so long.

SEAMLESS WI-FI CORPORATE NEWSLETTER
February 6, 2007
I want to thank our shareholders for their continued interest in Seamless Wi-Fi. Your patience and loyalty through our development process is now yielding results as we build momentum with the launch of the S-XGen at the 2007 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January and the coming release of Phenom 3.0.
CES provided an unparalleled success as a launch pad for our S-XGen Ultra Mobile Personal Computer and Communications Device, yielding over 1,000 individual product demos, resulting in over 130 articles, reports and reviews reaching over 37 million potential buyers. Interest in the S-XGen is running so high that we more than tripled planned Q1 production, from 3,000 to 10,000 units.
In addition, we got invaluable feedback from the press, analysts, resellers, distributors and end-users using the device for the first time. From this expert input we have made several minor improvements to the S-XGen and we have introduced an important new functionality - card-swipe capability – that has resulted in a 1,000 unit order from 1st Federal Financial. The card swipe capability makes the S-XGen a mobile-merchant services terminal with wireless Wi-Fi, Cellular and Bluetooth connectivity that provides 1st Federal’s clients secure merchant transaction services without the need for a wired infrastructure.
This is an environment of great opportunity for us not only because it creates a compelling offering for 1st Federal’s client base but it also adds functionality to the S-XGen that is not available in any other UPMC. As we listen and incorporate the input we get from potential end-users, the more the S-XGen evolves as a powerful and dynamic mobile sales tool.
In addition we signed our first international distributor for the S-XGen this week – Dr. Sound International – for Israel, the Palestinian Authority and Jordan. Dr. Sound specializes in mobile electronics sales and distribution from its Jerusalem location. (http://dr-sound.co.il/) Dr. Chiam Heitner of Dr. Sound comented that, “Of all the similar products I saw at CES the S-XGen was the most interesting technology integration, combining ultra-portability, an almost full-size keyboard and all the communications, productivity and entertainment features needed to enable one to leave the old laptop and cell phone at home."
We have added a “Seamless in the News” area to the Seamless web site for those of you interested in seeing what the press had to say about the S-XGen. Appended to the end of this newsletter is a listing of the top articles and links for your review. We look forward to posting more information to this area as new reviews on our products and services appear. We will also be updating the Seamless FAQ area this week with the input and answers from the recent public conference call so that in lieu of a call replay all shareholders will have access to the content of the call. If you do not have computer access, please call Seamless at 866-891-1500 and request that a copy be faxed or mailed to you.
On the Phenom 3.0 front, at CES we had four separate locations running concurrent secure live cam, chat, peer mail and mutual web browsing sessions. By running live from several locations through Las Vegas, Phenom provided a robust platform demonstration that allowed us to generate interest among potential clients ranging from ISPs to colleges and universities, government and law enforcement agencies, retailers and content providers. Over 200 visitors to the Phenom Booth expressed interest and indicated an interest in follow-up.
Twenty five beta testers has been qualified for final Phenom pre-release testing slated to begin February 1, 2007, with plans for general public access to the Phenom client download to be made available from the www.slwf.net website in February, 2007. Phenom (TM) provides SOX and HIPAA-compliant secure peer mail, chat, file transfer, remote PC access, secure VoIP, video conferencing and white boarding.
Phenom is a great tool for building out secure communities and we see great applicability and interest from first responders and government agencies. We are also negotiating with content providers interested in developing secure loyalty-based communities around their artists and offerings.
For more information on the S-XGen and Phenom 3.0 new product data sheets are now available from the www.slwf.net web site.
We thank you for your time, enthusiasm, interest and support.
