The Roseville, California-based installer helps customers line up financing. While it's nowhere near the size of SolarCity — revenue this year is expected to almost double to $99 million — Sunworks has been profitable in two of the past three quarters, while the leasing giant has reported only three profitable quarters since its December 2012 initial public offering.

Meine 1,8er Position ist erst mal rausgeflogen, das schöne ist ja der Kurs musste heute steigen.
Denn es ist ja der 31te und die Shorties müssen ja heute etwas covern wegen der Meldepflicht.
Von mir aus können sie jetzt machen was sie wollen, drücken sie den PPS wieder kaufe ich nach steigt er weiter ist es mir auch recht.

Sunworks’ Patent For Its Solar3D Cell to Be Granted by Chinese Patent Office

ROSEVILLE, CA (June 9, 2016) -- Sunworks, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUNW), a leading provider of solar power solutions, announced that its Solar3D Technology Division has received confirmation that the Chinese Patent Office intends to grant a Patent for the Solar3D Cell, its 3-dimensional solar cell technology. Completion of the grant is expected to occur around August of 2016, provided that no delays occur in the patent office.

Sunworks CEO, Jim Nelson, said, “The mission of Sunworks has always been to further the widespread adoption of solar power by deploying affordable, state-of-the-art systems and developing breakthrough new solar technologies. The anticipated grant of this patent is a key milestone to bringing the Solar3D Cell to the global stage.”

The patent, once granted, is anticipated to help Sunworks accelerate its work with manufacturers in pursuit of the commercialization of the Solar3D Cell.

The decision to grant the patent specifically applies to Sunworks’ Three-Dimensional Power Systems and Methods of Making Same. Securing the patent in China is a key to protecting Sunworks’ proprietary cell which collects sunlight from a wide angle and causes light to bounce within the cell’s 3-dimensional microstructures until fully absorbed thus maximizing the conversion of sunlight into electricity.

Ein Patent in China zu erhalten ist eine echte Meisterleistung! Dann wird wohl bald die erste Sunworks Greater China ihren Betrieb aufnehmen. In Shanghai oder Beijing?  

lustig, habe letzte Woche zu 2,03 € nochmal nachgelegt.
Ich bin von Sunworks absolut überzeugt. Die werden uns Investierten
noch weitere Grinsen ins Gesicht bringen.
Meine Anteile bekommt niemand :-D

Hoffentlich hast du recht......  

Wie gehabt sehr gute Nachrichten.
Überzeugt aber wenige wie es aussieht.  

Anstatt die geshorteten Aktien zurück zu kaufen, schmeißen die Shorties lieber noch mehr Aktien auf den Markt und drücken den Aktienkurs so nach unten... oder aber das Sunworks Management verkauft bei good news und erstickt so den 20% Anstieg im Keim...

Kurzfristig scheint das zu funktionieren... aber langfristig wird der Kurs ausbrechen... und zwar gewaltig! Wenn China nun als neuer Markt erschlossen wird, dann freu ich mich auf weitere Wachstumsraten von 100% in den nächsten Jahren :-)
