Resignation of Director

Dragon announces that Mr. Essa Almulla has resigned as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from today. Mr. Hussain Sultan currently executive Chairman of Dragon, will now assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Almulla tendered his resignation because of his wish to pursue his own personal business interests.

The Board of Dragon would like to take this opportunity to record its gratitude to Mr. Almulla for the work which he has performed for the Company and wish him well for the future.
