warum zahlt man wenn vor hat in insolvenz zu gehen noch 5 mio schulden...warum setzt sich ein konzern wie kraft mit ins boot ...sicher nicht weil sie mit einer pommesbude geschäfte machen...warum microsoft...und ob du es glaubst oder nicht die tage kommt noch einer der großen dazu...die machen alle geschäfte mit pommesbuden...nun deine meinung ist akzeptiert...kannst denken was du möchtest kaufen oder nicht ...jeder wie er will...

es wurde auf der teleconferenz erwähnt dass es eine aufzeichnung gibt...im vorfeld wusste ich es schon durch mailverkehr...schreib neom  freundlich an ..bekommst freundliche antwort zurück...in us foren waren gestern welche die das per aufzeichnung gehört haben...den genauen link weiß ich nicht ...hatte ja zugehört so hat es mich nicht interessiert...

 

warum so negativ eingestellt? hast etwa viel verloren oder hoffst du auf günstige Aktien von uns? ich bleib dabei, dr. soon u. microsoft u kraft auch ....  

deine meinung und denkensweise ist akzeptiert...aber zur anmerkung bevor ich capter 11 oder 7 wähle würde ich a keine schulden zahlen und  b würde ich die wertvollen patente noch an den mann bringen und danach ...lebe wohl sagen...

die zukunft und auch die nahe zukunft werden uns allen zeigen wo es hin geht...wer am ende recht hat pro oder contra ist unterm strich auch volkommen egal...die einen gewinnen ..die anderen verlieren...am ende zählt für jeden einzelnen auf wessen seite man stand...

 

nochmals bei 0,004 zugeschlagen, falls mir jemand welche zuckerln verkauft!?

geht gar nichts rauf... Die News ist von gestern und bekannt.  

war noch nie Logisch, jetzt gehts erstmal wieder runter. Geduld ist angesagt!  

das Problem:

Unfortunelty Jeff clearly stated part of their plan to payoff debt is conversions....so we know it will continue. But your right, it would be much better for current shareholders if YA was converting at a conv. price of say .02, we would just need the momentum to continue to have enough investors(demand) to outweigh supply (YA). The last thing YA wants to risk is their conversion price being above pps.

In my opinion, YA is still unsure if Neomedia has the ability to pay them back the 39.3 million so will continue to dilute until YA is receiving sufficient payments directly from licensing(the added benefit is when YA takes them, no penalty for prepayment) I would think if we see the debt payments accelerated, we will see the dilution decelerate. YA is most likely holding a large stake of common up to the allowed 9.99%...just in case. The beautiful thing for them, but painful for us is as the OS shares balloons...so does the number of common they can hold at virtually no cost to them.

I would think if momentum continues, it's possible to think Neomedia could pay back half of the debt on their own and the rest through conversions. So I think it's realistic for any investor in Neomedia at this point to value their investment with at least 1 Billion more shares.

So if one feels at 3 Billion shares Neom and its IP are worth a $100million Market Cap.... .03 is not unrealistic long term valuation in my opinion...with a debt free company

Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Schulden durch die neuen Verträge mit weiteren großen Firmen zügig bezahlt werden können.
Zuversichtlich stimmt mich, dass wir Jeff Huitt an Bord haben! Wenn das einer mit YA hin kriegt, dann er!
