Disability Access Corporation Opens New Las Vegas Office
LAS VEGAS, Dec 05, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Disability Access Corporation (DBYCink Sheets) announced today the opening of its new office in Nevada. "The opening of the Las Vegas office will provide an additional regional center of operations to further facilitate the growing demand for our company\\'s services. Additionally, we intend to relocate our corporate office activities to Nevada, in January, to take benefit of the advantageous corporate tax climate, particularly in light of our expected 2007 revenue generation," stated company President, Barbara Thorpe.
The company has enjoyed significant growth in 2006 and amongst other recent contracts has recently added three cities and a college to its municipality client list. Recent contract commitments will add approximately $500,000 in new revenues to the company\\'s existing book of business. A previously announced Letter of Intent (LOI), with a national quick service restaurant chain (QSR), has moved to the final stages of formal contract preparation and is expected to be signed shortly. As a significant amount of the QSR units specified in the LOI have been inspected, work under the contract, though the contract has not formally been signed, has essentially been progressing for the last several months and associated progress payments received. Confidentiality language, within the various contracts, limit disclosure of the various above referenced client names.
"We are delighted by the growth and progress that DAC has made this year under Barbara Thorpe\\'s fine leadership," stated Peter Chin, President of PTS, Inc. (OTCBBTSH), parent company of Disability Access Corp. Chin further commented, "We are also extremely optimistic at the prospects for DAC in 2007, with the contracts, pending and in place, we have high expectations for new record revenues."

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
PTS, Inc. (OTCBB:PTSH) has reported 2006 year-end unaudited revenue results as follows. Revenues for the year ending December 31, 2006, were $739,279. Compared with audited results of the same period in 2005, this represents a year-over-year improvement in PTS, Inc. revenues of $608,621 or 466%.
The increase is entirely attributable to revenue growth in Disability Access Consultants, Inc., a subsidiary of PTS, Inc. Revenue growth was attributable to the growing demand for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance inspections. Based on existing commitments, the company expects to see further significant revenue growth through Disabilities Access Consultants, Inc. (DAC) activities in 2007.
Disabilities Access Consultants, Inc. was previously announced to be merged with Disability Access Corp. (Pink Sheets:DBYC), which is also a subsidiary of PTS, Inc., to be effective on January 2, 2007. On further consideration, the Board has reconsidered the structure and has decided, for various business optimization purposes, to instead of merging DAC with DBYC, to reconfigure the structure and have DAC become a wholly owned subsidiary of DBYC. The company will enjoy certain benefits from this restructure and avoid unnecessary expenditures for certain legal, accounting and other professional costs associated with a merger, while fulfilling the intent of the business enterprise to have its own trading symbol.
PTS, Inc. has previously announced a 1:3 dividend in DBYC shares to PTS, Inc.'s shareholders of record as of December 15, 2006. PTS, Inc. expects to distribute the aforementioned dividend by January 31, 2007.

I have two more questions and hope you can answer them so we have a bit more facts here in our German board:
1. Can you approx. guess how much (pure) profit the 5,000,000 revenue will
bring to PTSH?
My own guess only approx. $2,000,000
2. Right now, you´ve got 6 people working for PTSH, right?!
How many people do you think will be necessary to fulfill the contracts
of the year 2007?
We will need approx.between 8 to 12 inspectors for now and may increase every 2 to 3 months as we increase more clients.
