FortuneCity.com Inc., a premium online photo sharing service, and Qualex,
Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastman Kodak Company, today announced a
relationship to make KODAK-branded products available to MyPhotoAlbum
customers.

Under this agreement, Qualex will add MyPhotoAlbum to its existing digital
print production customer base, and MyPhotoAlbum will offer a wide range of
existing and next generation photo products and services. Premium quality
KODAK ROYAL Digital Paper will be used for all digital and film print
production moving forward. The agreement also allows MyPhotoAlbum
customers to benefit from Qualex’s best practices for customer fulfillment
and product delivery, and provides MyPhotoAlbum with marketing support.
