Oded, Ivy, Silk , Management usw.

OTI intends to release preliminary 2012 full year financial results on or around March 18, 2013

On Track Innovations Ltd. Appoints Ofer Tziperman as CEOhttp://finance.yahoo.com/news/track-innovations-ltd-appoints-ofer-130000444.html
Allen noch viel Spass
On Track Innovations Ltd. (OTIV) is a stock that could benefit greatly from this Samsung push of NFC. OTIV is a Visa partner and is one of the pioneers of mobile payment technology. STMicroelectronics NV (STM) and software company On Track Innovations Ltd. developed the first contactless payment card certified for use with both Mastercard Inc.'s (MA) Paypass and Visa U.S.A Inc.'s PayWave cards using a single chip.
OTIV has been under a lot of pressure over the last few weeks with an active battle between management and dissident shareholders. The shareholders have won, as noted by the recent news of the resignation of its chairman and president. A new board has been elected and a new CEO announced yesterday. This appears to be perfect timing for the company and the stock price. Samsung is about to rollout mobile payment in a big way GLOBALLY and OTIV has a big patent trial upcoming.
Patents:
On March 27, 2012, OTIV announced a patent infringement lawsuit against T-Mobile (DTEGY.PK) that alleged T-Mobile sells near field communications equipped cell phones that infringe on one of OTIV's patents. This patent is part of OTI's extensive intellectual property portfolio, including over 100 issued patents and pending patent applications encompassing product applications, software platforms, system and product architecture, product concepts and more in the fields of near field communications, contactless payments, secure ID, petroleum and parking solutions.
OTIV appears ready to profit from its patents and that is great news for shareholders. OTIV and T-Mobile are scheduled for a Markman hearing on May 9th. Traders may recall the large move Parkvision Inc. (PRKR) recently had from its Markman hearing and the large move Vringo, Inc. (VRNG) had last year. With a new CEO and upcoming hearing, the stock may be ready for a nice move higher.
Technicals:
OTIV has been in a downtrend over the last month. The stock appears to have found a nice bottom on the news of the new CEO. A break over $1.10 could see the stock move higher into its hearing next month. A full retrace back to last month's price would be a 40% gain from here.
Also, abwarten und Tee trinken
oder anderswo investieren.
Gruss
Portsmouth is a Northeast tourist destination with over 2,500 off-street and on-street public parking spaces in its downtown, follows neighboring city Dover – as well as other cities and colleges, such as UC Davis and the City of Austin – in adopting EasyPark as their parking payment solution. To sign up for the EasyPark program in New Hampshire go to: https://easyparkusa.com/register.
"Like many of our neighboring cities and towns, convenient access to our commercial districts and waterfront areas is important to our residents and business owners," said Tom Cocchiaro, Portsmouth parking operations supervisor. "EasyPark was a logical addition to the solutions we're developing for our residents who want an easier way to pay for parking."
EasyPark is designed to provide municipalities with a 'one-stop-shop' for all their parking information and payment needs. EasyPark allows drivers to use an online account to pay for parking without having to pay a meter. All a driver has to do is select the city and parking zone on the EasyPark device and place it in the vehicle in the designated location, according to the city's requirements. No searching for coins or walking back and forth to a pay and display terminal. The device can be easily connected to the online account via a computer and the internet to load additional funds or download new parking-related information.
Designed to work within the budget constraints of municipalities, EasyPark allows municipalities to retain 100% of parking revenues while providing drivers with a convenient parking payment solution. As the most advanced, leading parking meter-free system, it is already widely-adopted by municipalities around the world.
The EasyPark™ system is perfect for municipalities as it allows for:
Multiple municipalities to use one device
Cost effective, modular implementation
No additional investment in infrastructure required
No maintenance or overhead costs like other systems
May provide additional revenues to the municipality
An easy and convenient solution for drivers
EasyPark eliminates the hassle for a driver to find a working meter, look for coins and then return to their vehicle with a receipt to place on their dashboard. EasyPark enables drivers to simply park and go.
Beginning today through April 30, 2013, anyone who uses the promotion code listed below to register for EasyPark in Austin will receive a device with a free $10 balance to use toward parking
ISELIN, N.J., April 17, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EasyPark USA(TM) announced today that Austin, Texas, has fully deployed its electronic parking management and payment system so drivers can have a new, simplified process for paying to park in the city's downtown area.
Steve Grassfield, Parking Enterprise Manager, Austin Transportation Department, said: "As the City of Austin experiences rapid growth, we're dedicated to simplifying the parking experience and tools like EasyPark are a key part of the work we are doing."
"Drivers in and around Austin are showing the city and its neighboring municipalities that EasyPark is an ideal solution for a major U.S. metropolitan area where people rely on easy and convenient parking," said Gonen Ziv, EasyPark USA General Manager. "The success of introducing EasyPark has relied on the ease in which the EasyPark device can be introduced in a city, as well as how quickly drivers can begin to use it."
In preparation for the launch, orange signs with designated EasyPark zones have been put up in downtown Austin.
Beginning April 17 through April 30, 2013, register for an EasyPark device in Austin at www.EasyParkUSA.com/Austin and receive a device with a free $10 balance to use toward parking by using promo code: AUSGNL.
EasyPark in-vehicle parking meter affords you several advantages:
No longer need to have coins or a credit card when parking.
No longer need to go back and forth to the meter. Just turn your EasyPark on for the zone you are in and enjoy your visit downtown.
No longer have to predict how long you will be parked. Just turn the device off when you are done.
Only pay for the time you use in 15 minute increments.
You can turn it on before the hours of meter operation. It won't start charging until 8 am.
You don't have to come out to turn it off. The EasyPark device will stop charging once meter hours end.
It will remind you every 60 seconds with a tone in the event you drive away and don't turn it off.
Provides records and reporting for business-related expenses.
