Halo nach dem Split

Das sind Kennzahlen, die nicht den wahren Wert einer Gesellschaft widerspiegeln.
Letztlich wird der Wert einer Gesellschaft an den betriebswirtschaftlichen Erfolgen bemessen, eine Apple Aktie kostete auch seinerzeit nur 1 Dollar und stand am Rand des Abgrunds. Halo Collective ist nicht Apple, aber die Zielrichtung nach Umsatz und mehr Geschäft ist auf jeden Fall sichtbar. Wann schwarze Zahlen daraus resultieren, schwierig zu sagen, vielleicht 2024. Klappen die 2 IPO, ist das auf jeden Fall gut. Die Leute bei Halo sind so ausgebufft, ich zweifle nicht am IPO Erfolg.

Aber muß jeder selbst wissen, wo er sein Geld vernichten möchte!  

Wird der Börsengang ein Flop, weil etwa gerade generell die Börsen einbrechen, wird das hier ganz düster. Quasi hängt die Zukunft an einem erfolgreichen IPO.  

Ende festgelegt. Veranschlagt waren 4-6 Dollar und 4 Dollar sind es letztendlich geworden.
Ich denke, der Kurs wird nach IPO relativ schnell nachgeben. Es gibt zu Bophelo keinerlei
News. Es wäre doch interessant ob schon angebaut wird und ob man bereits Abnehmer
hat. Aber da kommt nicht viel.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bophelo Bio Science & Wellness Pty Ltd (“Bophelo”), a company registered in the Kingdom of Lesotho, and a wholly-owned subisidary of Halo Labs Inc. (“Halo”) (NEO: HALO; OTCQX: AGEEF, Germany: A9KN), has entered into an offtake agreement (the “Agreement”) with Medcan Ltd (“Medcan”), a company incorporated in the Republic of Malta, for the sale of bulk cannabis biomass, primarily into the European market. The term of the Agreement is for a period commencing on August 3, 2020 and ending on the earlier of (i) the date on which Medcan has purchased the full specified volume biomass from Bophelo, or (ii) the 7th anniversary of the effective date.

The contract specifies initial deliveries of up to 10,000 kilograms. Initial shipments are expected to commence in the 4th quarter of 2020. Based on current European demand, Medcan anticipates taking delivery of the initial 10,000 kilograms by the end of 2021. Medcan will pay Bophelo within 15 days of receipt and acceptance of the product.

Bophelo has been working with Pharmaconsulta Limited, a Good Agricultural and Collection (“GACP”) accreditation specialist consulting firm, based in Malta, to obtain Maltese GACP certification, that Bophelo anticipates achieving prior to the end of 2020.

Bophelo will procure the transport of the biomass by a licensed cannabis transport operator. and deliver the biomass to Medcan in containers, complying with the applicable Agricultural Practice Standards, or as otherwise agreed to by the parties. All the biomass is subject to Medcan’s inspection and acceptance or rejection at Bophelo’s facility in Lesotho. Such inspections shall be conducted by a compliant laboratory.

Bophelo shall ensure that all bulk extract delivered to Medcan complies with the specifications agreed, insofar as each batch must provide a total THC concentration of at least 2%. This shall be verified by ensuring that each one gram of bulk extract yields a combined total of at least 120 milligrams of THC and THCA, using a pre-determined formula as contained in the Agreement. Bophelo currently has approximately 186 kilograms of clean, tested material, already packaged and stored in a secure vault. All material produced to date at Bophelo has tested completely clean with not a trace of pesticide, mold, fungus or heavy metals.

Pursuant to the Agreement, Medcan will pay Bophelo prevailing market rates, calculated on the basis of a price per gram, based on the delivery weight. The price will be determined on the basis that Medcan shall seek to sell the batch at the highest value achievable in the market, currently estimated to be $3.00 per gram. The bulk cannabis to be delivered includes A and B grade trimmed flower buds, as well as bulk material, consisting of trimmings and sugar leaves for processing into distillate.

Halo’s founders have known Medcan’s partner Kase Manufacturing located in California who played an instrumental role in setting up this contract.

Und Pollinger trommelt wieder!

Am Besten finde ich, wenn er vom Wert von Halo spricht. Halos Kerngeschäft machte ca. 40 Millionen Verlust im letzten Jahr. Das hat keinen Wert. Das sind Cashburner im Quadrat.

Und darauf wie Bophelo anläuft, bin ich gespannt. Auch wenn ich denke, dass es jetzt zu einer kleinen Rallye kommt, bin ich insgesamt skeptisch. Schaun mer mal.  

soweit ich das erinnere, ist das eine Absichtserklärung im Umfang von max. 30Mio CaD über mehrere Jahre. Einen Liefervertrag oder gar Lieferungen ist mir nicht bekannt geworden. War die gleiche Zeit, wie die Show mit diesem Rapper, der ja 300Mio Kunden erreichen könnte und dann über seinen Shop Ware für 12.000Dollar verkauft wurde.

kannst ja auch einen Kredit hingeben. Damit das vereinbarte Geschäft "angeschoben" werden kann. Ist Sinnvoll, da ja die Untreue nicht so einfach nachgewiesen wird. Auch kann man so sehr schnell Cash für irgendwas generieren. ;-)

Komisch nur, daß Bullvestor sich nicht traut, in den USA zu pushen!  

in den USA herrscht Anarchie ;-) --> groß vor klein und schnell vor langsam. Deswegen ist ein Disclaimer sinnlos. Bulli wird da so oder so verklagt (auf 500MilliardenTrillionen)

ausserbörslich der Handel an der NASDAQ OTC!
In Deutschland wird man wohl auch bald merken, was hier für ein Countdown läuft!?  

die Acandor schreiben ja selbst in ihrem Prospekt, dass sie zweifeln je die Gewinnzone zu erreichen. Hat dann schon ein Gschmäckle.
Mal sehen welcher Erfolg sich einstellt und wieviel Dollar in die Kasse kommen. Ich denke nicht, dass der IPO Erfolgreich im Sinne von Gewinn für die Erstzeichner ausgeht.

Au weia, der Börsengang scheint zu floppen, sieht nicht gut aus.  

 

morgen kommt doch die Neubewertung!
Schreibt doch der Bullvestor!
Oder glaubt man das vielleicht nicht?  

Nach einem erneuten Reverssplit!
Genug Aktien gibt's ja!  

Wenn man einsteigen möchte, dann wohl jetzt.
Kann mir aber nicht vorstellen, dass der Börsengang morgen ein Erfolg wird bei dem Umfeld.
Und bei der Börsenhistorie von Halo. Der Laden blieb stets hinter seinen Ankündigungen zurück.
