Hi Leute, GEOL wird wohl durchstarten, sobald die Beta-Phase des BIZCUBE abgeschlossen ist und die Verträge unter Dach und Fach sind.

Bericht !!

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 22, 1999--Geotele.com, Inc. (OTC BB:GEOL - news) announced today that its Business Portal ``The Business Cube'' (http://www.bizcube.com) has entered the Beta Testing Phase, prior to the scheduled release in the second week in October

The Business Cube (www.bizcube.com) features major news headlines of the day with in-depth coverage of business, financial, technology, and business news that is updated through-out the business day. Goto.com, Ask Jeeves and Stateconnect.com will provide a total search engine package for the ``Cube.''

One exciting feature found on the portal is ``The Company of the Week'' where the Cube profiles an emerging company. Featured companies share their obstacles and successes with other business readers to shed insightful advantages that provide short cuts to success.
``Bizcube Links'' steers site visitors to information resources supporting a company's day-to-day operations. Links to business directories such as Dow Jones, Better Business Bureau or the Internal Revenue Service can be found. There are also links to the Law Library, marketing information and support resources, and links to office supplies and computer equipment directly from the portal; giving the visitor more completeness. The portal's visitor can even make travel arrangements and avoid foul weather by searching the portal.

``The Business Cube'' also features proprietary sites that provide businesses with a directory to Internet services such as web hosting, web design, ISP's, DSL, T1 services and more. One such site allows for companies to post jobs and find qualified employees. Another provides buy/sell and franchise opportunities, putting companies and entrepreneurs in direct contact with one another. Site visitors can also find leasing and financing sources.
``The Business Cube'' will be available on CD-ROM to business users for free as long as they purchase DSL (Digital Subscriber Lines) or a T1 high speed Internet access from Geotele.com. DSL and T1 pricing will be competitive and vary between $250 to $1200 per month depending on product and location.

Because of the uniqueness of the Business Cube, the company believes that it can conservatively achieve a market penetration of .25% (one-quarter of one percent) of Corporate Internet users by year end 2000, which will give ``The Business Cube'' customer base of over 20,000 users.
Geotele.com, Inc., is an emerging multinational, facilities-based long distance carrier offering switched voice services to long distance providers using Voip (Voice over Internet Protocol) to carry voice traffic through a network of owned and leased transmission facilities and resale arrangements and operates two Industry oriented web-sites in the telecom and Internet areas. Unaudited financial shows that Geotele.com, Inc. had sales of over $20 million for the year ended June 30, 1998 and $11,198,507 for the six months ended Dec. 31, 1998 but losses amounted to $986,000 for that six month period. The company currently has 4,600,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding with approximately 1,800,000 in the public float
