Positive Zukunft mit Verity Corp.(VRTY)

Informationen für das letzte Quartal eines Unternehmens Geschäftsjahr wird in der jährlichen 10-K enthalten, so dass nur drei 10-Q eingereichten Unterlagen werden jährlich hergestellt. Q-10  20. Feb  / 23. Mai /20. Aug.   10-K wann?  

da hast du zu 100 % Recht. Mein Fehler.
Verzählt bzw. Anfang des Geschäftsjahres nicht berücksichtigt.

Hilft jetzt aber auch nix... heißt dann ja das es noch ewig dauert ..... und da der Informationsfluss bei Verity so prickelnd ist...... denke da rutscht der Kurs noch gewaltig ab. Sch..eibenkleister :-(.  

soweit ich das sehe müßte eigentl. diese bzw spätestens anfang nächster woche der 10-q erscheinen, oder etwa nicht?

es gibt pro !Geschäftsjahr! 3 mal einen 10-q (quarterly) und für Gesamtgeschäftsjahr ein 10-K. Hat albert - im GEgensatz zu mir - richtig erkannt das bereits 10-q für dieses Geschäftsjahr da sind. wir hatten einen im Feb, Mai und August. Geschäftsjahr geht bei VRTY vom 30.09 - 30.09 (wenn ich mich nicht irre) :-)  

kann natürlich sein vrty früher liefert ;-) aber bei der PR in den letzten Monaten... nee nicht wirklich ;-)  

Mit NT-10 am 30. Dez.      VERITY CORP. 10-K   1/14/2014 9/30/2013 ohne NT Ende Dezember.

It’s no secret our financial results have not been where we would like for our investors. However, Verity is completing a necessary ‘Right-sizing’ to bring our cost more in line with the realities of our current business.  

ccfume ist sehr vertrauenswürdig, lol.. aber wers glauben will, soll das gerne tun :)  

auch nicht immer wundern , wenn man auf solche leute hört und deshalb frühzeitig mit verlust verkauft, geduld zahlt sich aus und nur die harten kommen in den garten..deshalb gibt es eben frustrierte langzeitbasher und welche die an der börse nicht nur verluste machen , sondern auch gewinne..  

 

so ist es auch mit der eingestellten E-Mail  von Snowhover  auf I-Hub welche in Frage gestellt wird. Nein ich zitiere keine unsäglichen Posts aus dem NT ,ist mir zu einseitig provokant.Sehe die ganze Sache wie immer positiv,da real und nicht gef..t.Nur ein Versuch , sich auf Augenhöhe zu unterhalten ,wurde je zerstört. Mein heutiger Versuch,wie gesagt wurde sofort zunichte gemacht.Keine weiteren Posts in diesem allwissendem Forum.Noch weiten sie sich in der Performens des niedrigen Kurses,(Verity hat keinen Einfluß auf derzeitig abwegige Kurse ,CEO und Verity sind an bei es zu ändern)  Mit , Right-sizing’ ist ja wohl, wer lesen kann alles gesagt. Also lassen wir die Lieben in ihrem Glauben und wettern niemals !Wenn es anders kommt wie sie gedacht werden wir geniesen.  

habe ich bisher nur hier gelesen und teilweise auf i hub, alles andere kann man sich sparen...oder kennt noch jemand einen thread wo man news und brauchbare infos lesen kann?

We apologize for the lack of publicized news. There has been nothing solid to write about as of yet. Verity Corp has been extra busy as it has moved its headquarters from Sioux Falls, SD to it's farm distribution warehouse near Oldham, SD, and also moved the Verity Farms operation offices, personnel, and inventory from Sioux Falls to it's farm distribution warehouse in Orange City, IA. This contributed and coincided with some personnel changes also. We were renting a location in Sioux Falls.

Now we are waiting at the edge of the fields to compile the yield data from this year's harvest. Early Indications have been good, to very good. For years we have helped farmers improve soil and plant health. This year we have been able to add yield improvements as well. This was not widespread success because of the timing of the release of the products, and subsequent limited implementation.

I try to be unbiased and realistic when I convey that I am hopeful, and anticipate that the results of this year will lead to a steady increase of interest in the Verity Soil & Plant Health Programs.

Again, we have not made any news releases yet, because we do not have complete results to share. Verity is eagerly waiting to share good news as soon as possible.

I strongly urge you, and every consumer, to be consistent and deliberate with choices to purchase the best quality food and ingredients possible, as well as verify what is true. Please continue with Verity to support growers, farmers, and consumers in their quest for quality products, and accurate information.

ja das hab ich reingestellt - hab ich von verity bekommen. Aber wer meckert über diese bzw. stellt die in Frage  - das meinte ich :-)  

nicht nur auf die Mail sehen,sondern auch aufs Ganze.Ich wollte zeigen,das dies REAL ist.  

Ob 5,6,7,8,9,10 Cent , der Erfolg ist hier nur noch eine Frage von kurzer Zeit.
Wenn ich mir die News so anschaue , ein großes Lob dem Management.
Hier werden wir noch viel Freude haben.

4.Quartal 10-12   + 6 Wochen Frist Veröffentlichung bis 15. Februar
K10 mit oder ohne 4.Quartal für das ganze Jahr.
