K92 Mining Inc. has arranged a further non-brokered private placement to raise approximately $2-million through the issuance of 1,709,402 units of the company at a price of $1.17 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will allow the holder to purchase one common share of K92 at a price of $1.75 for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

Proceeds of the financing are intended to be used for general corporate purposes, and to give the company enhanced optionality when completing the underground incline drive from Irumafimpa to Kora, with drill testing along the way.

The financing has been arranged with a single investor.

Sie wird runterkommen : steigende Pteise - abnehmendes Volumen....ich denke die Korrektur ist nicht mehr fern  

Dass der Goldpreis in den nächsten Tagen nicht anhebt  

Wäre auch gerne schon bei 0,7 eingestiegen ;)  

... einzuwenden, ich würde auch gerne noch einmal nachlegen, aber im Moment scheint es da leider keine Chance zu geben.... *heul*

Ich hoffe @Spassky hat recht...

Und falls nicht, dann sollte zumindest die GDM den gleichen Weg wie K92 gehen, bitte!!!

Da ich im Pioforum las, dass du auch sehr gerne in Gold investieren möchtest - und in der Tat hier auch an der Seitenlinie stehst, möchte ich dir einen Basisgedanken zu goldminenaktien geben. Mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit werden die am besten laufen, die die größten Kursverluste hatten, wegen des fallenden Goldpreises. Und wenn sie dann noch schuldenfrei sind, dann hast du den Jackpott.  Orientiere dich mit dem größten Teil an solchen Explorern. Und dann als Beimischung einen Wert wie zum Beispiel K92 ;-)  

War da schon investiert und bin auch bei 1$ raus, ist jetzt auf 0,7 abgesackt
Die sollten wohl im nächsten Jahr auch schuldenfrei sein, hatte ich irgendwo gelesen dort im thread
Nehme auch gerne andere Vorschläge an ;)

 

Welche Explorer stehen denn dahingehend auf deiner Watchlist?
