuma County, Arizona
PHOENIX, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 06/16/16 -- Tombstone Exploration Corporation (OTC PINK: TMBXF), a fully reporting company, (BERLIN: UDNA) announced today that its geological crew has identified surface high grade gold results during detailed mapping and sampling of a mineralized trend in the 100% owned claim block in Yuma County, AZ in the Eagletail Mining District. Highlights include a sample returning 7.04 g/t gold with multiple other samples above 1 g/t gold of the 70 samples sent for assay.
The encouraging results from the rock sampling program over the Stardust project indicate the presence of a high angle detachment related precious metals vein system. The mineralization present at the Stardust project appears to be located within detachment related veins & locally intensively chloritic and hematitic host rocks. The vein system has been sampled over a strike of approximately 3200 feet (975 meters). These veins appear to be a feeder system of an extensive partially eroded low angle fault system over the Stardust.
The results of the latest tranche of rock samples combined with field observations, and existing data, appear to fit the USGS detachment fault model of USGS Bulletin 2004 by Long, K.R.: Preliminary Descriptive Deposit Model for Detachment-Fault-Related Mineralization. Other productive detachment fault related precious and base metal systems occur through the Basin and Range areas of Southern California, Western Arizona, and Southern Nevada. An example in Arizona includes the Copperstone Mine, previously mined by Cypress which produced one half million ounces of gold by open pit methods from 1987-1993. Copperstone is currently being evaluated for additional resources.
Quartz veins present in outcrop, subcrop, float, & in historical mining dumps showcase multi ppm gold values up to 7.04 ppm (sample SDR0048 -- 50gram Fire Assay) and silver values up to 22.6 ppm (sample SDR0052). Eight out of 70 rock samples returned assays above 1ppm. In addition to these strong precious metal values found in samples, additional observations at Stardust include:
The presence of chalcedonic quartz veins.
Crushed veins & and multi-phase cemented -- banded silica veins, & silicification.
Abundant drusy textures (boiling level and vapor phase)
Footwall host rocks are a metasediment matrix with strong hematite & intensive chloritic alteration + copper oxides.
Alan Brown, President and CEO of Tombstone Exploration Corporation, said, "We are excited with these encouraging sample results where we are just scratching the surface of the multiple precious metal veins identified by the ground based Geophysical program completed in the last quarter of 2015. With these sample results from the exploration work, we expect to exceed a suggested resource in the amount of 2 to 3 million tons of .2 ounces per ton gold equivalent suggested in historical reports over the years."
TMBXF has recently received a notice level permit from the Yuma County BLM office to conduct trenching and drilling activities. Ongoing exploration activities at Stardust will attempt further definition of the character, size and potential of the Stardust site. TMBXF has recently received a diamond core drilling contract from a highly recommended professional drilling company to complete 6000 ft. of drilling. The principal of the drill company has recently visited the Stardust property and the Company will be executing the contract upon finalization and confirmation of a start date.
TMBXF is a gold silver copper exploration company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Tombstone Exploration Corporation Has Filed and Paid the Bureau of Land Management Federal Lode Mining Claims for all Company Federal Lands Including the Stardust Mine Claims in Yuma County, Arizona
Phoenix, Arizona--(Newsfile Corp. - August 31, 2017) - Tombstone Exploration Corporation (OTC PINK: TMBXF), a fully reporting company, announced today that the Company has completed the filing and payment of all of its Bureau of Land Management (BLM) mining claims for the Eagletail Mining District, which is located in the State of Arizona for the year 2017 - 2018.
During 2016, the Company's geological team identified surface high grade gold results from a detailed mapping and sampling of a mineralized trend in the 100% owned claim block in Yuma County, AZ in the Eagletail Mining District.
Tombstone Exploration Corporation announced on August 3rd it had completed the first phase of drilling on this Stardust Claim Block. Upon receipt of all drill results, a detailed geological report will be completed and prepared for our next phase of exploration.
