Hier gibt es zumindest einige Informationen.
Dort ist zu lesen, dass die Megastar-Shareholder zudem Eloro-Aktien ins Depot gebucht bekommen.

Danke erst mal, es kann ja durchaus sein, das wir den heute entstandenen Verlust durch die Eloro Aktien ausgeglichen bekommen. Nervenaufreibend ist es trotzdem!

MEGASTAR ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF SPECIAL MEETING AND NEW DISTRIBUTION RECORD DATE

Megastar Development Corp.'s previously announced arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) has received the requisite shareholder approval at the company's special meeting of shareholders held on Dec. 20, 2010. The arrangement was approved by 99.95 per cent of shares voted at the meeting.

Pursuant to the arrangement, Megastar will distribute to its shareholders those shares of Eloro Resources Ltd., which it received as consideration for the sale of its Simkar property to Eloro. In order to comply with exchange policies, the company has reset the record date for the distribution to Jan. 7, 2011.

The final court order to approve the arrangement was obtained on Dec. 21, 2010. If all other conditions to completion of the arrangement, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, are satisfied, Megastar expects to close the arrangement as soon as possible following the distribution record date.

Megastar meldet Erklärung bezüglich eines neuen Stichtages für Distribution

Vancouver (British Columbia), 23. Dezember 2010. Megastar Development Corporation (TSX-V: MDV; Frankfurt: M5Q) ( Megastar", das Unternehmen" oder MDV") meldete heute eine Erklärung bezüglich seiner jüngsten Bekanntgabe eines neuen Stichtages der Distribution (der Stichtag der Distribution") der Emission der Stammaktien von Eloro Resources Inc. (die Eloro-Aktien") gemäß den Bedingungen der von den Aktionären des Unternehmens genehmigten Vereinbarung (die Vereinbarung").

Der Stichtag der Distribution war ursprünglich für den 21. Dezember 2010 angesetzt, nach Rücksprache mit der TSX Venture Exchange (die Börse") wurde es jedoch auf den 7. Januar 2011 verlegt, um den Anforderungen der Börse bezüglich Distributionen, die als Dividenden gekennzeichnet sind, zu entsprechen. Zudem wird der Dividendentermin jenes Datum, an dem ein Käufer von Megastar-Aktien gemäß der Vereinbarung nicht mehr berechtigt ist, Eloro-Aktien zu erhalten auf den 4. Januar 2011 festgelegt. Infolgedessen wird das letzte Datum, an dem Aktionäre von Megastar das Recht auf die Distribution von Eloro-Aktien haben werden, der Handelstag vor dem Dividendentermin sein.

MEGASTAR ANNOUNCES FURTHER CHANGE IN EX-DIVIDEND DATE

Megastar Development Corp. has provided clarification regarding its earlier announcement of the ex dividend date relating to the record date for the distribution of the 70 million common shares of Eloro Resources Ltd. (or approximately 23,333,333 common shares if Eloro's proposed consolidation is effected) under the terms of the company's shareholder-approved arrangement.

The distribution record date is Jan. 7, 2011. The ex dividend date, the date as of which a purchaser of Megastar common shares will no longer be entitled to receive any Eloro shares pursuant to the arrangement, is Jan. 5, 2011.

Pursuant to the TSX Venture Exchange dividend policy, Megastar shares will commence trading on an ex dividend basis at the opening of trading on the date which is two trading days prior to the distribution record date, such date being Jan. 5, 2011. The company previously announced an ex dividend date of Jan. 4, 2011; however, the new ex dividend of Jan. 5, 2010, date will allow additional time for the trading of Megastar shares prior to the Eloro distribution.
