Letter of intent



Proton Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, announces that further to the receipt of the order for €630K from APEX Energy Teterow GmbH ("APEX"), which was announced on 14 May 2019, it has signed a letter of intent ("LoI") with this customer. The LoI envisages concluding a frame agreement within a consortium, in order to provide 10 fuel cell containers with up to 150 kW fuel cell systems within a 2 year period commencing in 2020.


The LoI also includes the intention, at an appropriate timepoint in the future, to offer licensing agreements, whereby the licensees will produce Proton Fuel Cell containers with capacity of up to 500kW.  

Die Bestellung über 630.000€ hat den Kunden wohl überzeugt ;)  

Reicht denn eine verdreifachung des kurses innerhalb eines Jahres nicht aus?  

wenn man bei 0,38 eingestiegen ist nicht! :D  

Geduld haben dürfte doch wohl klar sein dass die H2 Ära erst losgeht  

Leute, wenn die H2-Geschichte erst beginnt, warum investiert ihr dann nicht alles aus Proton woanders, wo noch keine rund 600% zustande gekommen sind?  

Na aufgrund der meines Erachtens immer noch recht niedrigen Bewertung von PPS; also die MK meine ich ;)

von aktuell 7 - 12% will wohl niemand seine Stücke günstig abgeben....Indikator?  Wie seht ihr das?  

möchte sie einfach keiner verkaufen.
Und potenzielle Käufer werden vielleicht von dem übertriebenen Spread abgehalten.
Der Spread von Nel Asa beispielsweise liegt bei 0,xx %. Das ist doch deutlich attraktiver

Vielleicht kommuniziert Proton ja noch mehr Details zu dem Auftrag.
Vermute die Electric & Hybrid Marine World Expo hat sich in mehrfacher Hinsicht für PPS rentiert.

Neues zum ZEM Ship Projekt wären jetzt wünschenswert.  

Bei den Schiffen sehe ich eine grosse Zukunft für H2. Nun hat Proton hier einen grossen Partner.  

zu anderen Brennstoffzellen Werten.... hält sich PPS doch ziemlich gut heute   ;-)  

Nach 630.000 Euro-Auftrag arbeiten Proton Motor und APEX Energy zusammen.

Fincantieri ist nun wirklich keine kleine Klitsche.
Für mich ein Ritterschlag, daß sie Proton ausgewählt haben.

Hätte mir übrigens im Sinne der bayrischen Solidarität gewünscht, daß Flixbus, mit Sitz in München, Proton und Ebe.Europa als Bushersteller und Kooperationspartner wählt.
 

Pilotprojekt für eines ihrer Schiffe zu validieren. Der Auftrag enthält eine Machbarkeitsstudie für die Integration in das erste Schiff und andere mögliche Kooperationen.

Hoffen wir mal das PPS gut abliefert...