The core samples for all the holes were delivered to Skyline Assayers and Laboratories in Tucson, Arizona, and we are awaiting final results. The samples will be crushed and pulverized with standard steel and then proceed to be fire assayed for gold and a 24 multi-element Geochemistry for silver and multiple other trace elements.
This first phase drilling program is designed to establish strike length and test grades over a large enough width within the defined chlorite hematite hosted vein system. The drilling will attempt to define structural continuity (vein continuity along strike), grade of veins and hosting chl-hem zone, and find the width of structures. The program, as designed, should also demonstrate grade at reasonably shallow depths. The lowest drilling angle -45 degrees is envisioned for this program.

Tombstone Exploration Corporation Announces Receipt of Drill Results at Stardust and Phase Two Drilling
Phoenix, Arizona--(Newsfile Corp. - September 22, 2017) - Tombstone Exploration Corporation (OTC Pink: TMBXF), a fully reporting company, announced today receipt of results from the phase one drill program conducted on the Company's 100% owned Stardust Gold Project in Yuma County, Arizona.
The initial drill plan for this project was to be completed in two phases, with each phase to be approximately 3000 feet. TMBXF completed phase one drilling, which consisted of 4 holes of the planned 20 hole drill program. These initial holes were completed within a 1 acre area of the Stardust 400 acre land position. TMBXF drill results met management's expectations and confirmed its intent to proceed with phase two. Phase one only touched the surface of the structures identified. Weather and terrain hindered the process and we are scheduling to proceed with phase two of the program starting in November. Phase two will be conducted under optimal weather conditions, enhanced roadway logistics, and a drill plan that will integrate an altered drilling technique that will maximize efficiency and speed for the final 16 holes.
The first phase drill program was designed to establish strike length and test grades over a large enough width within the defined chlorite hematite hosted vein system. The drilling was to define structural continuity (vein continuity along strike), grade of veins and hosting chl-hem zone, and find the width of structures. The program, as designed, has demonstrated grade at reasonably shallow depths. Phase two is designed to confirm the extension of these mineralized structures at a deeper depth and consume more extensive acreage.
Alan Brown, President of TMBXF, stated "We are most pleased with our initial results on the first phase of our drill program. The majority of the assays received for each interval over this initial drilled area present gold and silver and multiple other industrial minerals. All assays will be discussed in a detailed research report to be prepared."
TMBXF is currently in discussions and anticipates to complete a detailed Investment Grade Research Report by the middle of the 4th quarter. This Report will provide an indepth overview of all of TMBXF's properties, an updated status of the Stardust drill campaign, and future discovery initiatives to enhance shareholder value. The Report will be completed by an extremely well respected group of mining analysts that are followed by investors, mineral exploration investors and institutions throughout the world.

Tombstone Exploration Corporation: To Commence Phase 2 Drilling at the Stardust Project
Phoenix, Arizona--(Newsfile Corp. - November 9, 2017) - Tombstone Exploration Corporation (OTCPK: TMBXF), a fully reporting company, announced today that 5000 ft of drilling will begin on November 10th on its 100% owned Stardust Claims located in Yuma County, Arizona. TMBXF's reclamation bond was accepted on May 17, 2017, by the United States Bureau of Land Management, and prior to this, the Notice of Application to conduct the exploration drilling plan was accepted.
TMBXF completed Phase 1 of drilling in August 2017, based on its geological team identifying surface grade gold results from a detailed mapping and sampling program completed over the last two years that identified a mineralized trend on its claim block. TMBXF has engaged Harris Exploration Drilling and Associates Inc. (Harris Drilling), a Nevada Company to commence on Phase 2. Harris Drilling has been in business for over fifty years and has worked for many of the top mining and exploration companies in the World. The drilling will be completed with a Foremost Explorer 1500 RC Drill, using Matrix 4-inch dual tube drill pipe. TMBXF expects to complete Phase 2 of drilling by December 15th.
TMBXF has engaged Scott Price, of Eagle Global Resources, LLC to be the Lead Geologist on this next phase of drilling. Scott has over twenty-five years experience in mineral exploration. His career and academic strengths in epithermal, Carlin-type, and porphyry Cu-Au deposits and stratigraphic/tectonic controls on their distribution are a perfect match for working with TMBXF on the Stardust Project. He has broad experience with technical and logistical aspects of project generation, acquisition, permitting/compliance and evaluation, expertise in drill program design and execution, including reverse-circulation, diamond, conventional and pre-collared programs.
During December 2015, TMBXF announced that it had completed a Ground Based Geophysical survey performed by Zonge International at its Stardust Project.
TMBXF has engaged James Wright, a Senior Geophysical Consultant to review all the Geophysical Data completed by Zonge Engineering in 2015. Mr. Wright has a B.S. Degree (Honors) in Geophysics from the University of Arizona (1973) and a M.Sc. in Geophysics from Stanford (1975). He has over 40 years of varied experience applying geophysical techniques to exploration for a wide variety of commodities including gold, uranium, base metals, coal, lithium and potash.
Alan M. Brown, President of TMBXF, stated, "We are excited about this second phase of drilling working with the Harris Exploration Drill team, the Eagle Global Resources Geological team and James Wright to interpret the research of the Zonge Geophysical Data, the recent review of the Assays completed on our Phase 1 drilling and the historical reports of this property. This team is perfectly aligned to pick the very best locations for drilling the next 5,000 ft. Phase 2 will be conducted under optimal weather conditions. TMBXF's Board of Directors and this Geological Team are extremely strong in working diligently to create success for the Company and our shareholders."

Tombstone Exploration Corporation: Files Renewal of Exploration Permit for Section 16 of the Tombstone Mining District; Stardust Drilling Over 2000 Ft.
Phoenix, Arizona--(Newsfile Corp. - November 16, 2017) - Tombstone Exploration Corporation (OTCPK: TMBXF), a fully reporting company, announced today that the renewal of its Exploration Permit encompassing 450 acres for Section 16 in the Tombstone Mining District has been filed. 145 acres of patented mining claims in Section 16 is also owned by TMBXF.
The location of Section 16 is two miles southwest of the town of Tombstone, Cochise County, Arizona. Tombstone is mainly considered a precious metal district, famous for its bonanza silver deposits, however the porphyry copper model of Lowel and Gilbert (1970) suggests the presence of a significant porphyry copper deposit at depth.
The State of Maine Mine is 145 acres of patented mining claims owned 100% by TMBXF and has the potential for the discovery of a very large porphyry copper gold discovery at depth. This is the center of one of the most important targets in the Tombstone Mining District.
The Company commissioned Geotech Ltd., the world leader in airborne geophysical surveying techniques, to prepare a ZTEM report. Results of this report indicated the geological presence of a deep-seated porphyry copper ore body similar to other large porphyry copper ore deposits throughout Arizona. The ZTEM report, conducted via a helicopter, flew over TMBXF's property and scanned the ground to a depth of 6000 feet. This well-regarded and comprehensive report showed TMBXF's property contains significant porphyry structures resembling known porphyry copper deposits that had previously been successfully defined by ZTEM. An NI 43-101 technical report was updated for this property by the SRK Group. Through its work with a large number of major international mining companies, the SRK Group has established a reputation for providing valuable consultancy services to the global mining industry.
Alan Brown, President of TMBXF, stated, "Section 16 is also the center of a large porphyry copper, silver, and gold target identified by the ZTEM geophysical program that was completed by TMBXF. Copper has recently grabbed investors' attention as it has lagged behind other commodities the last few years. We expect to see a larger increase in the copper price out of the range it is in now. TMBXF is currently drilling Phase 2 at its Stardust property in Yuma County, AZ, and is making extremely good progress and has drilled over 2200 ft., and the drilling continues."
